I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
I have orders shipped to my place of employment all the time so packages are not sitting on my doorstep unattended for hours. This order just so happened to be delivered on a weekend, so of course the office was closed. Any other delivery company I have had experience with would have left a note on the door saying they would try again the next day. It seems OnTrac, who I had never even heard of until this incident, has no such policy. The driver simply left it at the door, which for our office, means it was sitting directly on the sidewalk. Our office is downtown. There are dozens and dozens of people that walk by every hour. Even without the local knowledge that we are just two blocks away from where many people experiencing homelessness gather, common sense would be that leaving a delivery on the sidewalk like that outside a business on the weekend is the wrong judgement call. I would be surprised if the package made it two hours sitting there. There was no chance it was going to make it to Monday. My purchase no doubt quickly made its way to a pawn shop for some fast cash. Neither OnTrac nor the company I ordered from were responsive when I tried contacting them.
Ordered on Temu and this time they chose this service for delivery. My package has literally been sitting at the airport for 5 days (after clearing customs).

Got 1 box in tact and on time. Perfect. Where's box #2? Apparently the driver who had that box delivered it to the wrong address. 3 days ago. REALLY? Just got off the phone with a Zackary Johnson from the Buckeye location who informed me, they still don't have the pack age and to file a complaint with Wal Mart. DONE! Wal Mart is reshipping the item and should be here tomorrow. We shall see. In any case I know NEVER to use ON TRAC!
I ordered stuff from temu and on the temu website my package was to be delivered to my address between 6-3-23 & 6-5-23 but on track said not until next week so I am filling a complaint with the BBB lets see how they like that

I recently placed an order from Sephora that was carried out by OnTrac. I saw from my tracking that my package was "delivered," so I went outside right after and my package was NOWHERE to be found. Mind you, I was home at the time and I didn't hear a knock on my door or the sound of a truck outside (I usually can hear it because I'm really close to the road). I contacted OnTrac and they did absolutely nothing about it. I contacted Sephora and they sent me a new package. I tracked my replacement package which was supposed to be here in 3 days, but OnTrac ended up LOSING my package. WTF?! Basically I noticed that my package was "Out for delivery" for like 2 weeks straight with no delivery attempts. I'm so livid. I don't ever want to make a purchase from a company that ships with OnTrac ever again.
I live in a country area and have dealt with Ontrac three times only once I got my delivery and that was at 5am the day AFTER it was reported delivered. I had my neighbor bring me another delivery which was reported at 9 pm and was delivered at her door at 430am. Drivers are definitely inept.
This review isn't enough space to give the full details on OnTrac? Bottom line is, if you want something to get to its final destination, DO NOT USE OnTrac. UNRELIABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL. No accountability. And we still haven't received our package after speaking to 3 agents and someone named Brett, who said he was a "Manager"? UNBELIEVABLE! Don't waste your time or your money? A believe me, it hasn't been only one experience? There have been several?

I swear it is BEYOND frustrating when my packages don't show up by the expected delivery date which, let's not forget, IS GIVEN BY YOU! I would so much rather the package be one day later and communicated as such at shipping. Rather, you promise a date which you can NEVER execute by.
I will always go with another option if it's presented. You are so unreliable.
Worst experience of my life 1) very old model of Bajaj pulsar 150 2) tire are very week and old, and it's a tube tire with many puncher already. In the 2 days of buying the bike I had to fix the puncher 2 times. 3) while buying the bike it's showed me high milage around 60kmpl but in practical it was aroused 25.4) the petrol meter was not working from the beginning. 6) you cannot complain because the call says to report it in app and app dose not work for submission of complain. I just read the other reviews of OnTrac.com which matched all my own experiences with them. I can hardly believe they are still allowed to do business. My current purchase has been "held up" for only a week so far, with no response when I call them locally. At least five years ago I got to talk with the supervisor Dan Walters, in Eugene, OR. Who gave me a made up story of a driver being attacked in my neighborhood. Another time, didn't have the gate code, twice left packages on the ground outside the gate, another time on the ground at the end of the driveway and still another time at a neighbor's. I finally stopped ordering from iHerb because they used OnTrac and they told me they had no control over who delivered my order. I had forgotten they used OnTrac and recently ordered something I really need. When I contact the local Eugene, OR. OnTrac office, I get no reply. When I contact the main headquarters in Arizona, I am told Eugene's OnTrac business has been "backed up" for a while. Who has the capability to force them to comply with proper business practices like reliability, or response to recipients of their non-deliveries?. Complaints, etc.? It's against the law to write a false review here, but NOT against the law for OnTrac to run a business in such a careless and unreliable manner as they do.
I ordered a chromebook from best buy I was supposed to get it on 4/17 /20 they claimed it was delivered but it wasn't so they did an investigation then it was supposed to be delivered today on 4/22/20 again they said it was delivered but it wasn't so I still haven't received my package

I wish Ulta would stop using them. They can NEVER deliver on time. Package was supposed to arrive at my house 5.dec, today 13.Dec and package tracking keeps saying: "we will deliver the next business day" since 5.Dec. I don't know how ONETRAC count business day because I don't think they work Monday through Friday! If they would, packages would get delivered +/- one day. ULTA please use FedEx or UPS or DHL but not ONETRAC! And one track needs to stop blaming weather or Christmas season, because the other providers make it through also. But I think the other shipping companies work harder around Christmas to beat the deadline while ONETRAC don't take it that serious. You might get your items delivered when they close to expire because they soooooo slow and horrible as a shipping company!
I order some stuff from walmart.com that was next day delivery. I waited all day for my package that on trac was supposed to deliver. When 9:15pm came I called Walmart to let them know that my package never arrived. Walmart refunded me for the items they didn't have in stock and sent me a replacement for items they did have. At 10:33 the same night on trac sent me a email saying they delivered my package at 10:33pm. Which was nowhere to be seen. I did get my replacement package from Walmart the next day thru FedEx..
My package was shipped on the 11th and made it to the destination city on the 15th. It was initially marked as estimated to be delivered on the 15th, but it was never marked as out for delivery. This continued for a week. I contacted customer service on the 18th to ask why my package was just sitting in Atlanta. They said "rest assured it will be delivered in the next 1-2 business days." It wasn't, so I contacted customer service again, and they said the same thing as before. Consistently unreliable, unhelpful, and clueless. Today it was finally marked as "out for delivery" but then status was immediately changed back to "in transit." This happened 3 times. I got a notification at 8:41 pm that the package was delivered (even though status was not "out for delivery"), so I went to check for it at 8:45 pm, and it wasn't there. I checked my 5 closest neighbors' houses and it wasn't anywhere. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS STUPID COMPANY? Worst carrier you could possibly use.
If you see them as the Carrier RUN / ABORT do NOT use them. The owner must be a recovering scammer as to why they a carless to all the complaints from here to the BBB about their company and how the drivers mark delivered but never delivered anything. Then they don't make it to where you can call them, they don't have the driver confirm by taking photos so in my opinion they are seeing the packaging say FashionNova, Shein and etc and they get the sticky fingers and get away with it. Ontrac unprofessionally will have you reach out to the sellers within 48hrs for a refund. Like its not always about getting your money back I needed those shoes for my birthday a week away. I hate when good people are done wrong and I want my package,! Also want to know who my delivery driver was since its " under investigation "!

Three orders that were "supposed" to be delivered by OnTrac in a span of six months, all of them were marked as delivered with fake delivery times (supported with home security cameras) and NONE of the packages were delivered to me.
I have already filed complaints with the BBB, but this company just gives ZERO F**KS!
I wish vendors would disclose who they use for delivery service so I can shop elsewhere to avoid having to keep dealing with the hassle of getting orders refunded because of this crappy carrier.
This business is unreliable. I made a purchase from Walmart and they sent it 2 day delivery thru Ontrac. It was received by Ontrac on Nov 1st and was due to be delivered to me on Nov 2nd, it was Out for Delivery but never came, checked on the computer... it was marked delayed so I waited until Nov 3rd and again it was Out for delivery but again checking on line it said delayed this happened everyday until Nov 8th when I finally called back after sending 2 emails and no response! When I talked with a employee, he told me my package was lost but on Walmart it kept saying delayed until finally after my 2 emails and phone call it shows Returned, yet the employee says it was lost! Bottom line is this company misdelivers packages, they dont deliver packages and they lie! They are extremely unreliable, dont do business with them!

As we speak I have another package that is a replacement for the package I spoke about that suppose to be Out for Delivery as we speak. this package was put on their truck at 11:10 am it is now 10:06 Pm PST and still no package yet the page still say Out for Delivery. I ask any place I order from to use FedEx, UPS or even the slow USPS....Just dont use OnTrac !!
I had ordered something a long time ago, and ontrac constantly updates with a postponed delivery. I am not sure if my items are lost, but there's no customer support to help. Trash.

Package stated was delivered and never received, was outside the time stated that the so-called courier delivered it and have 3 cameras to prove it also -courier was never at my house and customer service is a lying worthless joke who kept telling me " we will get with the driver" then never followed up with any type of response after 4 different emails- I know of two corporate accounts that FedEx Ground will be approaching soon with their one-rate product and local quick delivery that will take care of the pricing and service issues say goodbye to a couple more corporate accounts on-trac good luck in the future
I received a package today with a note to stop harassing drivers or no more deliveries. I have included pictures of what the drivers have disrespectfully done to the property that I for one rent. The owner has informed me on several occasions the disregard for any direction to properly access the property. I believe the full facts of a situation should be reviewed before a threat is made in regards to customer service. The land has now had to be tied off to keep the drivers off of it regardless of the directive given not to drive on the area as it is a yard and seeded for lawn. Any ideas on how to rectify the situation? It is everyone's responsibility to be respectful no matter where you are. Not once has a directive had to be given to an Amazon driver or UPS or even the sheriff's department. So I am asking for your response on this. I am not pleased with placing my concern as a review there is no way to contact anyone to resolve the matter. I have had deliveries at this address for a long time this is a new behavior and problem. Can I get some help here?
My package has been sitting for 5 days. Custom service is horrible and just get a text that says they are delayed. No way to actually speak to anyone.
I live in Fresno, California. Placed an order online through Walmart with the product being delivered from Chino, California approximately 3 1/2 hours away. The order was placed 12-11-19 with delivery expected on 12-16-19. On the 16th I received an update that it would be here the 17th. On the 17th I received a second update that it would arrive on the 18th. This was to be an anniversary gift. It's not here and no one can tell me where it is, only that "it is on its way". I hold Walmart responsible for this fiasco. On Trac is the delivery service they use and not my choice. This is the first and last time that I will use Walmart's online services as long as they continue to use On Trac. In the meantime I will take my complaint to their corporate office and see if anyone cares.
