No buy, I lost 300 dollars when they send me a bad product, and the answer was you just had 30 days.
Returned a product with exactly what they wanted (which is quite the long list) and never got my refund. Do not buy from them.
Tried to purchase some parts from this site and the transaction went smoothly but as several days passed, I still didn't get updates on tracking information once more than a week passed, I called and they then told me that the order was canceled because they didn't have 1 part out of the several I purchase in stock. The gentlemen I talked to assured me over the phone that he would make sure my re-order will go without a hitch after I picked a different brand on the "out of stock" part.
Well, that second-order got put on and after another week that passed, I still didn't have parts so I tried to track the order thru the website and only then found out that that second order was canceled with no other explanation as to why.
My only assumption based on my previous experience is that they didn't have something in stock.
Never received any update e-mails or calls about it.
All this has left me with is a car that could have been repaired almost 3 weeks ago, A very sour impression of PartGeeks.com for lack of communication in regards to the reason for the cancelation of my second order.
Needless to say, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ABSOLUTELY ANYONE

I get wrong part I'm waiting all week for some one helping me but no help I'm really disappointed
They don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered a part on July 17th that was suppose to be delievered on the 20th. I never received it so i called them and they told me to wait 3-7 business days so i call on the 7th day and the package still hasn't left the warehouse. Crazy bc i have a fedex shipping number but fedex don't have a package. I called them on the 27th and told them i wanted a refund. They told me i wasn't getting a refund. All of a sudden i receive an email saying i'm getting refunded the amount i paid but when i check my account in the posted section it's say "Parts Geek refund for $…… to the card ending in …." and right next to ot where your money amount in your account suppose to be it say $0.00. I called them and they said i have to talk to my bank because it's pending this that and the third. MY WORK CHECK IS PENDING IN MY ACCOUNT OF THE REFUND WAS PENDING ITLL BE IN THE PENDING SECTION

The first time I dealt with Partsgeek a couple of weeks ago, I was extremely happy with the item I ordered, the delivery time and especially the price. Now I have ordered and received a part for my other vehicle but it is incorrect.
The first item was a very expensive rearview mirror for my Ram 2500. It was $537 at the dealer but got a aftermarket from partsgeek for only $110. The guy on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. Came quickly, looked virtually identical to the original and was installed with no problem. Saved me a ton of money.
This time I have received a window regulator for my Sebring and the shop says it's the wrong one. Don't know why because their website shows it should be correct. Now I have to ship back the regulator at my cost and getting an RMA wasn't terribly difficult. I don't like the idea of having to pay shipping costs on a wrong part plus the hassle of boxing it up and taking it somewhere to be shipped. I would prefer getting a "pick up" tag so that UPS or whoever could just pick it up from my house. Now I'm afraid to order another one and have my money tied up for 2 regulators at the same time.
I will probably deal with this company in the future but order only by phone, not use the website. If a part is listed, they need to be a bit more clear as to what model it fits.
Edit: I returned the incorrect window regulator and received a credit immediately on the day they received it. Despite costing me $12 (and the inconvenience) to ship, I will continue to use this company for my parts. I've always been treated well on the phone and they have saved me an incredible amount of money.
I would strongly suggest calling to order a part rather than trusting the website.

First let me start off by saying I was told by a mechanic my car needed new control arms and two rear struts. I searched for my model and year and came across this site here. I ordered a set that amounted up to almost $474 dollars not including tax. The set came with 4 struts front and back and a control arm set. I paid the mechanic for labor in advance and let him know that the parts should arrive give or take in 8 days. He told me after the 8 days they would charge me for the property fee of having my car sitting on their lot. To my surprise in 3 days after paying for my products from this site I received a tracking email. I clicked on it and I was completely shocked that it said shipment voided. The shipment was canceled by sender. I was really upset. I used my order number to make a ticket on my product and expressed my concerns. I was then sent a reply message stating that the warehouse has been notified and would get back in contact with me in 3 to 4 days. I don't understand how a company can send you a tracking email but cancel it. Then I should have to wait. I wrote this company again and today I received a reply that my ticket was solved. It stated I would receive a refund! The money should be back in my acct in 2 to 4 business days. This company is unethical, unprofessional and a fraud! I was not concerned with the refund I was going to get that regardless from my bank. What concerns me is the disrespect of not even telling me why I was treated this way and why my order was canceled! DONOT order from this company. They don't even have a contact number. I will be reporting this company to Better Business bureau what a waste of my time.
So I bought from this website once before(I have not even received my first order) but anyhow, I bought again. These parts where ordered by my dad who is a mechanic and I helped him with his online shopping. On the second order, I decided to ship the part directly to his mechanic shop instead of to me ( for obvious reasons). Somehow parts and geeks did not like that and sent me an email requesting MY Identification because the billing and the shipping address were not the same when I placed the order( YEAH ITS CALLED BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR A REASON, MEANING I CAN SEND IT WHEREVER I WANT BECAUSE I BOUGHT IT). Anyway I still responded politely with my ID and in my email I stated that my billing address was not on my ID because my ID is old and I moved this year. In the same email I said that I wanted it shipped elsewhere(not on my ID and not my billing address, BUT THE ADRESS I TYPED IN WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER, my dads mechanical shop). After another day ( my credit card already charged DAYS PRIOR and the item was not only NOT shipping but they wanted more paperwork proving the shipping address. I AM PISSED! How fast can you take money but not PROVIDE THE SERVICE IN WHICH YOU CHARGED!? Days have passed my dad needs his part to finish his job and at the end of the day I didn't get a part and I still was charded! COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
This company is the epitome of all the things that people fear when shopping online from false advertising to negligent customer service.
I purchased a mirror for my car and when I received it I realized that it was not the correct mirror--not that I was sent a completely different mirror, but that the mirror was close to the original manufacturer mirror but didn't come close to fitting properly as the base was bigger.
I contacted customer service several times and not one time did they resolve the situation. The tickets I opened were either completely ignored, the questions weren't answered and I was directed back to square one, or I was asked for my vin number and part number and when I provided the info I never heard from the rep again. Each of these incidences happened more than once. I had to open a number of tickets and no one helped me. ALSO, you have to have an RMA to return a part. I requested several times for an RMA and no one provided me one nor did they reply. I also called their customer service number, put it on speaker and let it sit for over ten minutes. No one answered.
I finally had to call my bank to dispute the charge to get my money back. Shame on me for not reading the reviews on this company before making the purchase. Thereafter I read dozens of similar experiences from this company on other review sites. This company doesn't even deserve one star.
They falsely advertise, they do not respond to ticket claims. Read their shipping policy very carefully. That alone should make one suspicious of the quality of this company. The Better Business Bureau also has a number of claims against this company.

Answer: You'll pay plenty for shipping and if they give you the wrong part, you'll pay to ship it back. It's in their terms. You pay shipping both ways, regardless of fault.
Answer: Because they are either crooks, or they have some nut in the warehouse grabbing whatever and sending it to you even if it's wrong wrong wrong!
