After reading so many negative reviews. I was extremely nervous about a package delivery first time order from a company first time ever getting from Ontrac. All of my fears were wrong, the package was delivered. Early goodwill still live earlier than promised. The driver carefully placed it did not throw it. It came in perfect, I give this company excellent ratings.
OnTrac picked up my package from Home Chef, according to their app. Never delivered, even after 5 days. Contacted their customer service through the app three times. Never received a response. Guess they ate my food rather than deliver it. Terrible from top down. They deserve negative stars, if that were a thing.

EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.

One star is far too generous for the abysmal service I received from OnTrac. My package, which contained crucial time-sensitive documents, was promised for delivery on Monday. Tuesday came and went. So did now, Wednesday. I called customer service, where I was met with the robotic equivalent of a shrug. They provided a tracking number that seemed to be stuck in a time warp, perpetually showing "In Transit" as if my package was on some sort of existential journey through the cosmos. The sheer incompetence and lack of communication from OnTrac is simply unacceptable. If you need something delivered reliably and on time, avoid OnTrac like the plague. They're about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. I'd rather trust a carrier pigeon with my next shipment.

This company is run by the most incompetent people i've had the displeasure of dealing with.
1. They have no phone support, you will spend days talking to a virtual agent who does nothing to help other than gaslight you.
2. The "specialist" support staff calls you to assure you, but its nothing but more gaslighting, but just in person.
They've failed to delivered 3 packages now to my address. And there is no way to talk to contact anyone directly. The online sellers use this service and as a customer i'm just a third party to onTrac, so i assume they don't GAF. So i'm here trying to raise public awareness and add to the million reviews already highlighting what a dumpster fire of a company it is.
Shame on you ontrac, and I feel sorry for everyone who happens to come in your way (both the sellers and their customers).

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! The customer service is BS. They said my package was out for delivery more than 5 days in sequence and actually it never happened. My package is showing as delivered but I never received it. I opened a ticket about it, and they asked me for two days to investigate and I just received a reply saying that my package was delivered but I didn't receive any proof, photo, call, etc. Now they are asking me to contact the seller to tell them what happened. What I'm going to say? Send another package? This is the worst delivery company.

My package which shipped out of Tennessee, was send to California. I live in Wisconsin. Then OnTrac messaged me saying there was a problem with the address and they needed an updated address or delivery instructions. All of my shipping information is correct, but I reverified it for them. Their customer service is a joke, its just a chat bot. They only way to get a human there is to call the Customer Service of the retailer you ordered through, and they can get an actual OnTrac representative, who with my experience is still less than helpful. If your package gets shipped by OnTrac, you might as well just file for a refund.

Absolutely not and I'm going to cancel my AliExpress and any other company that uses them. On 10/17/24 at 8:30 pm, the delivery driver hit my car parked in the front of my house and kept going. My Ring got her on camera throwing the package on my stairs, taking her picture and walking away - hit and skip. She knew she hit my car and had to feel the impact. I spent hours on their website trying to get some assistance. I got nothing but dumb auto responses. The phone number I finally got, no one answers or they're self-service - press 1,2, etc. The answers are standard comments - absolutely no help whatsoever. I may have to pay my $500 deductible because of OnTrac's terrible driver if the police can't locate her. That little $35 package was not worth it.

These people do not help at all, makes me feel like it is a robot. I asked them to update the door code so the driver could place items in the home since this was a renovation but Brenda the chat rep stated and i quote "I understand this is frustrating. Since the address was incorrect, why would the driver try again?" That is not how you speak to someone, also i never mentioned a wrong address so now i am wondering what it was changed to. You are not talking to these people so you could have not misheard me, you are clearly not paying attention which makes me think they are mixing up orders.

I have been waiting 5 days beyond the promised date and still no delivery. The customer chat service is always more than 350 people ahead of you. The tracking system is either a lie or a joke. They promise a new deliver date only to be updated that evening to the next day. The date shown for delivery bears no resemblance to reality. If I say it is the worst delivery company is an understatement. I went online only to find out that they're infamous for missing delivery dates, damaged packages and THEFT. I will never but anything from any company that uses OnTrac. As son as it is delivered, if delivered, I intend to return the package to the vendor.
ADVICE: DO NOT USE ONTRAC or you will be railroaded. A terrible company that should not be allowed to operate or be in the business community.

Phone number I was given by Banana Republic to contact Ontrac would ring three times then disconnect. A major company who cannot communicate should not last long. Every bad review is real. Please do not use this company. They will steal. I ordered 4 packages. They stole one. Their customer service is a joke. My tracking update says delivered. And no one came to my house. Please avoid this company at all costs. If you received your package it's a blessing. This company will steal your package and mark it as delivered

If I could give this company no stars it would be better. They have the worst and laziest delivery drivers. They left my packages at the end of my driveway (which is not visible from my house). They were stolen obviously. But the real kicker is the driver stated he delivered them to front door. Of course management did nothing. I did not realize Victoria secret used them and of course now I am fighting them again about another package that was stated to be delivered to front door but wasn't. My husband and I were both home ALL DAY and have cameras around our house and no one came down our driveway. Went to end of driveway to see if package was there... NOTHING. They don't even deserve 1 star, but zero wasn't an option. My latest experience with OnTrac was yesterday, 12/11/2024. My delivery was placed next to the road, below my mailbox. I discovered the box at 11 pm. The box obviously didn't fit in my mailbox, so my question is WHY didn't the driver simply go up the driveway and place the box at the door to my house?
My other experience with OnTrac happened about 3 weeks ago. I received notices from OnTrac that they needed the gate code to make my delivery. I responded to their multiple notifications that they needed to double check the delivery address since my property does NOT require a gate code for entry. My package was a perishable item shipped in dry ice. The package was never received, so I guess they threw it away when it started to stink.
My recommendation is to use a different carrier. OnTrac is NOT worth the shipping cost savings.

I contacted them regarding a package that said delivered on 10/4/24 that I never received. They opened an investigation. Long story short, they closed the investigation stating that the package had been delivered and even sent me a picture of it sitting outside at the door. Unfortunately for me, the item was sitting outside of a door but just not my door. I tried calling and even got through to a chat via text message that disconnected me. I hate that I don't have a choice in which company delivers my purchases as I would never want to use them again.

I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great!
When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that!
But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
