I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
I have had three orders with Walmart at 2 different addresses and all three did not arrive due to delivery issues "Unable to Access Residence". I work at home and was home for all three deliveries. OnTrac just chooses to not deliver. No more Walmart for me until they use another delivery service!

They suck. I ordered ATV tires and they both were stuck at the Denver facility. They delivered the front tires but both front and back were there! Talk about inefficient! How does this POS business stay in business?! Rocky mountain atv needs to use a reliable shipping company. Ontrac isn't it!
I had a rather large delivery through Amazon, and they used OnTrac for delivery. We never received the item, and it was noted that the item was delivered to a NEIGHBOR! (This was to be delivered to a church.) I know for a fact that we did not sign for it. Seriously, who delivers something to a neighbor? OnTrac is taking no responsibility for it. Steer clear of this absolutely horrible delivery company. I will be avoiding them at all costs.
Placed an order with Sephora and paid for 2 day delivery. They said my packed would arrive on the 12/13 the 2to 3 day period. I didn't get any notification. I finally got a something saying it's on its way and will arrive on 12/16... another one saying it will arrive 12/18 today it is 12/18 and I now have a message sayings it's going to arrive 12/19. I called 2 times only to be placed on a 45 min hold! And the lady said your package is on its way. Horrible service I hope they will no longer be operating soon.
They are horrible. They hire people who could never work anywhere else for a good reason, and they have a reputation for stealing packages and showing up in the middle of the night to throw the packages the driver didn't want out the window as they race by.

They delivered my first package to the wrong address so I had to request a replacement. They were contacted not to leave the package after business hours but they proceeded to dump it over the fence and the dog ate it. Would never use them to deliver anything.
They claim they deliver the package took a picture of it and then pick it back up basically stole my package. Don't even know who this company is I would never use them. I would not use them even if they paid me. And next time I buy something from a vendor if I see they're using them I'm canceling my order I'd rather go back to the post office
We placed an order Via Bestbuy. They said the shipment was delayed, it continued to be delayed for 2 weeks and then randomly in the middle of the tracking they put " Delivered" but the next 1 week it continued to show Delayed. *******@bestbuy works or gives business to such a horrible company I don't know. When I contacted them they said the package would ship in 2 days, followed up after 2 days and they said " it is too far gone to be able to locate. I am convinced they stole the package knowing it was from Bestbuy. They wouldn't help me track it, they said it's now Bestbuys problem. You cannot get through to their phone number so chat was the only option. They don't care about their clients. I really don't understand how they are in business. I never take time to write a review but this was a horrible situation. We bought 2 Nintendo Switches for xmas and now I have to find a new gift last min for my family. SHAME ON YOU.

Easily, the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced, and I've yet to receive my shipment. If I could post the photos of the tracking history, and then the texts to customer service, since they don't actually speak to customers, it would be tough to believe how incompetent Ontrac, or better yet Offtrac is. Insulting to customers.

Every item I order in the last 2 months it's over 6 days and I never receive it or it ends up a week or 2 later after paying for 2 to 3 days shipping and customer service says it's on the way just wait and and it still doesn't show up terrible service

Waiting for my clothings from fashion nova for 20 days, end up told me after they handed to ontrac my package has been lost in transit, fashion nova offer me the full refund but ontrac is beyond the terrible, I hope this company shut down for forever due to their terrible service.
They been delaying delivery of my packages! They don't even have people to answer phone calls! I think if you can't handle delivering your shipment that you shouldn't be accepting packages from your client until you resolve your problem! 1 day delay is ok but going on 7day and counting delay is not acceptable!
This is the worst company in the entire world! The ceo is a total failure. You should never claim to have any job title at this pathetic co. The delivery people are extreme LIAR'S! My item was supposed to be delivered on March 18th and never arrived however they say it got delivered. I finally got ahold of someone from on track it was like an amazing event and the representative told me to go F myself. Do they not record their phone calls? Where can I seek council for this?
I recently ordered a golf club via Amazon. The club was to be delivered using Ontrac. After three days of failed delivery attempts, it's obvious the driver stole the club. I called customer service and after being placed on hold for never less than 10 minutes, the customer service agent tells me the package is out for delivery. The driver has never come. I spoke to a friend who works for FedEx. He tells me this happens - even with FedEx. When I suggested this to Ontrac customer service, the agent didn't sound surprised and suggested I report it to Amazon. Hmmmm is this a known problem? Ontrac, do background checks on your thieves!

First they held up delivery the date I should've received the package. Today I called and waited 35+ minutes for some patronizing jerk to tell me the gate at my complex was not open last night or today. I proceeded to tell him they had returned the package at 5 pm the day before. Of which he said that was not true and to boot, returned the package to the distribution center again today and indicated they will not deliver it till they are given a gate code.
The gates ARE open 24-7 here but he once again told me that was not true. Needlesss to say I cancelled the order and hopefully will get my money back from the seller asap.
Well I had contacted them multiple times in one day bc I kept being told my package was delayed to the point someone called me and asked me a few questions and I thought great end of this ordeal….$#*!ING WRONGGGGGGGGG every time I contacted them to "update my address" they never put it in the system and this morning when I was finally able to get someone on the phone it was the most ridiculously tedious process "maam your address is not available" and then it would turn into "well that's not where it's taking my driver it's taking them somewhere else" which turned into "well in order for us to leave it at your door you have to give us a proper address" and when I asked what were they using to type in the address they wouldn't tell me and I said that's funny bc on google and Apple Maps I type in my address and it takes me to the right place and it's like there's multiple things on property she was able to find the next thing over with it's address and it's the same thing as mine just with 4 not an 8

How can a package ordered on 8/19, and received in OnTrac Desoto Tx on 8/22 and out for delivery on 8/23 never make it to my home 30 mins from the shipping location? Delayed for 9 days, each day out for deliver and then delayed. Then on 8/31 is says delivered and a package was never delivered. All Ring cameras show and I have 4, that not one On Trac truck or delivery was made. How can Fanatics contract with companies like this? Baffles me.
Never ever again! I bought two jackets at fashionnova and these $#*!ers said that it was delivered when clearly it was not! I have Been at home all day because of the COVID-19 social distancing and absolutely no package was delivered! I hope whoever took it die and they're entire family too! When I pulled up Ontrac reviews, I could not believe the poor ratings. Having a package delivered that was not mines and to have it resting on my poarch for three weeks, and after speaking to four different customer service people I got no results it was infuriating. So I continue to receive no help in getting this package to the right person. Finally my last resort was to call one more time speaking with a customer service rep Edwin Ortiz who patiently took the time to follow up to find the error that had to be corrected. I want to thank him so much for helping me to get that package to the righfful owers. He surely deserves some credit in all of this and thank you Perry for making it happen today.

I wouldn't have gave any stars but I had to. Will people don't use On Trac the worse delivery company in the world. My fence was close but I have a side gate that is open and I guess the driver didn't realize that we had cameras on our house what a fool. He stops in front of our house gets out of the truck gets our package puts it over his shoulder and walks up to our fence and throws our package it goes flying in the air and landed in our yard this is how they deliver there packages nice lucky he didn't break the item the box cause the box was all smash up. Worse company ever they need to retrain there employees!
Expected my package to arrive a few days ago, but then ontrac decided to hold my package. After submitting an inquiry, they then put the package in pending, but no sign of it after. Will work to never use ontrac again after this experience.

I ordered a big order and so the packages were split into two- one package shipped by USPS and one by OnTrac. My OnTrac package came two days ago, and my USPS one is projected to get here 5 days later than that one. Quick service!
