After reading so many negative reviews. I was extremely nervous about a package delivery first time order from a company first time ever getting from Ontrac. All of my fears were wrong, the package was delivered. Early goodwill still live earlier than promised. The driver carefully placed it did not throw it. It came in perfect, I give this company excellent ratings.
OnTrac picked up my package from Home Chef, according to their app. Never delivered, even after 5 days. Contacted their customer service through the app three times. Never received a response. Guess they ate my food rather than deliver it. Terrible from top down. They deserve negative stars, if that were a thing.
On track is the worst delivery service I have ever encountered they are never on time they are days late they deliver to the wrong addresses or apartments and they make no excuse for it

They say one thing and do another, lost my package, and then a week later said it was delivered, no one where I work saw anyone from ontrac the day they said they delivered it, I called and they said they would charge it to lost so I could call the vendor for a refund, but no, they left it as delivered and the vendor said no refund till they get the package back, ok, I don't have the package, I have things delivered to my work place to avoid these kind of things, but with ontrac I guess you take your chances, never again, I will not buy anything without the option shipping methods.

They never respond to sellers requests and they take over 2 weeks to fail to deliver your package and send it back. They're absolutely a horrible company and should be ended.

If you use Ontrac for your overnight delivery service, be aware that Becky will threaten to close your account if you do not pay your bill. I sent a response on 11/29/2021 advising that the bill was forwarded to finance for payment.

I requested the account be closed. We do not need to be doing business with companies like this. We will use a service that desires customers and provides the services that they advertise. Wondering if this isn't an unhappy employee that is choosing to damage their companies reputation by losing customers with this type of treatment. If so, it is working so Ontrac be advised.

Terrible drivers and customer service. My package was marked as delivered yet I never received it. Ever since OnTrac received the package, they did not update it until today stating that it was delivered days ago. For 4 days it was listed as being on the same local truck (presumably lost). I contacted customer service and did not hear back. I sent them a text because that is the only other option to reach them. The wait times to hear back are hours and if you don't respond back within 1 minute it closes the chat and you have to wait all over again. I finally got ahold of them for the 2nd time and they said there was an issue with reaching my address (there are no barriers to entering my street and reminder that this was marked as delivered). I'm assuming the delivery driver just took the items for themselves. I don't think I can buy from any company that uses OnTrac for shipping due to how useless their customer service is and how bad their drivers are. There is no proof of delivery so you are stuck with having to reach out to the seller and hoping they will give you a refund.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE- stay away
The worst there are 6 signs in my lobby that say do not leave packages here they are in gigantic letters
All the other delivery services know not to leave it there they can read
Our packages continually got stolen in the unattended lobby it's 325 units & visitors & solicitors
My package was stolen I called OnTrac I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me they spoke to the driver and the driver said he left it in the right place in the lobby I told him that they should have the supervisor go to my lobby and look for himself and then he would know that he should've left it at my door not in the lobby they said the case is closed and if I want my money back I need to go to the company that shipped the item they really had no care whatsoever now I'm wondering was it actually even delivered?

I received an email on 07/03/2023 at 1:45pm stating that my package was dropped off on 07/01/2023 at 9:47pm at the front door of a business. Guess What package is no where to be found and I had my office pull the camera and they NEVER came to the office. Either you need to follow AMAZON and take PICTURES of drop off packages or get a better GPS system this is crazy second time this happened with this company

According to ontract my package was SUPPOSED TO be delivered on 3/4! IT WAS NOT! THERE HAS BEEN NO UPDATE ON WHEN MY PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED! THERE IS NO WAY TO EVEN CONTACT THEM TO ACTUALLY FIND OUT WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED! I BOUGHT THE ITEM ON WALMART WEBSITE BUT THE SELLER IS THE ONE WHO USED ONTRAC FOR THE SHIPPER! I WILL LET WALMART KNOW EXACTLY THAT ONTRAC IS A PISS POOR SHIPPER TO USE! THEIR RATINGS FOR A SHIPPER IS THE POOREST SHIPPER I HAVE EVER SEEN! Apparently, Honey Baked Ham Company of California utilizes OnTrac to deliver their packages. According to OnTrac's tracking system, my package was supposedly out for delivery on November 21st and was supposed to be delivered by the end of the day on November 21st. As of 8:00 PM on November 23rd, my package has NOT been delivered. OnTrac ABSOLUTELY FAILED to deliver my package from the HoneyBaked Ham Company of California! OnTrac delivery/tracking estimates are wildly inaccurate and incorrect. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! OnTrac must go out of business

Like many others I am an Amazon Prime member sick of playing the shipping lottery.
It goes like this, Amazon ships a package with 2-day delivery.
If they use USPS I get the package in 1-2 days
If they use UPS I get the package in 2-3 days
If they use ONTRAC I get the package in 1-3 weeks if I'm lucky.
Never ever ever use this awful shipping service, I really wish Amazon would stop.

Soooooo I ordered something from Best Buy ghat was "supposed" to be a Christmas gift. I was promised it would be delivered by 12/24. I got an update saying it would be delivered on 12/26. THEN I got ANOTHER update saying 12/27. Well here it is, almost 11:00 pm, 12/27, no package. WTF is going on? I am definitely going to complain to Best Buy about using this service. Christmas is gone and still NOTHING!

I ordered from Wal-Mart and these idiots got the delivery, It was suppose to be here a day before my Daughters Birthday but it was delayed and there site said it would be delivered ON her Bday, but yet again DELAYED, now they said do to "Unforeseen circumstances" her package "Should" be there today by 9pm!
We'll see, I'm also tryin to let Wal-Mart know so they don't use these unreliable company again!

Twice this week I ordered something from Amazon.com. Twice the ONTRAC tracking said they delivered the items, when in fact they did not deliver. This is not the first time we have had problems with ONTRAC. They are not reliable and I do not want any deliveries attempted by ONTRAC, again. DO NOT TRUST ONTRAC WITH YOUR DELIVERIES.

Recently moved to Nevada, never dealt or heard of this company. Made a recent Walmart purchase, a PacMan Arcade1 unit. Two day delivery, so far so good, until Walmart used OnTrac. On 9/22, I get a text that it was delivered at 11:51 am. Problem, is that I had work done by contractors in garage, and cameras, including Ring doorbell. Noone arrived to deliver. Upon contacting Walmart, I was told to wait until 48 hrs. After 2 days, Walmart did not want to reveal who the vendor to deliver was, finally, Walmart wanted to have me contact my bank to dispute the charge, told me that OnTrac was the delivery company, and they CLAIMED that OnTrac stands by the delivery, and item was delivered in front of the door. Walmart left a very bad taste in my mouth, that they were not willing to do anything. After calling my bank, to dispute, and sending DM in Twitter, explaining, and sending them proof from the Ring history, that noone from OnTrac, was even at residence, they mysteriously, refund my purchase. Still without my item, it's out of stock, and no longer on sale. Would I order again from Walmart? No, not when they use OnTrac.

I have never had so many terrible experiences with a delivery company. These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. My first order was a BRIDEMAIDS DRESS AND SHOES. They left it by the front door IN THE RAIN at 9pm... I was not happy. But the dress was fine so whatever. That is until I again had three packages that should have been delivered TWO DAYS AGO. But for whatever reason. They WILL NOT LEAVE THEM. Blaming "security concerns". WHAT!?!?! You left my dress in the rain. But these are too precious? I have spoken to THREE DIFFERENT AGENTS... I just keep getting told its not their problem or to wait. Now my items are supposedly unable to be delivered for TWO MORE DAYS... I have to fly out before then. Sooooo I guess I just will only have half an outfit for this wedding... If there was a way I could know it was going to be them delivering. I would literally cancel my order... WORST COMPANY EVER... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible company. So basically i've ordered form shein plenty of times never having any problems with shipping. But i now know the reason why is because the delivery service are always well know such as, fedex, usps, ups, etc. But this time i got ontrac. My order was placed and shipped on july 17th. And the estimated delivery date was july 26th - july 30th, and as soon as the 26th hit i got a notification saying it was out for delivery, yet never came, then the same thing happens the next day and the next and the next, till today august 2nd. I got a notification saying that it was originally sent to the wrong facility and is now in my city and out for delivery. So around 3:45 i got a notification about a attempted delivery, and it was asking for a gate code to my house, when i don't have a gate code. HONESTLY OVERALL ONTRAC IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!
