After reading so many negative reviews. I was extremely nervous about a package delivery first time order from a company first time ever getting from Ontrac. All of my fears were wrong, the package was delivered. Early goodwill still live earlier than promised. The driver carefully placed it did not throw it. It came in perfect, I give this company excellent ratings.
OnTrac picked up my package from Home Chef, according to their app. Never delivered, even after 5 days. Contacted their customer service through the app three times. Never received a response. Guess they ate my food rather than deliver it. Terrible from top down. They deserve negative stars, if that were a thing.
So far, OnTrac has mis-delivered, not delivered, and "lost" every single package that's been shipped to me by them. And their drivers lie. I've been on the phone with OnTrac when they said the driver is at my door that very minute, leaving the item right now--I walk downstairs and open the front door. Crickets. Another time, after 3 days of changing stories about what happened to a missing package, I eventually found it in front of a neighbor's door. The neighbor was out of town for several weeks, so I left the package there. I then called OnTrac and asked them to tell the driver to please pick the package up from where they left it and deliver it to the correct front door. They told me that the driver went back to get it and the package wasn't there. I walked back over to the neighbor's house and the package was in fact still there. Blatant lies. The latest debacle is 3 more days of template emails telling me the package will be delivered today by 9pm. 3 days of that same promise and still no package. If you see that something was shipped by OnTrac, don't count on getting it. I'm done shopping with any company that uses them.

I pulled up to MY house, not expecting any delivery. An UNmarked strange white standard van was in MY driveway. I hop out and walk over and ask "hey I live here what's up?" He proceeds to FLiP out using the Fword …. "Delivering a f@$))#€ package mother f@$^#*er!" What?! Like how dare anyone ask him what he is doing IN THEIR DRIVEWAY!
They are supposed to stay on the street. And I was simply asking whats up. What a complete idiot. Then I tel him "just get off my property"… he pulls into the street and says "I'm in the street now mother$&&%*%er! Whatchu wanna do now huh?!"
Oh my lord! What in the world? I told him to watch his mouth. He yells "you f@&*%^*ing watch your mouth!"
Yeah ok, I give him the ok thumbs up, get lost moron.
WOW! Never ever been treated that way by ANY human, especially a work person. I combed the ontrac website-there is NO way to email, or reach them to report anything. The drivers must know that, and thus they feel there will never be any consequences. They should beware because the guy was mouthing off to exmilitary special forces and nearly lost all of his teeth.

OnTrac Parcel service - I don't think has a package tracking system. Thursday 11-16-17 they delivered to me a package that WASN'T mine, and, didn't deliver the package I was expecting which, next day, OnTrac tracking indicates my package was "Delivered" on 11-16-17 - Which package I can't find /see ANYWHERE on my tiny Property.
Fire the CEO and all the Employees - especially the Customer Service Employees who don't answer their PH for 20 MINUTES!

Horrible, just horrible! The worst part is I would never choose them, but certain retailers don't allow you to choose, esp. With free shipping (and even with paid). Driver's have left my package 50 feet from apartment complex door, without bothering to buzz the intercom so i could buzz them into the mailroom multiple times. Other times they will not leave package at all. Today, I wait at home all day for the 4th day in a row where the online tracking said, "out for delivery" right up until 9 pm and then change it to delayed. I called customer service today to find out if my package actually was out for delivery and they offered to put a tracer on it and call me back by the end of the day... how does that help me not have to sit at home for another 5 hours waiting for the damn thing? It doesn't! Also the rep. Told me that it just automatically updates to say it will be delivered the next day. What's the point of offering online tracking if it bears no resemblance to reality? And if your delivery gets bumped due to "high volume", shouldn't it be prioritized the next day? This isn't the holiday season, and we're 17+ months into the pandemic, so they should be used to the higher volumes by now... even if the delivery is slower, why can't they calibrate their software/algorithms to accurately communicate *when* your package will arrive? Or else get rid of delivery dates altogether. Anything is better than sitting at home waiting for a package for 4 f'in days! Smdh

Continued delays in getting a package delivered - after 3 days of attempted contact with OnTrac.
My package was not delivered and the site said "delivery refused". THAT WAS NOT THE CASE as I was home all day.
I attempted to use the chat function and that was a useless time waste of 40minutes to tell me the same info. Subsequent follow-up on the chat was responded to 12 HOURS LATER.
I finally managed to find a phone# and speak with someone who said it was scheduled for delivery next business day. There was no delivery attempted. I tried calling again today but keep getting contact your retailer and then disconnected.
Now it says "held at the facility - contact us". How exactly am I to do that if you can't reach anyone.
Responses and update info are complete fabrications. There's no accountability on their end and not even a way to contact them to get answers.
THE SOLUTION: Reach out to retailers directly who use this service and tell them not use OnTrac or you will no longer order from them. The customer has no power here -- only the retailer since that's who pays them.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use OnTrac - Their terrible service and support will ruin your brand. No one will remember the ordering or upfront services, only that their last mile delivery to you was a complete sh*tshow and that will leave customers with a bad taste. They are costing you business!

Package marked as delivered, was not. Submitted a claim online, followed up 3x for status, zero response. Summitted another claim, same thing. This was over a period of WEEKS when their claim automatic response email says "they will get back to you in 2 days". They have a horrible joke of a reputation among pretty much everyone for completely legitimate reasons.
Also, just in general, the drivers are SUPER lazy and inconsiderate. We live in a townhome and they just throw packages at the garage doors out of their dirty run down vans instead of delivering to the front door. One time, instead of delivering to the garage door, they launched the package over our patio wall because they're too lazy to walk a few feet and it came inches from landing on my child's head. This was a heavy package and would have caused severe head injuries. Who launches a heavy package over a wall they can't see over? They speed through the neighborhoods and often deliver packages to the incorrect address.
Give your money a voice and do NOT support this business - use UPS, FedEx, USPS, anything but OnTrac.

Worst company ever not only did i not recive my order you cant call them i was provided a number by shein and that number just hung up i had to text a agent on my phone then they tell me i have to wait 1-2 buiness days before i get an update on my order they have indepent delivery drivers taking peoples parcels and saying they delivered it and shein has no live agent nor did they have a number to call my question is if you decided to run a buiness you should have a way people can contact you regarding where they put there money i just cant stress that enough whenever you see ontrac is delivering your package be scared worst place you could ever use please BE AWARE!

Companies decide to be cheap and go with the lowest bidder for their commissions, that's how I'm guessing ontrac is still operating.
Here's a brief description of my interactions with OnTrac.
1 package crushed, there was an imprint of a tire tread on it.
Numerous packages missing yet claimed to be delivered.
Packages stolen
Numerous contents of numerous packages broken
Numerous packages delivered after being missing for several weeks
Several packages of perishable goods delivered a few weeks late, full of rotting food on arrival
1 package soaked in beer
1 package wet and covered in pee
1 delivery driver wouldn't leave, kept insisting on seeing my pets or he wouldn't leave, came back the next day wanting to see my pets again
Delivery driver opened a box of steaks and helped himself to two of them, decided to deliver the rest for some reason
1 package thrown at me by the delivery driver
1 package tossed out the car window by the delivery driver while her teenage daughters glared and insulted me from the backseat
1 driver visibly inebriated on arrival
Customer service doesn't care, one time they accused me of lying when I notified them that the package hadn't been delivered when their system claimed that it had.
Any company that delivers their products through OnTrac are complicit in their crimes imo now.

How does this SHAM delivery company manage to stay in business when it DOES NOT DELIVER PACKAGES TO THE DESIGNATED RECIPIENT? I have never actually gotten item delivered to me by ontrac - they just say they have delivered and packages just seem to didapear into the void. I have once again ordered an item from Amazon and even though they had to refund money from last purchase that wasn't delivered, they show that my order is out for delivery by OnTrac! I live in Utah and often order packages through companies such as JensonUSA and RockyMountainATV. I receive majority of my orders from these sites through OnTrac, and I get a consistent 1-2 say delivery. Some orders come from California and some are southern Utah, but regardless of the location I get my orders impressively fast.

I haven’t needed to contact customer service, but I’ve been impressed with delivery times.

I went into Best Buy to buy a new monitor but they didn't have the specific one in store so they just ordered it online and through the most of our conversation I never gave them my apartment number which is something I realized once I checked and saw wrong address on the tracking status, I then go and give them my correct address with my apartment number and they confirm it was changed and my package will be there 1-2 business days. Then in the morning everything look good, my package went back out to delivery and I was keeping my eye out incase I saw the delivery truck but all I see is this white van park right outside looking at his phone, he open up the side door on the van with a lot of packages, he then proceeded to close it and stare at his phone longer then just left, I thought it was weird and kinda felt like maybe that was for me? And after doing research the van he was in was the exact van OnTrac drivers are typically seen in… I since then tried to just have it transferred to a Best Buy store for pickup but they could only change the carrier which I requested UPS to take over the delivery. Currently waiting a email for when they pick it up but man OnTracs Customer support is nonexistent, if I didn't order it through Best Buy I'm sure I would've never had any answers.

I was supposed to receive a package last Friday but they couldn't find my house. So they decided to just hold on to the package until I noticed something was wrong. I contacted Amazon and they did a 3 way call with Ontrac. I gave directions on how to get to my house, even though the morons have delivered here before. I was told I would get it today sometime. Well I was cooking dinner last night and I get a notification my package was delivered to the front door. So I go to my front door and guess what, NO PACKAGE! So I contact Amazon again and they tell me sometimes they will scan it as delivered before they deliver. Bull$#*!! I contacted them again this morning and was told I had to wait until the end of today and they would do a replacement order or a refund. This is a Christmas present for my new granddaughter and I was starting to really worry. Well about an hour after talking to Amazon my neighbor, who has caused me all kinds of problems in the past, brought it to my door. The idiots delivered ti to the wrong god damn house! I am so mad that I am seriously considering canceling my Amazon Prime account. I will not be doing anymore Christmas shopping online as I do not want to go through this again.

Whats going on with on track they rob a lot or dont know how to use there scanning system. I ordered fashion nova items for xmas gifts i recieved one in the morning from fedex but ontrac never left my items at my front door in the evening the way they said they did in the system. How is it that people stole it or whay happened because we were home and my bf went to the bank at 4:15pm and items were left at 4:11pm it says i didnt get email until 8:26pm. My 1st package was lost by on trac. The issuing company resent my package and it took on trac 32 days to deliver my package! I will advise everyone to FedEx! What a terrible experience!
