After reading so many negative reviews. I was extremely nervous about a package delivery first time order from a company first time ever getting from Ontrac. All of my fears were wrong, the package was delivered. Early goodwill still live earlier than promised. The driver carefully placed it did not throw it. It came in perfect, I give this company excellent ratings.
OnTrac picked up my package from Home Chef, according to their app. Never delivered, even after 5 days. Contacted their customer service through the app three times. Never received a response. Guess they ate my food rather than deliver it. Terrible from top down. They deserve negative stars, if that were a thing.
I'm not sure who's worse OnTrac or Amazon? Save Amzn your order shipped emails And go to OnTrac website to track, request email notification when it's delivered. Now 2nd time my stuff wasn't delivered when Amzn/OT said it would "by 8pm", if you call OT CS they'll say "has until 9pm", take screen shots of Amzn's tracking page, once you call them to complain or ask what happened that page will be replaced with one telling you the date is unknown, tracking #, delivery progress all gone. Amzn will say "by the day after tomorrow" and "they can't get ahold of OnTrac". 1st time, both sites CS said pkg. Was delivered, looked all over, Nope. They actually said to see if your neighbors had it - uhm no, that's not my job. Why 1st one said delivered? "mis-scanned", today it was "driver may have been running late yesterday". Amzn Now says 2 days After item ships, I've had to call to get tracking #'s before, I had to delete my P. O. Box from my saved addresses to force Amzn/Sellers to deliver to my home, it also stops UPS FEDX ONTRAC from leaving it at P. O. OT usually is OK, but they need to stop saying your pkg will be delivered by 8pm Unless it actually will be.

Since 2014 I have had nothing but problems with this company. Nothing ever shows up on time, or it was marked "delivered" but never actually was ( I have cameras down my rural road, at the gates, and anywhere they claim to leave the package. Funny thing is, on the days they said delivered, there truck never showed up. Did they telepathically deliver it? Did they identify it as delivered because they simply hit the button? I don't know. All I know is that I have email chains started the second I see a shipping label generated with ontrac. I don't even know how this company is legally allowed to operate in the western United States. I can't comprehend how they're still in business. They don't actually ever deliver. Oh look, a cloud in the sky and it's " extreme weather delay". I live in a very rural area in the sierras. We recently got 5 feet of snow, which was reasonable to not deliver, so I'll have to put on my big girl pants and give them a pass that one time. But other times, the dude that looked like Father Time claimed he delivered a package BY HAND in 18 inches of snow. Weird, since his heap of trash van was 2 wheel drive and he complained about the dirt roads on a regular basis because he has a 2 wheel drive car. Who's eggplant emoji do I need to suck around here to get my address removed from their service? Really. They have 4 of my orders right now and won't deliver because of the rain. Losers. The photo I uploaded was thrown in the middle of a dirt road about a mile from my house. But it was delivered behind the gate, which there's a huge sign that says don't put packages behind the gate because my pig thinks there's a treat for her in every package. I really wish they would just go away. Their business name is false advertising as it is. Nothing is ever delivered on time, or even within a reasonable timeline. It's all late, damaged, or hiding in dumpsters at the local gas station where the on duty clerk saw Father Time throw a number of packages in there. Luckily she called me because I put my number on everything. I was able to get mine and a few of my other neighbors packages for them. There are still good people in the world. Ontrac is a company where not even the customer service is any good.
Tip for consumers:
Get your paper trail going the second you see a shipping label if you have had issues with these clowns. It’s the only way I’ve been able to have successful chargebacks through my bald or card issuers without any hesitation. This company is absolute trash.

Full refund from every company ontrac F’d over by not delivering. So, not only did they have to refund my money, but they also never got those items returned back to them to try and sell again.

I went down to my barn at 11:00 PM at night to take care of animals. I saw an unmarked white truck pull up in front of my barn and stop. I didn't know if it was someone casing my property or my drunken neighbor who I had called the cops on before who sells drugs up the street. The vehicle pulled forward and partially pulled into my driveway with the back of the vehicle sitting out in the oncoming traffic lane. I have a Private Property No Trespassing sign at the entrance to my property. I felt sick to my stomach. I didn't know whether to get a weapon or go confront the person on my own. If I went on my own, I couldn't defend myself without a weapon. I high tailed it back toward the house. A person got out of the vehicle and I yelled to them to stop where they were. I couldn't see them or see their hands. It was dark out. I asked them who they were, and they spoke with a thick accent that I couldn't understand. I told them to repeat themselves several times until I understood that they were trying to deliver something at 11:00 PM at night, out in the country, in the dark! I told them to drop the package at the end of the driveway and leave. He did. I've tried to contact OnTrac several times today about their dangerous delivery practices. They could care less. No apology. No modification to their delivery practices. I told them that they are not to delivery to my property in the dark. They justified themselves and said that they deliver up until midnight. WHO DELIVERS IN THE DARK! I told them that they scared the crap out of me and that I was contemplating getting a WEAPON. They don't get it! OnTrac doesn't get it, and they are more worried about being offended than the safety of their customers and their drivers. DO NOT DELIVER IN THE DARK AT 11:00 PM AT NIGHT, ONTRAC! HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE?

As you can see below driver shows package delivered before noon when in fact it had not. Customer service rep was helpful in tracking down the driver only to find out it was still on the delivery vehicle. Package was delivered 6 hours later

I order things from Shein. Sometimes Shein uses different types of delivery services. This time they used Ontrac, which they've done before. I got a notification that my package was delivered. I have a lot of cameras outside and I never heard a buzz for me to let the driver in. I got outside, and there was no packages. I asked my neighbors, looked in brushes, nothing. I looked at my camera and no OnTrac driver came to my door. The only other person that came to my door was a Amazon driver, a stray cat to eat cat food, three racoons, and a baby oppossum. I live in the city of Los Angeles it's not like my the driver hid my package somewhere I can't see or my cameras not see the driver. I called and email OnTrac because, I know you have to try both. When I email I got no response the next day. I already immediately send a notice to Shein. When I called OnTrac, I was on the phone for a long time. Then, I finally speak to a woman who made me wait a little longer to tell me something I already know, it says it was delivered. I said it wasn't delivered. I told her the driver never showed up. Her response was, but it was delivered. She repeated herself six times like, she wanted me to accept that. I said I needed to take to someone higher. Guess, what? They don't don't have anyone higher. I explained to OnTrac that because my package was stolen that I had to make a police report. If their driver never showed up and is saying that they did, scan the package and took it that means that said driver stole from me. They could track the driver, but won't. I got a replacement shippment from Shein. One item was no longer available. Hopefully, it will show up this time. My cameras don't lie. I will be making a police report.

I ordered from Shein like a week ago and they're always using OnTrac for their packages and I wish they didn't! They delivered to the WRONG street address! I mean come on how stupid and incompetent can you be! I emailed customer service and all I got was a lousy "we apologize" message. But anyways, We recently got new doors installed in my complex, soo in the mean time our door numbers are written on a green sticky. (Unfortunately). I'll leave a picture below. I live in an apartment complex that has different street addresses but the same door numbers for each new street. It's not hard to use your f*cking GPS and look at street signs to know where my apartment is located! Thank god they posted a picture and I was able to find where my package was ACTUALLY DROPPED OFF AT. Oh and guess what it was on ANOTHER street with my door #. I LITERALLY HAD TO KNOCK AND BANG ON THIS NEIGHBORS DOOR AND ASK FOR MY D*MN PACKAGE BACK AND SHE WASNT EVEN GONNA ANSWER THE DOOR HADN'T HER KID WALKED IN FROM BEING OUTSIDE! OH AND EVEN WORSE SHE GETS HER OWN DAUGHTER TO HAND IT BACK TO ME OPENED! And her kids response was, "she opened it because she didn't know what it was." Like come on are u serious? If you know u didn't order anything, it doesn't have your name or your address on it why the actual f*ck are you opening someone else's package? How about be a Good Samaritan and hand it back to me at MY door UNOPENED?! (Highly unlikely in 2023) She obviously didn't think I'd find her door so she decided to take a peek into the bag to see what she could steal. I'm soo f*cking pissed with this shipping company! My items were needed for a baby shower and my baby whose due in August. Now I have to get in contact with shein for a refund! I refuse to use these items after they were opened and I hope that neighbor gets what's coming to her, because she had NO right!

Ordered dog food and some treats from "Chewy"... up until this order, they have always used FedEx Ground for the delivery; never had a problem. On this latest order, my shipping notification said the package was coming via On Trac.
To foil the scumbag porch pirates, we always make it a point to have someone available; otherwise, we request a redirect to have the package delivered to a FedEx Office & we pick it up there. That option doesn't exist with On Trac, so either my spouse or were home ALL DAY.
When 8:00 pm had come & gone, I called Chewy. They made the appropriate notes and processed a replacement order (at no charge) and also made notes to have the 2nd package shipped via FedEx.
I then called On Trac at approximately 8:20 to find out what's going on with my delivery. I was the 18th caller in line, so I was on hold for about 20 minutes before the phone monkey picked up the line. He was no help whatsoever... in fact, he stated the delivery commitment was 9:00 pm and that the courier still had time to get it to me before it would be considered late. He then suggested I call back after 9:00 if the package still hadn't been delivered.
At 9:01, I was back on the phone... new phone monkey... he was no help either. All he could say was "well, it looks like the package is still out for delivery." Idiots! I gave up a promised to deal with their Corporate Office in the morning.
At 10:05 pm, the courier pulls up in front of my house, laughing about being late... hands me my package & walks back to the van.
The real kicker was, a supervisor from "customer care" had the gall to call me to ask what had gone wrong with the delivery. Really? How the hell should I know... I was just the package recipient.
Clueless management, ineffective customer service, and couriers without a clue.
BTW, Chewy also pulled a boner... they used On Trac again for delivery of the replacement order. At least On Trac delivered the 2nd package by 7:30 pm... although they just left it in front of the garage door, in full view of the street... no knock on the door, no ringing of the doorbell. I guess our neighborhood porch pirate didn't need any dog food; I found the package there when I went to take out the trash.

I placed an order with Children's Place who uses LaserShip, who apparently has been recently purchased by ONTRAC. After reading the reviews, I am not surprised that I have come into this issue. This is by far the WORST carrier to ever use for delivering shipments. I placed this order on August 3 and it has been a nightmare ever since. I have been getting the runaround between Children's Place and ONTRAC for over a week now. With that being said, I will be doing a complaint on Children's Place as well. It seems as though this is the only way that I will be able to get this issue resolved. ONTRAC marked my order as delivered on August 10 and to my surprise no order had been delivered. I received the number from Children's Place to call ONTRAC. However, when calling, there is no option to speak to a live representative. I placed my number in the queue for a call back and it only opted me in for text message. A representative from Ontrac reached out ask for information and did nothing to resolve the issue. I spent money on an order that I did not receive. OnTrac is telling me to reach out to the merchant and Children's Place is telling me to reach out to ONTRAC. I am a single mother and I do not have money to waste on A incompetent, careless, company. All I asked, was for someone to mark this order as lost, so that I can resolve the issue with the merchant, since they "solely depend on the word of the carrier", and no one will even responded to me with a reasonable explanation or response to what happened. At this point I'm PISSED because this issue could have been simply resolved. I was told there there would be an investigation open and I will receive a response in two days and got NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!. Please help me resolve this issue, and at this point ONTRAC should shut down all services because they are costing single parents money that we don't have. I didn't want to take it here by blasting this company but here we are.

Llame a la compañía y simplemente se lavan las manos diciendo que pasado los 5 días de supuestamente haber recibido el paquete! Ellos no se hacer responsables! Es una falta de respeto TOTAL!
