I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
Very satisfied. I placed an order on line from Vitacost Sep18 2018 noon and received it Sep 20 2018 12:07PM in Perfect Condition. The package was shipped from Vitacost (Nevada site) to me in Washington in just 2 days, via ground service. The packagearrived on time in perfect condition. Good, prompt service. Thank you OnTrac.

From vitacost by OnTrac delivery service and so far, is among the top 10% rating in my experiences.
I checked my porch for my package after receiving a delivery alert that my package was delivered at 6:05pm, checked at 6:24pm, no package at my house, my neighbors houses, down by the street or my neighbors garage, or even my back porch. Strange that my package was delivered in a rural area and just disappeared in less than 20 minutes after the driver claims it was left on my porch. Customer service said it was a concern to be taken up with the vendor. This is the second time I've had this issue with OnTrac. Incredibly unhelpful customer service team that takes zero responsibility.

My package was also "delayed", yet their site showed it was sitting in Tacoma, WA for over 5 days. Everyday, they would update the site with "Delayed" and push it out another day. After the 4th delay, I called their customer service and the rep was rude and kept putting me on hold. I was assured I would get a call back with an update. This has still not happened. 2nd and 3rd calls have been made with NO reponse. What do they do with all the packages? Would not put it past them if they are selling the merchandise on the side.
This is the worst delivery company ever, they have lost 4 of my packages. When I talk to an On Trac representative they always say it was delivered, they lie all the time. I have never been so annoyed in my life. It become such a problem, that I refuse to buy from stores that use this shipping company. I refuse to deal with this company ever again.

The delivery driver stole my package... can you believe that? Never in my life have I sent something and have the DRIVER steal it!
Was on the truck at 8pm for delivery as per On Trac Dillard.
Next day we called and the driver logged in that they delivered it at 6 pm the previous night, when at 8pm is was on the truck
They manually entered the delivery, (not scanned) the following morning without delivering it... thieves is all you are... NEVER EVER use ON trac. You won't get your package... and they don't give a $#*! either, I'll bet that driver is still working for them, in which case if your on they're route, don't expect anything to get there... $#*!s
What a JOKE! The Day my package was out for delivery I was home all day! Front door opened! At about 7:15 pm I tracked again and my package was not only scanned delivered, it was scanned left with person and a signature that looks NOTHING like a attempt to my name! I've tried to reach out it's impossible for a follow up thru their txt agents! They need shut DOWN!

I ordered something for my wife for Christmas on 11/24. As of 12/3, it had not moved for several days. On 12/13 (today), they have confirmed my package is LOST IN TRANSIT. TERRIBLE COMPANY. How can Walmart use them to deliver their packages?
Every time this company is used to ship an Item to my home it arrives late. The site says they are delivering it on a certain day but not what time. I've waited all day several times with them (9am To 9pm) only to have them not show up. I have waited three different days for one of the packages they delivered but when it showed up the item was damaged, and I was forced to refuse the delivery. The second time I waited to days only to find out two days later the second delivery was also damaged meaning I had to return it to the seller. The poor seller was forced to ship three times before I received an item that was not damaged. Walmart should not use this company any longer because like many other people I have finally had enough of this horrible service. I will be purchasing my large items from other sources from now on.
I can not believe Mint mobile uses this company, they suck! Waiting 7 days for a 1 lb package from 200 miles away! I am still waiting for my package its now 15 days and no response from company, I now canceled the order from the buyer.
09-18-2020 I have received 3 packages delivered by OnTrac within the last 10 days. The stupid driver leaves my packages outside at the USPS mailbox area where more than 20 tenants and others have access to packages. The latest one is medical supplies which my neighbor thoughtfully delivered to my door. FedEx & UPS deliver to the door. There is no question of driver safety as the apt. Bldg. Is enclosed within locked gates. I am disabled and unable to walk to the mailbox area so my packages arrive without my knowledge. LAZY STUPID DRIVERS.
I ordered a birthday gift and it was sent through ontrac. It was supposed to be delivered 7/28. Tracking said out for delivery. Not delivered. New tracking said it was delivered 7/30... it wasn't. Contacting ontrac I was told they found the package and it would be delivered that day... it wasn't still no package delivery on 7/3... calling today 7/5 I was told they can't find my package and I should have the seller file a claim. Going forward I will check with the seller to see who the shipper is. If it is ontrac I will look elsewhere. Amazon has been made aware of this problem.
I have had four deliveries from OnTrac in the last 5 months. Three were delivered to the wrong address. I had to hunt the shipments down and OnTrac did very little to find the misdelivered shipments. The forth shipment, which was last night. The driver removed my item from the shipping container (a cocktail dress) and stuffed it in my mailbox. I now ask online vendors how/ who will be the carrier for my order. If it's OnTrac, I request a different carrier and if vendor will or cannot change carrier, I cancel my order. THE WORST!
I ordered a doorbell button, with video, from Home Depot. The doorbell was ordered in November and was supposed to be delivered on December 6. December 6 has come and gone but I have no doorbell.
I have three Home Depots within a five-mile radius of my home. I ordered online because Home Depot said it would deliver it to my house sooner than delivering it to the store. It'll be a close race now!
This business, On Trac, has finalized my decision to not use Home Depot online items.

I wish there was a negative 100%. Not even 1 star worthy. Should be called Inblackhole not ontrac. They lose packages and just because something says delivered doesn't mean it was and they NEVER provide a pic or any proof. They don't update their tracking and the 3rd issue I've experienced is a label is printed and then sits in the black hole for 6 days! I cringe every time I order from anywhere and they use ontrac. THE WORST EVER!
LYING, lazy, useless employees! My packages have been sitting at our local airport since the 24th! (It's now the 28th and they still haven't picked my items up!) my items passed through customs and were set for pick up on the 25th. They have refused to collect the packages for 3 business days now, they are just collecting dust in a room at an airport in my city. This has pushed my deliver date back by a week! When I contacted them, they lied right to my face and claimed they aren't responsible for this part of the shipping process. Contacted the shipper and the airport and was told ontrac is a big fat liar! They are slow and lazy! When I confronted them about the lie they began to send auto responses with tracking information I already had! Then lied again and said they were "waiting for the items to arrive to them"! Disgraceful company!

So I've gotten more than 1 temu order. My first delivery came at 9:49 pm...I thought it was a one off. Well this last delivery was worse! I was told that I could expect delivery by 12am no later this was at 8:57 pm. It was impossible to get anyone live in a call and the live text agent Nya was extremely rude and ended our chat due to my request for a phone call. As soon as she ended the chat I received a text update to say that delivery was attempted but noone was home. This was a lie, noone ever came and I was parked at the front door due to my apprehension about the late delivery. Needless to say Ontrac is trash!

EVERYONE - whomever your vendor is that is using OnTrac EMAIL them. Ontrac doesn't care. I get nervous everytime a vendor ships to me via ontrac. Here we are again my package is delayed for a week now. Everyday I see "shipping delay". My package is a hour drive away. Email the company that is USING OnTrac, hit them up on their socials. Do everything you can to help loose ontrac customers. It's not OnTracs fault that everyone that works there are incompetent rejects, its companies trying to save a buck by using them. I mean seriously I dont know how OnTrac is still around, theres so many options and examples great delivery logistics, then you have these trashcan people lol.

The tracking said pending delivery delay on July 27th. However, when I inquired with OnTrack about where my package was, they then changed it to say it was delivered July 26th to my front door which it was not because I have a recording doorbell and no one showed up at my door. I tried to file something with them. They said they get back to me in 48 hours. Still haven't heard from them. Apparently they don't deliver packages but say they do
They are totally off trac. They did it 2 times with the recent company I ordered with, but why would this company trust shipping with this carrier? Why? I don't get it. On Trac cannot be trusted anymore with my package shipping. I would not even use them to ship my packages through them. They don't care about picking up anything and get it shipped and delivered.

Im having an issue with a package which i consider it lost at this point, might be because of the the seller, or for ontrac i dont know. After contacting the seller they said ontrac has it so i go to ontrac customer agent and they said the seller has it. So i went again to the seller. The Seller sent me picture from their system that kind of prove that the logistics business (ontrac) has it. So i went again to ontrac agent and with my all unluck the agent was "deja". He or she didn't give me the opportunity to explain what just happened because of the quick way of answering: was copying and pasted the answer and decided to close the chat. Don't the ontrac agent care to understand the customer situations? Don't you care what i hace to said? So im wondering what is your customer agent for, in this company? You just text what you what text and close the chat?
After a month of not finding my package they said this "Unfortunately due to the time that has passed since the delivery, we are not able to investigate and try to recover the package. For a resolution, I must advise you contact your seller as this package is no longer in our possession."
They should still try to investigate the driver and what happened because the driver said they left it "at locker" but I contacted the locker company and there is no record of a delivery on that day. So what happened to it?! This company does not care about their customers. I hope I never have to use them again. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I live in a gated community with locked buildings. Three purchases from different companies have now been shipped by Ontrac. The first one there were constant changing of delivery date. Ultimitley the lost the $300.00 item and the company I bought from sent me a replacement by FEDX that I received in one day. This item was purchased from a company on Amazon. The second item was purchased on Ebay after several failed delivery attempts and about 3 week delay I finally received it. Today I got notice that my 3rd item from Walmart was attempted delivery today. Here we go again!

I order from Staples periodically and they insist on using OnTrac. The OnTrac drivers are lazy and dishonest. First, they never ever come to the door. They leave every delivery on the street, at the bottom of our very very long very very steep driveway. And the drivers lie: twice they have claimed that the delivery was signed for, except they got our names wrong and we didn't sign anything because they never came to the door for us to sign for anything. And once they claimed they couldn't get to the house to deliver the item because of the gate across the driveway - except there is no gate across our driveway. None.
DO NOT USE ONTRAC.

I was mad that my package wasn't delivered to my address when it said delivered on the tracking information, but one worker Leticia came the next day to my house to help me find it and it ended up being in a house undergoing construction. She was very nice and made sure I got my order before she left. It was delivered to the wrong address at first but she corrected it
I was waiting at home the whole day for my packages to arrive, just to get an email that they were delivered though they wasn't, when I called their customer service I was told almost that I'm lying because the driver scanned the package on my address, I have no word to describe how disappointed I'm with them, their service is a real joke! I reordered my packages and this time I had to pay 15$ to get my packages delivered with another carrier
