I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one

“Cannot be delivered due to address!”

EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.

OnTrac is the most inconvenient delivery company I have ever dealt with. I don't even know how they're still in business... I have had two deliveries delayed for more than 7 days ordering items just days apart from each other from two separate addresses. My first package was delivered after I was lucky enough to get a call back from customer service, the second pictured below has been getting "delayed" every single day. I don't mind the delay as it is expected during this time, but OnTrac keeps on saying that the package is going to be delivered "today" on their tracking site then changes it on the same day it will be delivered "tomorrow"... So you wait a whole day for nothing... As this is the season of giving and porch thieves, I try to be home as much as I can to receive deliveries. I wish they would just give a more accurate date on when it will be delivered and go with that instead of updating the delivery to say it will be delivered "today" to no avail. My UPS and Fedex deliveries have been more accurate in telling you the customer when items will be delivered and while it may take longer than expected, at least it is accurate. To companies using OnTrac out there, please NO MORE! It's inconvenient and makes me rethink about buying from you again.

I ordered my dresses on Shein on July 9th. I received my first order on the 17th which was delivered by USPS. One of my dresses was sent to OnTrac and has been sitting in a warehouse is l less than 2 hours away from me since the 11th and it is now the 19th. I sent a message to customer service and have yet to hear back. There is no reason why they have not delivered my dress to me when the warehouse is less than two hours away from my house. I should have received my dress the other day. I'm leaving for out of town tomorrow and need my dress to arrive today.

Before buying something online from a store, I never heard of ontrac. The day my item was to be delivered there was an "exception" on the account and I was asked to confirm my address, which I did. After that everyday I checked my order, it was supposed to be delivered and never was, I finally tried to call to see what was going on, have the item shipped to another address if I had to, but I couldn't bc they only have a very unhelpful text line that told me to call the seller. As of today my item has been shipped back to the seller. Every other item I bought frm the seller I have already bc they shipped through ups, idk why anyone would use this company.

I ordered a package from Ulta and it was shipped thru Ontrac. I got a call the Ulta consultant didn't put my unit # on it. I called Ontrac back and they couldn't find the package. Again I called and was told the address was corrected and would go out the next business day. Another 10 days I call again, Cs couldn't find, a supervisor couldn't find. Called again this time I was told they can't find it and will send it WHENEVER, IF THEY FIND IT. All this was read from a script. Poorly. Absolutely NO. CONCERN. I've wasted hrs trying to track this down. FINALLY Had to get a refund from Ulta.
I used to work in customer service. I would bend over backwards to help the client while being empathetic. This is one of the worst Co. I have dealt with. Unfortunately the store I bought this from does not carry it in house so I'm screwed. I will never order a package from that store again because of this. I will let Ulta know and everyone I know on Facebook

Three companies I recently purchased from has used OnTrac; Fabletica, JCP and Walmart and all the same service! Delay, delay, delay! One I canceled order and got my money back. Walmart, partial shipped UPS came 12 days ago but OnTrac still delayed. Ordered Nov 9. Original order said 5-7 days. JCP original order said 5 days…OnTrac 3 weeks delivery. Who is this company? I wrote JCP and Walmart and told them to use the regulars.

According to Ontrack, they delivered my package at front door at 8:55 PM I never receive it I contact them they told me to contact the sender. Doesn't even show me the proof of delivery at all very poor service

Bought pair shoes from Nordstrom. On Trac said it was delivered. I was home at the time. It was not delivered. On Trac stole my package. This is the second time I've had this issue with On Trac. The first time they lost my package and couldn't get refunded for entire month. I will never use this service again.

Don't use on Trac.

Every single order I have had delivered by On Trac has been either left at the wrong address or left at the bottom of our building stairs where anyone can take it (apartment building). I even had one package that was left at the wrong door AND all the contents inside were smashed (and the contents were very well packaged by the manufacturer).

Tip for consumers:
I wish manufacturers would stop using this shipping company.

Package was out for delivery on Monday, came after business hours. Marked the package "business" indicating that it needed to be delivered during business hours. Tuesday, package was out for delivery, tried to delivery at 7:00pm (obviously after business hours), called OnTrac they promised it would be delivered by 12:00pm on Wednesday (today). Called me at 1:00pm to tell me that it wasn't going to be delivered on time but they would try to get it to me before business closed today. This company sucks at logistics. They can't even keep their own promises. This is now the second time that I've been so blessed to experience their crap services. I will pay for expedited shipping from now on to ensure the USPS doesn't hand my package off to OnTrac.

Rafael a supervisor there at "On Trac" hates his life and spreads his negativity to all employees around him.

Some Packages are wet, gross, & damaged.

They will hire basically anyone

Genuinely terrible. Failed three times in a row to deliver packages with various excuses. If your order is supposed to go through them just cancel it. Don't waste your time. OnTrac Sucks.

They stealed my package in the way to Viabox Warehouse to Aramex depot. A Month Ago still They are Unable to Locate the package. Fraud Company dont trust otherwise you will lose your Package and money

Ontrac doesn't know how to deliver packages.The moment they realized that unti number is not on file they should have not delivered it. But instead they delivered it somewhere else and they think that people will just willingly give it back? So nice of them to deliver it to someone else and give that person a package for free. And now they won't even do anything since it was delivered!. And customer service saying well they put the unit where they left it. So everything is good just because they put someone else unit number in it. Now I don't have a package and they wouldn't do anything since they delivered it. Usually if there's no unit number, they should have not delivered it at all..

I despise this shipping company. They leave packages at the front door which has a sign on it stating to please not leave packages at the front door but at the back door. I guess all the drivers for this company can't read AND they don't know how to ring door bells either. My latest package was delivered which I didn't know until I was reading my emails the next day and saw the email stating my package was delivered, email was sent at 2:23am on the 15th and package was delivered on the 14th. Needless to say someone helped them selves to my package. You don't have to live in a bad neighborhood to have your packages stolen, the thieves drive around snatch the package and drive off. Other deliveries I've been fortunate enough to be home and get notified but they still don't ring the bell. The least they can do is put the package over the wall into my yard where it's not seen. Despise really isn't a strong enough word...

I placed an online order with the wrong address accidentally, and I've tied changing the address to the company from where I placed my order but they unfortunately couldn't do anything. When I got my tracking notifications from OnTrac, I called OnTrac customer service and they were able to fixed the issue with no problem. Great customer service

Today is the 12/10/2019 California 9:00 PM. My Google Pixel XL 4 Was to be delivered on the 3rd. I still don't have it. It is being stuck at their facility and its status is everyday ''Will be delivered tomorrow''.

Humanly impossible to contact them. I called Google to cancel it. Now I lost the Black Friday Deal. I hate this stupid company and I am so shocked that Google has chosen them for their delivery services. Shame on Ontrack and shame on Google for choosing Ontrack. I have attached the image of as my proof.

I will never use any company that use ONTRAC - I will ask them first who is your shipper - if it is Ontrac no thank you... I will not place the order with you if you are shipping with ONTRAC.

Miss delivered my package and could not care less. They frequently have blown off my phone calls, ignored my complaints and over 2 weeks later continue to send me to different locations to look for my package that is not there. On top of that they refuse to update the shipping website reporting that my package is lost and not delivered making it complex with my seller and so I am the only one who loses out here. AWFUL COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST!

OnTrac documented delivery to my home of three packages which were meant for my grandkids. They said the packages were delivered on Dec. 2nd at 2:17 pm. My ring device recorded all events for that day, and at no time was there an OnTrac delivery! About $100 worth of clothing that we bought from Tilly's. Tried to contact someone at OnTrac, by phone, at least eight times, and was disconnected after waiting extremely long times! No Customer Service!
Called a person at Tilly's and shared my complaint with them, Someone from Tilly's is to contact us... I will next lodge a complaint with the BBB!
This company is a joke!
I too will not buy from a vendor using the company for delivery!

I would give negative stars if I could. I bought a MacBook Pro for my daughter from BestBuy, I did not know they hired other third party delivery companies. I was expecting a package from fedex. My package never arrived, opened an investigation with Ontrac, they said they would send the delivery person out again to tell me where they left it, Lies! No one came back to my house, the delivery person reported back that no one was home and that they left a notice on my door, Lies! No one came that day and no notice was left on my door! They Closed their investigation, then Bestbuy told me to file a police report, which I did, because Bestbuy didnt want to refund what they say was "delivered"... I filed a complaint on Bestbuy thru BBB, they denied it. I spent a little over $1000 for my daughters laptop and now its just going to be considered my loss? Unbelievable. Never again!

My package has been out for delivery for 2 days and I still have not received it and they have NO customer service. I sent an email twice and still have not gotten a reply to why my package is delayed. TERRIBLE!

My order originally due to arrive Oct 2nd- delayed. Oct 3rd- delayed. Oct 4th- out for delivery-delayed. Oct 5th- out for delivery- delayed. Today, Oct 6th@ 6:31 pm- out for delivery. Any bets on if these freaks don't attempt AGAIN and just mark delayed? Extremely disgusted with the complete failure this company is. It's vile. If it doesn't arrive by 8pm (their "will arrive by" time" I'm reporting this business to BBB as they can't handle doing their jobs. If I could give -5 rating, that would be too good a rating for them.

Tip for consumers:
That it is absolutely not worth going through this complete and epic failure of a company for delivery. Would have taken my disabled self to a store to purchase in person, even with struggling to walk 14 steps to the bathroom due to severe pain. OnTrack needs to be shut down for their crappy service, crappy communication, and crappy inability to deliver products they are supposed to deliver.

I swear I ordered some cat toys for my cat. Next thing you know they deliver it to the wrong house. I swear I feel like these OnTrac people are blind. They couldn't even deliver it to the right house. I put my whole entire address on my package and some how they deliver it to the wrong house. Would not recommend omm.

These people do not care for your package at all. All they do is steal your money and yes I mean steal, I paid for 3 day shipping and the website said it was out for delivery at 5pm but nothing came in. I then got an update at 11pm saying it was delivered at 2:30pm. SO WHERE THE HELL is my package it's now the 2nd of January and all they can say is "let me go check we will contact you back". News flash I've been the only one contacting they won't even send an email or call you back. Take your business elsewhere because obviously these guys don't care.
