After reading so many negative reviews. I was extremely nervous about a package delivery first time order from a company first time ever getting from Ontrac. All of my fears were wrong, the package was delivered. Early goodwill still live earlier than promised. The driver carefully placed it did not throw it. It came in perfect, I give this company excellent ratings.
OnTrac picked up my package from Home Chef, according to their app. Never delivered, even after 5 days. Contacted their customer service through the app three times. Never received a response. Guess they ate my food rather than deliver it. Terrible from top down. They deserve negative stars, if that were a thing.
This is the worst delivery service to me. Especially when you have to oh for delivery. Was not here on promised date. Website updated hours after the supposed deliver delivery

Home chef uses them from time to time unfortunately. You can't be consistently late with food deliveries. Ontrac is bad enough to reflect poorly on the awesome home chef service.

Delivery services should be able to do one thing…deliver. Unfortunately with OnTrac EVERYTHING seems to constitute an "exception" to the delivery date. Weather shouldn't paralyze a delivery service, but it seems OnTrac finds every excuse NOT to deliver when stated.P.S. The Amazon guy delivered in his Prius…but OnTrac is off track

On trac/laser trac has said twice that my package was delivered at the front door and twice I have not received it. You cannot speak to a personal at Lasertrac/on trac BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Last time I will order from FREE PEOPLE!

My complaints about this sad excuse for a shipping company span the course of 2 years. The most recent being 2 packages in 2 weeks sent to me from Target.com that went through (according to the tracking information on OnTrac's site) delay after delay only to wind up damaged and then discarded by OnTrac. I don't buy it. It sounds more to me like they are being stolen. They were similar size packages that ended up the same way.
OnTrac has mis-delivered, lost, and destroyed packages. They have left them out in the rain at the bottom of the driveway instead of delivering them the extra 200 feet to the house. Their customer service (when you can get them on the phone) each time will try to assure you that they will get to the bottom of it and they will call you back. Don't believe it they never call back and for that matter they never can give you an answer as to what happened to your package.
Here is what may be the worst thing they do. In my area they hire contracted drivers who come in their own vehicles. There is nothing on their car that identifies them as a delivery service. Almost all of these drivers are tweakers. In other words they are drug addicts. You can see it from the condition of their teeth and car to their stink from not showering for days. I don't want nor do I appreciate having these kind of people on my property for any reason.
All I can hope is that someday merchants will wise up and stop using OnTrac or that OnTrac goes out of business!

So frustrating- First time Ordering NBA Gear. It's for my Son who is just starting basketball, First time i could afford a gift like this, Yet i have the worst feeling about the delivery company- Package was supposed to be 2nd day- It is now the 3rd day and the package has not been scanned since it arrived at their facility 3 hours away- Being 3 hours away, I would expect my package to be in town by now, but no update- Just status change to "Delayed" Nobody to contact with ONTRAC and i can't get a replacement order because i ordered the last shirts! So upsetting because Now i can't gift my son this awesome present... ONTRAC You suck. I have a sneaky suspicion that they just saw where the order was from and stole the package... Thanks ONTRAC for RUining Another Customer's Christmas.

Twice I have had medical supplies delivered by this fly by night company. They said it was delivered but was not. Their drivers are liars. Any company using this service needs to pull their head out.

Do not use OnTrac if you intend to keep your customers! This company has failed all three times they have had the responsibility to deliver a package to me. The first one was left at the road to be run over the second one was listed as delivered and was not. It took a written complaint and a call for them to finally deliver the package two days after it was marked as delivered. The last one was left in our driveway during heavy snow. We were lucky to have found that one before the snow melted. AGAIN, RETAILERS, IF YOU WANT TO HAVE REPETE CUSTOMERS, DO NOT USE OnTrac!

I work in a 55+ manufactured home park. On Trac is consistently delivering to the wrong address, speeding thru the property (posted speed limit is 15mph), and going the wrong way down 1 way streets. Today took the cake! ***THE DRIVER ACTUALLY STOLE ONE OF THE PARK BENCHES*** THIS WAS WITNESSED BY RESIDENTS, ONE EVEN YELLED AT HIM & HE IGNORED THEM, THREW THE BENCH IN THE BACK OF HIS VAN & SPED OFF!

Placed a Amazon order for 3 extinguishers which was sent by a third party seller. Well it arrived in Tucson on 05-14. For 12 days there was a note saying it was delayed and to expected it the next day. Just got it on 05-25 and it was only one fire extinguisher and the packing list said quantity 3. Amazon refunded all my money and I got to keep the one fire extinguisher. I had bad experiences with these fu__in morons one to many times. For now on I will contact the seller and ask who the carrier is and that I will not accept it from On Track. If the seller lies and it is sent by On Track it will be refused. All buyers that hate On Track as I do should do the same. What a dumb $#*! name for this company. On Track should be Off Track. I pray they go out of business.

They delivered a high dollar box….but to someone else. They took a photo of the home they sent it to…not even my house. Then they doubled down by saying…it shows delivered so case closed. Like I can change my front door out overnight and my house color?! They sent it to a baby blue DOUBLE front door home and I have a solid Black single front door.
How disgusting! They could easily send the driver out to find the house he took it to. Do NOT use them! HUGE LACK OF INTEGRITY. DISHONEST. They take zero accountability for the recipients nor the people delivering…instead…they lie and close the case and you have zero recourse.

Im seriously going to lose my $#*!! My package was to be delivered on TUESDAY and its been delayed... these idiots have taken my package from Reno Nevada to Redlands CA to Ontario CA back to Redlands CA then back to Ontario CA then back to Redlands CA and NOW its in $#*!ing UTAH! I PAID EXTRA FOR OVER NIGHT DELIVERY! Where is my package?! At this point they either have the DUMBEST EMPLOYEES working for them or they have lost my damn package and are buying time! Where is it?! It better be delivered tomorrow FRIDAY!

I had the unpleasure of dealing with a rude delivery person yesterday who didn't give 2 Shi&s about the address or the correct part of town for that matter. The very rude delivery person who obviously can not read and was in too big of a hurry to notice she was at 2700 Crescent Cove NOT 2700 Monterey Bay. I have tried for a full day to get ahold of customer service with no luck, just a message stating they are experiencing a high call volume.
Come get your package you losers and take it to the correct address - AND SEND SOMEONE WHO CAN READ!.

This company apparently hires anyone who knows how to drive, but have zero interest in giving proper service of ANY KIND! They THROW your pkgs over a 'short UNLOCKED' fence (within easy reach of theft if you're not home), instead of opening it and walking the 2 ft to leave it at your door (out of street view), and I've even had them just TOSSED the pkg over fence... bouncing off the ground!... and even dropped in a puddle once on a raining day... again, instead of leaving at 'covered' front door, as well as today, I'm AT THE DOOR ready to receive pkg, and again just throws it over the fence. SO SICK OF THESE A-HOLES who only care about making their money! Whenever I find a co. That uses these idiots (ie: walmart!) I shop elsewhere! WORST OF THE WORST!

Worst delivery service I have delt with. Do not buy from merchants that use them. Delivery service is questionable at best. State packages have been delivered and show up late if at all.

I had a package set to be delivered on Friday. The lazy driver pulled up to my complex gate. And after waiting for a moment and not doing anything just left and put delivery attempted, unable to access building. Didn't call or text or even try the apartment manager. After contacting their nice but useless customer service and talking to a supervisor they said they contacted the driver and the driver said it would be delivered the next day (Saturday). We'll on Saturday they had limited buisness hours and that driver doesn't work Saturdays. So I was lied to. They don't deliver Sunday and now it's Monday. Was told by a supervisor it would be before 12 p.m. on Monday. Here we are over an hour later I contacted their customer service for the mpteenth time and they are now saying the frame for residential deliveries is until 9 p.m. I hope I get it today but I don't think I will ever order ship to home from Best Buy again. They need to contract a better company eith better ratings for their high dollar items

My package was supposed to arrive by end of day yesterday. At 4:20pm the OnTrac tracking page updated stating 'deliver next business day'. That's not what I agreed to. My package was supposed to be delivered! Later, the message changed to "Shipment Delayed; Delivery Date Updated" yet the date remains yesterday. Today, I checked again and the messages were the same. I waited until about 3:00pm and called. After being on hold for almost an hour, I spoke to someone who told me my package never left their distribution facility yesterday, and after she checked, it never left today either. What kind of service is this? This is totally unacceptable. At this point, I'm waiting on a phone call or email to let me know when it will be delivered. I'm not holding my breath. I'm contacting the company I ordered from and letting them know about the shipping company they are trusting with their deliveries. And that if they continue to use OnTrac as a shipping provider, I will no longer do business with them. I suggest anyone else who's had similar issues do the same.

I ordered from Victoria secrets, package had no movement once it reached my city. After about 10 days I reached out only to receive a generic response which I wasn't satisfied with so I told them I wanted to know exactly where my package was. They said they did an investigation and it was lost. So VS gave me a replacement, lo and behold once that one reached my city, THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED. I work at the biggest UPS plant in the country and it's actually insanely hard to "lose" a package. Someone is stealing and they just don't care because companies continue to use this company. There are several articles online about drivers being found with thousands of stolen packages. I plan on riding out there this weekend and filing a formal complaint, to steal someone's mail is a federal offense even if it's not a federally regulated company. This company needs to be shut down, it's like a 50/50 shot whether you're going to get your stuff or not and that's completely unacceptable. Vendors please stay away if you want to stay inbusiness! Zero stars or even negative! I dread every time I see the package is being delivered by OnTrac. They claim to have delivered the package but it is never the case. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened with me. It is nowhere around and no one else has picked it up for me. The delivery address is correct and there as absolutely no issues with that. The delivery drivers straight out lie showing that the package is delivered when it is clearly not. Every time I get the same response asking me to verify the address or contact the vendor. And then they just throw their hands in the air saying their records show that it is accurately delivered. OnTrac does not want to take any responsibility for their own deficiencies. My experience is nothing short of horrendous. The service cares the least about the inconvenience and the frustration the customer has to go through because of them. Either improve your services or shut down the whole fraudulent service. Pathetic and unreliable. I don't know why the vendors still use this service.

Package was supposed to be delivered on a beautiful Monday. No package arrived. OnTrac website said it was delayed "due to weather". Complete malarkey - roads had some residual snow, but driving was fine (storm was several days before...).
Website also said package would be delivered the next business day. Nope - no package!
I called Ontrac. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I finally got a human. He said they had NOT scanned my package that day. So no package that day, either. I am still waiting, but I will be calling the seller to tell them that they should really use a different delivery service.
Update: I finally got my package. And OnTrac sent me an e-mail with the the following "helpful" info: "Thank you for your email. Our records indicate that your package was delivered on 99/99/99 at 99:99am/pm."
WOW...
And another update: the original product was a bit too big, so I decided to return it and get a size smaller. Once again, they used OnTrac. Package was supposed to arrive today. OnTrac website shows that it arrived in Salt Lake City three days ago. This afternoon, they informed me that it would arrive "Next Business Day". U-m-m-m - it takes FOUR DAYS for OnTrac to get something from SLC to Denver? These guys should be out of business NOW! Once again, I will contact my vendor and tell them that they really need to use another delivery service!

Ordered from WalMart on March 8th, with delivery scheduled for March 9th.
Package picked up in California on March 9th, didn't show any movement until March 10, when it arrived in Tucson early morning. Sat at the distribution center until 4PM when it finally made the delivery vehicle.
Keep in mind, the shipping address CLEARLY shows a business address so little chance of making it before 5 when we close.
Today: March 11: it STILL does not show being on the truck for delivery. Called WalMart to let them know what kind of company they are dealing with, they did file a complaint with OnTrac. Called OnTrac customer service and got a complete run-around as to the location of the package, when it MIGHT actually be delivered, or any other explanation as to the delay.
Sure do hope that WalMart listens and stops using OnTrac, we've never in ten years had a problem like this with either FedEx or UPS, even the USPS provides better service that OnTrac!
