After reading so many negative reviews. I was extremely nervous about a package delivery first time order from a company first time ever getting from Ontrac. All of my fears were wrong, the package was delivered. Early goodwill still live earlier than promised. The driver carefully placed it did not throw it. It came in perfect, I give this company excellent ratings.
OnTrac picked up my package from Home Chef, according to their app. Never delivered, even after 5 days. Contacted their customer service through the app three times. Never received a response. Guess they ate my food rather than deliver it. Terrible from top down. They deserve negative stars, if that were a thing.
Ontrac has never delivered product to my door despite stating "DELIVERED" "Front Door" or "DELIVERED" "Front Soor". I have found, any company who used Ontrac to deliver the product purchased gets delivered to the house to the right of my house or to the left of my house, across the street or down the street. I then go walking down the street to find my box or boxes. There Tracking website doesn't work either. I would rate Ontrac a minus number if I could.

I placed an order with Home Depot. The package arrived at the local facility in my town at 8:53 a.m. the Saturday before Christmas (Wednesday), with delivery announced on the Ontrac website for Monday by the end of the day. By the end of the day, the Ontrac website indicated that an event had occurred which delayed delivery, updating to Tuesday, by the end of the day. By Tuesday evening it gave the same update message, now delaying delivery to Friday, 2 days after Christmas. I called on Thursday and wanted to go down to their facility to pick it up and called Home Deport to have them authorize that. I went to the facility, but nobody was there (no one in the building or parking lot at all). For all I know, nobody was there the day before Christmas either. I am writing this on Friday, so I don't know if the package will arrive today or if they gave everyone the whole week off. But this is unacceptable, especially at Christmas. If they underestimated their staffing needs, they certainly shouldn't have also closed down the day after Christmas. I now will not place any online orders without assurance that the vendor will NOT ship via Ontrac.

Some reason a great company used ontrac... why, maybe cheaper? Originally said I would receive it sept 17th than they updated to sept 15th. On sept 17th it finally showed tracking and said it was out for delivery sept 12th, Talking with Managers to track it they do not care. Called me to say it was going to be delivered today the 17th, but now it will be maybe tomorrow, I HAVE NO FAITH IN THIS COMPANY, They ruin the companys names they work for,

4 times a company I ordered from used Ontrac. ALL 4 times I never got package(except when I caught the driver pretending to drop it off and trying to leave with my package). First they delay and weeks later they say "out for delivery" and 2 minutes later it says "delivered". One time i knew I was getting my package and I stepped out and there was a guy in a car(standing by his door) and I saw him scan a package and put it in his back seat and when he's about to get in the car I said "excuse me is that for me" and he started stuttering and said "oh I rang your bell nobody came" (at that time I didn't know he scanned it to say it was "delivered", plus he never rang my bell) I didn't say anything and as he's handing me the package, I get a text saying "package was delivered". I put 2 and 2 together and realized he was about to steal it. I let it go since I got the package but a few days ago the package said "delivered" but I never got it and I was home all day waiting for it. I opened an "investigation" and let's see if they even penalize the driver because I know the driver will probably say "oh It might have been delivered to the wrong house", which will be a complete lie. I'm not letting this go. I'm Gona make sure ontrac drivers are held accountable. I will protest if I have to. I will go on a hunger strike if I have to. I don't care anymore, I know they never hold their drivers accountable that's why they keep doing this. Just imagine how many packages they stole.

Order (of needed medical supplies) shipped 11/2 to be delivered 11/3, delayed, to be delivered 11/4, delayed, to be delivered 11/5, delayed, to be delivered 11/6, delayed, to be delivered 11/8 (no weekend delivery), delayed…Note: the distance from shipping site to delivery site is 30 miles. Trying to contact customer service is impossible. Don't respond to emails, don't call back on customer service lines. AVOID USING IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Their service/ customer service sucks!

I contacted OnTrac telephone customer service 3 times in the past 2 days to request an update on medical supplies that have been sitting in their warehouse in Vancouver, Washington since October 5th (today is October 14th). The first customer service representative requested an email update from the warehouse since the customer service representatives apparently don't have telephone numbers to contact the warehouses. After not receiving a response I called again to be told that the second customer representative would escalate the request. Still no response. I called this morning and the third customer service said that there was nothing more that he coud do. I question the usefulness of a "customer service" unit that does not have the ability to interface with the warehouse centers except by email and that the warehouse centers do not have timeframes in which they are required to respond. This is a totally useless customer service model and I will make sure that my medical products are no longer shipped using OnTrac.

The truth about Ontrac contracting with Amazon for delivering their packages by using drives is really horrible management and very disrespectful toward the drivers specially MSP9 location. I use to wonder why are so many goods is missing or delaying delivery time. This reminded me how it was when XPO had a contract with Amazon over Shakopee, MSP5 location with their poor services ended up losing the contract.

So The Northface uses these useless POS apparently. I got an email from Ontrac stating my order was delivered Tuesday October 17. Now I work from home and my package from Northface was left at my door. Today is Thursday October 19th, still no package. Now here's the best part their info says it was received in a town A HALF HOUR AWAY FROM ME, at 2:47am. THAT'S RIGHT 30 WHOLE MINUTES AWAY. Now it doesn't take 5-6 days to travel a half hour across Long Island. Today I track it again and it says package COULD NOT BE DELIEVERED. WHERE THE HELL IS MY PACKAGE? This is $600 dollar item. Now these lying $#*!s are saying the issue was resolved and the case was resolved or they are blaming Northface. I will be contacting the attorney general and have charges brought against them for theft of services.

An On Trac vehicle was parked in front of a house 6 doors away from mine in the Cul-de-sac in which I reside. Ať the moment I was passing his Van, he ran smack dab into my drivers side door.
I have reached out to On Trac since the time of this accident without 1 word from anyone Associated with this Company except the Operations Mgr for the Tucson division after 2.5 months. This phone interaction occured after 2plus months of talking to numerous On Trac customer Service Agents promising to leave messages for Senior member of Management to return my phone calls. Nothing for 2 plus months. Now the Operations Mgr will not return my phone calls anymore either as his voice mail message states that he has not yet set up his VM. The 1st and only time I spoke with Richard, he stated he would forward my information to the driver ( On Trac delivery driver who hit my car door).
I have heard nothing in the form of a response of any kind.
I now have an Attorney with whom I am working to resolve this matter.
On Trac's delivery drivers are apparently Private Contractors but to handle a situation in this matter is unnacceptable.

Ordered an expensive piece of metal detection equipment 7 days ago on eBay. Promised delivery was in 4 days. Package says undeliverable through tracking number, after it said it was delivered on the second day. It has my address listed as the delivery location, but the picture of delivery is on a front porch I have never seen before. OnTrack customer service absolutely sucks, you cannot talk to a real person even if you call every number and press every button on your freaking telephone. Never responded to the case claim. The online chat robot talks in circle, and even then, takes hours to respond. OnTrack is silent, seller is unhelpful, now I will either have to file a claim with my bank, or eBay and hope for the best. They have less than one-star reviews on every platform, trust pilot/BBB, etc. Even news channels across the United States are investigating their sketchiness. Will definitely call my local police department and report this illegal and illegitimate company. If I could drop a bomb on all their facilities, I absolutely would. (Sarcasm-don't arrest me (:

I don't understand how this company continues to operate. For those who don't know, they recently changed the name from LaserShip to OnTrac but they continue with the same super bad service, scamming consumers and keeping our merchandise.They only did it to continue in the business, that is all they care about and ripping off customers otherwise they wouldn't even exist.
I have lost 3 packages with them and the rest (which are many) I have had to be calling and sending messages and emails which never answer your question, they have an automated system that answers the same for all dissatisfied customers, no matter the individual situation.
I always put my work address and I never have a problem with FedeEx, UPS or USPS but these people claim that they can't find the address even when I am very specific with the details. They don't care at all, they clean themselves up by saying call the sender. I do not understand how these prestigious companies with very known names use these companies for their shipments, they could easily pay a better shipping company. And keep their customers happy, while this way they are losing money because, at least in my case, I will not longer order from these big stores as long as I know they will send my package with this joke.
I strongly disagree giving it 1 star but I have to do it to be able to submit my experience. I would give them zero stars but unfortunately this is not an option. Operating

I was supposed to get my package the next day from Best buy. Date of delivery December 17. It is December 20 it just says delayed.
I have called Ontrac twice now first time I waited 55 minutes for someone to answer the next time 1 hour 30 minutes. The first time I was told Best Buy would have to use the internal depart to have the item returned to the store, I contacted Best buy both by phone and in person I was told that because Ontrac has the package I'm in limbo. I personally should have not been lazy and just driven the 10 minutes to the best buy store originally, now I'm in limbo I can purchase another item in store and wait for when ever Ontrac delivers my item or just wait. If volume is this high they may need to off source to other companies that are able to get the packages out to me and everyone.
I wish that Best buy had chosen to just send it via USPS, ups both are on time with accurate tracking. I feel lost because of the limbo status I've been placed in with no idea when it's coming.

My job is IN Supply Chain. NOBODY I work with will even consider shipping with this company. It is the worst of any carrier available. The only reason I've had to deal with them at all is because of the merchants I've personally made purchases from using them because they're CHEAP! I have made my last purchase from Walmart because they mainly use OnTrac... no more! My last delivery was thrown in the middle of my driveway down by the main street which is about 100 feet from my house! These MORONS are supposed to deliver to my HOUSE not the street! Several months ago I had a delivery from Blue Apron food delivery and these idiots left the box in a snow bank on the street! I've talked to people who have heard employees of this company brag about stealing packages with no worries as there's no way to prove they've stolen them. I would rather go to the store to get the things I need than to risk the possibility of a merchant who uses this company! Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs... dealing with them is impossible... they will NEVER admit they've done anything wrong. Not to mention NEVER believe their schedule. They will NEVER deliver on the day they say they will! It will ALWAYS show... 'DELAYED'!

I've received every order for Christmas from FedEx and UPS with no problems, but the 2 packages from OnTrac never were delivered and shows packages on there way online, but are a week past due. When I called Home Depot, they got in touch with OnTrac and they show they were delivered, but again when I track the packages still on there way hmmmm. Check who you have working for you OnTrac.
