Bad customer service they add products to your order and will not correct it

Paid ten bucks for shipping from NY to OH, ten days later Im still waiting on the part, unhelpful support told me it takes 4 business days and there was a holiday? Was he referring to valentine day? REALLY? Ill pay extra to purchase locally next time!
Bought $120 alternator and it was packaged badly and broken in transit. I was surprised to see that they don't pay return shipping. Cost me $40 to return it. Have ordered from them in the past, but will not be doing any business with them in the future.
I ordered a shock absorber I was needed in complete set as shown on website picture. I mean with bumper, dust cover and shock mount. It's the only shock of the same brand shown in complete set. That's why I chose it. I was really disappointed and dissatisfied when I received it as it had none of those. Sounds like misleading false or even fraud misrepresentation to me
I bought heads lights and found I only needed the module not the headlights. The customer service rep was rude and short with me. I have to pay shipping and a 10% restocking fee. The heads lights were over $1,400 dollars. This was costly online order. Hassle Free Returns is not true, they don't care about customer service. I would avoid them, just a warning.

Answer: You'll pay plenty for shipping and if they give you the wrong part, you'll pay to ship it back. It's in their terms. You pay shipping both ways, regardless of fault.
Answer: Because they are either crooks, or they have some nut in the warehouse grabbing whatever and sending it to you even if it's wrong wrong wrong!
