After reading so many negative reviews. I was extremely nervous about a package delivery first time order from a company first time ever getting from Ontrac. All of my fears were wrong, the package was delivered. Early goodwill still live earlier than promised. The driver carefully placed it did not throw it. It came in perfect, I give this company excellent ratings.
OnTrac picked up my package from Home Chef, according to their app. Never delivered, even after 5 days. Contacted their customer service through the app three times. Never received a response. Guess they ate my food rather than deliver it. Terrible from top down. They deserve negative stars, if that were a thing.
I ordered a Christmas gift online it was guaranteed to me by december 12th ontrac held onto my package for 12 days kept saying there was a delay them I get an email saying they just delivered it and there was no package I called them and they said they lost it worst service ever I will never use them again

I accidently ordered my package with 2 day expedited delivery. Still have not received my package. First it was out for delivery on 8/24 all day long and it never got delivered for 3 days it sat like this out for delivery 8/24. Customer service said there was a delay. Ok fine whatever. I got another update it was out for delivery on 8/28 (mind you I work from home on mondays which 8/28 was) Around 9pm I got an "attempted delivery" notice and they need to confirm my address. I messaged them, they said the "driver was having issues accessing the building please provide gate code directions etc I LIVE IN A HOUSE THAT DOES NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF GATE ENTRY. They told me to expect delivery with in 1-2 business days. Real sad of a company OnTrac is.

This is the most useless and most frustrating company I have ever come across in my 70 years of life my package was never delivered. All I kept getting from ONTRAC was the text that they needed more information to deliver my package. I made an 87.00 purchase from VITACOST and they choose to use this crapy company to deliver for their customers. This ONTRAC must be cheap to hire because no way would a good company deal with them...I will never again purchase from VITACOST nor knowingly work with ONTRAC AGAIN!

Consistently late very late leaves packages on driveway NEXT TO SIGN SAYING PLEASE PUT ON OTHERWIDE OF GATE. Packages stolen, broken into if the arrive at all. No customer service. Outrageously horrible.

Ontrac is untrustworthy as company, these people stole my package and told me my package was sitting at a sorting for 4weeks ' however they stole my package an the grace of God the merchant in which I ordered from is a solid business and refunded my money

I was waiting for a delivery from McDougall Right Foods and the tracking # stated that OnTrac had the order delivered yesterday evening at 8:30 PM to our front door which is a flat lie. 3 People were sitting at this time in our living room with view of the front door and three dogs were there, too. My dogs bark at everyone who enters the front yard, In addition, the neighbor's security camera footage showed that nobody approached our front door at the time they claimed delivery. Their driver is a lying piece of $#*! and their customer service sucks. They did not respond when I complained. I have to say, Dr. McDougall's Right Foods were very nice when I called and they will re-ship the order with a different carrier this time. Let's hope we get it next week. I wouldn't have complained if they would have stated that delivery is late because stuff can happen but lying straight at us saying they have delivered is different. Customer Beware and refuse any delivery with this fraudulent delivery service!

My package was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago; Today my package was delivered to a neighbor's because they didn't pull all the way in the driveway at the end! It's a good thing I'm good with all my neighbor's. It's kinda bad cause you do the right thing and stay home during this covid but then you get horrible service like this and it makes me want to just go to the store and shop myself, it makes me mad cause there are so many bad reviews, and what other shiping company only anwser there phones M-F least with fedx you can call and least get someone to help, this company don't care!

Placed Order on Jul 28th, delivery due date stated Aug 6-Aug 11. On Jul 31 received Amazon message in my orders that package was delivered to my address; but when you click on further details it was delivered NOT to CT, but Studio City, CA. Now to see what happens as I attempt to get refund! WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!

If I could give zero stars I would! This is the worst shipping company on the planet! Two separate vendors have used their service to ship packages to me. I've had to make several complaints to both companies in order to get my items shipped using a different company. The most recent incident involved perishable items that the vendor had to reship TWICE because OnTrac left them sitting in their warehouse or because of driver incompetence. I placed the order on May 31 and on June 6 the company reached out to me to say they were shipping a completely new order because they felt the original items would not be safe to consume given OnTrac had not delivered. Today (June 10), they reached out again to say the second shipment is not safe to consume due to OnTrac's lack of delivery. They will be shipping a third package out via FedEx on Monday! Both vendors that used OnTrac have lost money (unless they were able to file claims against OnTrac to recoup their losses due to their inferior performance). From now on, if I know ahead of time a company uses OnTrac, I will request they use UPS or FedEx instead.

This company is hands down the most incompetent organization I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Where do they find these clowns? I bet I've had 10 deliveries from them over the years and every single one has been a fiasco! Packages thrown over my gate into the mud when it's raining, boxes ripped open and dumped upside down on my sidewalk, packages returned for God knows why, and last time a crazy driver who charged at me like a rabid dog screaming at me because I asked her to close the gate behind her. Unfortunately I forgot Nordstrom uses them occasionally, placed an order, and as soon as I saw it was Ontrac I KNEW something would happen! Sure enough, was "out for delivery" on 4/26 and then "held". I called yesterday and they said it was because I didn't give them the gate code. LAUGHABLE! There is no gate code! It's just a gate you open with your hands - too much for their delivery drivers I guess - it's easier to either just send it back or throw it over into the yard. There is no code, no lock, no nothing - it's just a gate on a fence. So I was told she'd send them a message to attempt delivery again and there was no gate code and today I look and it's in Arizona. At this point it's just laughable. I called Nordstrom, they offered to send the items express for delivery tomorrow, but since they couldn't guarantee it wouldn't be through OnTrac again I told them - then cancel it entirely! I won't do business with any company who uses them. Eventually if people dig in their heels enough and stop using companies because of OnTrac, the companies will sever ties with them. IDIOTS!

I was sitting outside my apartment when the OnTrac driver showed up to the apartment next to mine with mine, and someone elses package, he threw my pack down at the sidewalk as he walked into the other apartment then when he picked it up leaned against it to read it, then walked past me to my door and threw it down again before knocking. My package was the Ps5 that ive been waiting so long for and I was PISSED, but this guy literally lied to my face and tried to say he didnt to those things when I was watching the whole time. By some stroke of luck my Ps5 seems ok. $#*! you Nameless OnTrac driver, $#*! you.

HORRIBLE service... I was expecting a package in the afternoon. At 4.15 I checked the tracking... It had been delivered and signed for at 3:30... just 45 min ago... BUT I WAS HOME!? The initials were not mine, I did not hear the doorbell... I called their 1-800. "Sorry for the inconvenience" is not going to do it for me! They said they tracked the driver, who apparently came to my place... and someone else signed off...!? I went around in my neighborhood and even asked around...
The only explanation then IS THAT THE DRIVER SIGNED FOR AND STOLE MY PACKAGE... and nobody will ever know?
I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!

I was working with this company in the Chandler Call Center and I have never seen a program operated so backwards. Most of the Drivers are not even employees of the company and the business seriously has no control over them. The operation is so bizarre how they are set up and if your package was lost or arrived damaged, I can tell you why. Basically, regardless whether OnTrac cares, they really have no control over the service. The Call Center Operators are way over their heads in work and for what they pay them is a joke. What this company needs is major overhaul on how they do business. Why good businesses would use this outfit is because they do not do their homework, they see a cheap price and they get a crappie service. It basically ruins that business's reputation by providing bad delivery service of their products, by using OnTrac. I wanted to tell people their and even the instructors, who were amazing, but their hard work could only go so far, with a F. Up set up the employee can do.

I have repeatedly asked the driver's not to throw the packages over the vent they know I have dogs well my dogs have literally tore up two packages and destroyed what was it in them Wednesday February 1st 2023 a package was thrown over in my fence and my dogs ate it that package was $70 I have the proof and I will post it two weeks before that they threw another package over the fence it was an Apple phone my dogs destroyed it now I am tired I am upset and I am pissed off somebody needs to pay me back which the total comes to $270 I am not happy I am totally pissed now I have put a big mailbox outside my house if this happens again I will be back and I won't be this nice

Be be careful they like throwing your packages over the fence if you have animals they'll eat it up like mine did the site is very good I like it a lot but I don't like the fact of my packages being thrown over the fence

I bought 1 item on American eagle. Estimated delivery was a couple days out. It didn't show up after a few days so I tracked the shipping through on trac. Of course there was no info about my order other than the estimated deli every is pushed back one day. Then one more day. And now I have about 20 updates to my item item that all say estimated delivery for tomorrow.
Stupidly, I made another order on American eagle thinking that one delivery delay was a one off and maybe the truck broke down or something idk. And now my other order isn't arriving and delivery date is being pushed back to the following day! A third order I had made was late and when I went to track that package i saw it was also through on trac! I feel like I'm being punkd. AVOID USING THEM AS YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE!
