I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
It was supposed to come today, and I tried to call and they said they will be doing an investigation on it. I ordered some expensive Nike shoes and I honestly will be so pissed if at the end of this I don't get my package and they say it's lost. This was supposed to be a late b day gift.
Said my package was delivered at 10:25pm, to my front door. My gate was shut and locked at 9:00 pm. This is the second situation with Ontrac. Half of my order was not in the box that had been opened on the other delivery. The driver was not nice when I talked to him. I have not had a problem with UPS. I am still waiting for a call back from Ontrac. Lol
I always sigh/cry when I see something's being shipped to me via ontrac. Or as I call them -- offtrac...
They have left things outside my building but generally instead of bring them to my door as instructed they leave them in an unattended lobby right by the front door.
And if the package is the least bit heavy the farther it is from my door.
UPS. USPS. DHL. FedEx. They aren't so lazy or sloppy. [Though I will say that FedEx has a LOT of frustrated pitchers who should not give up their day job.]
I have started telling companies I order things from that I will automatically return anything shipped via on track and/or cancel the order.
If I could give them an infinity negative number review, I would.

My package was delayed 3 times! Then all of a sudden it says it was delivered at 7pm. I was home the whole time! My patio is next to my front door and I can see anyone who comes up to my front door. No one came! I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. They are absolutely useless! Do not use this company at all.
I was expecting a delivery for a expensive tool from Home Depot. This company didn't deliver the scheduled date. Since I was leaving town the following day, I wrote emails and was trying to call for over a day. They never responded to my emails and the phone, they probably don't even hung the phone up so no one bothers them. They have the worse customer service ever. They totally ignore customers. They delivered the package for it to be lost, since no one was at home.
First email said package was undeliverable because they needed a signature or/security issue. Then a couple days later they said it was delivered and left at the front door. Was home all day, and the security camera never saw any delivery trucks or people. I believe the delivery person kept my package.

I received a notice that my package was delivered at 6:22 PM. My business closes at 6. Ontarc stated that they left it at the front door. It was not there. The front door to my business opens onto the sidewalk. That would mean that they left it on the sidewalk. A busy sidewalk.
What kind of legit shipper does that? I get dozens of packages each month. USPS is the best. They come back the next day. UPS & FedEx sometimes leave it with another business or come back the next day. No one has ever left a package on the sidewalk.
Ontrac's customer service is non-existent. I called. I got a recording and, after going through some prompts, was told I should contact the vendor who sent the package. Huh? They sent it. It was Ontrac's job to get it to me.
I will now ask any vendor I deal with what shipping service they use. If it's Ontrac and they can't or won't ship it any other way, I will cancel the order.
I will NEVER order from a merchant that uses this Ridiculous incompetent company. The reviews speak for themselves. The owner of this company should be ashamed of himself! Criminal behavior stealing from people.
A subscription box that I have been receiving for a year has decided to use Ontrac. The first box was listed as attempted 3 times with 'business closed' in the line. Every time, we were there. It was finally listed as delivered WHEN WE WERE THERE. It wasn't. The company sent another box. This one has been 'attempted, business closed' 4 times. I have confirmed and reconfirmed the delivery addess. Support is either not monitored at all or the messages go straight to trash with the packages. We are on a main street in a major metro area. Their customer support systems need a major upgrade, as they cant' even tell you when they are not taking text messages. This is simply automated by nearly every other company that operates on line. I may be cancelling my subscription just to avoid this hassle going forward. Do not trust your packages to this sham of a company.
I ordered shoes and seen that my carrier was OnTrac, and me being me, I looked at their reviews, and they were terrible. So I was a little worried thinking my package would never arrive. My package was supposed to arrive tomorrow, but instead came a day early. Service was fast with my OnTrac driver! Thank you!
I have had an order from Walmart where they are the delivery company and they have taken 14 days and still no package. Amazon is using them and they still haven't delivered my package 3 weeks. I have ask both Walmart and Amazon to please do not use them. They are saying they did deliver on my Amazon and I have camera's 2 in front a Ring doorbell that alerts me that someone is at my door and I can see them and I also have two at my back door no one was there either.
Avoid this company if you can help it. Sure; the package arrived, but I got into contact with customer service at least 5 separate times and they seemed to just tell me something i wanted to hear? I would ask them where my package is because the shipment updates on the websites said: "held at facility" for over a week. They would always say "just wait one business day." One business day would pass, no update. Then I reached out to customer service again and asked what is going on. Someone finally told me that On Trac was too busy and they were having slow shipments. I don't even know if that was accurate because other customer service reps told me that I wouldn't have to wait more than one business day? Absolutely a tragic business, seemingly no communication from the mysterious warehouse. I even asked the reps if I could just go to the warehouse and pick it up myself, since it was in my city for over a week! They said NO! What? Why not? So weird.
I've had nothing but nightmares when it comes to OnTrac. They are the absolute worst and Its beyond me how they are still in business. Every time I make a purchase and I find out that OnTrac will be handling my package I get nervous. Just last week they failed to deliver a package and I've noticed a trend, they mark the deliveries as delivered and the packages never arrived. I was outside doing my lawn when I received the "DELIVERED" notification and there was no sign of vans or trucks in the area. I've had bad experiences with them about 3 times this last year.
OnTrac says the packages were delivered at my front door! I can't get refund from the sellers because they are marked delivered. I have a camera at my front door and gate. They never delivered them! I've had nothing but problems with OnTrac.

They delivered my package to an unknown address yesterday and I called within the 20 minutes that it said it was supposedly delivered to my house. They paged the driver numerous times and the driver never went to get it. I've called them 3x trying to see where my package is but they can't disclose where he dropped it off! Since the driver won't get my package they told me I have to call the shipper and get a new package! So the shipper has to pay for the drivers mistake? All because he didn't double check the address?! The company I bought it from should not be responsible what so ever! It's been 30 hours since the "delivery" and no package still. Hopefully whoever has it is enjoying it because obviously they are keeping it by this time. It's been 4 days now and they still have not reached out to me like they said they would and I still do not have my package.
Drivers have left packages on top of mailboxes, which are not near the houses. Seems like a very safe/secure system. Today, the driver came up to the house and I saw him throw the package from the bottom of the driveway at the garage door. The package contained glass, good thing the shipper packed the box well. If there is a choice... DO NOT USE ON TRAC!
The person in the phone manager system provides you options of using their call back system if not the tone of the voice then changes and has a tone that the person is annoyed that you are choosing to remain on the line for the next available agent. Bad PR in my opinion.
This shipping carrier has no customer service agents and no real time tracking Marked package as delivered and no picture. I'm home and package was not delivered. Companies should not use this carrier for shipping! Do better Zero stars
I can't even get my package delivered. Ontrac keeps making excuses. I wish the store would tell me they use Ontrac because I'd never order anything from them again. In the past I've had them just hand the package to a random person driving down my road. Left one somewhere I don't even know where. The people took it to the post office and they gave it to me. On another occasion they thought it under my sons truck. On another occasion the threw it on the road. On another occasion they gave it to my neighbor and said they left it in the front office. No office here just my house.

I had a package delivered to the wrong apartment. Could not recover it. Had reshipment it too was given to the wrong address with a signature that's not mine. Now I'm out money do to thier driver's not being smart enough to be sure where the packages are going. Be ware if you use this company
Is this a joke? If I could give -******* stars I would. They delivered my package worth over $350 to the wrong house and had it signed by someone else. Gave me a runaround for days and then finally said they aren't able to get it back. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. This company is an absolute JOKE. I can't believe they have any business with vendors at all because they are legitimately terrible. How irresponsible and subpar can one company get?

This is ridiculous! I have items I've ordered through Home Depot that I need today. They've been sitting in their distribution facility (30 min away) since 6am yesterday. I've now been waiting for a call back from them for over 25 minutes trying to get the items I need today. They were SUPPOSED to be delivered two days ago!
Absolutely the worst delivery company. You deserve a -10. How does a package get stuck in a location for a week with no updates? Now i'm forced to check with vendors to make sure they do not do business with OnTrac coz I will never do business with a vendor that works with OnTrac!
Every time I see that a package was shipped via on trac I dread it. Their packages are repeatedly late, dont arrive by the promised date and delayed. I dont know why this is an issue year round. When I ship I never choose this company. BAD SERVICE
I have had multiple bad experiences with OnTrac in different locations. Two weeks ago, during a downpour, they left a package on my small front deck in the one exposed area when they could have placed iit two feet to the right under an eave. Ten minutes ago, I watched a driver literally throw a box into my neighbor's garage instead of bending down. Contrast that to an Amazon driver who pulls up to my house, smiles, pets my dog and hands me my package.
