I HAVE BEEN CALLING TRYING TO CHANGE THE NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH MU TWO FACTOR VERIFICATION SINCE OCT 10,2022. HERE IT IS OCT 17,2022 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY RESET EMAIL AFTER SENDING IN CONFIRMING I WANTED TO CHANGE MY NUMBER AND VERIFIED MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION. I KEEP GETTING TOLD THEY ARE AT A HIGH VALUE 7 DAYS LATER AFTER BEING TOLD 48 HOURS. THIS IS NOT A GOOD SERVICE TO USE WITH INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS. ITS ONLY ONE DEPARTMENT AND THEY EMAIL THE DEPARTMENT AND YOU HAVE TO JUST SIT IN WAIT DAYS UNTIL ANYONE RESPONDS. BUT I BET THEY RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW. AS A AGENCY LEADER TRYING TO PAY MY HOST THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING. IT SHOULD BE A LIVE AGENT AVAILABLE TO HELP US CUSTOMERS WITH THOSE ISSUES. PRAYING I GET HELP WITH MY ACCOUNT ONE DAY THIS IS HORRIBLE

I have been using several payment service providers such as Paypal, Ir, Ws and lastly Payoneer. I truly think that Payoneer is the best payment solution that I have experienced. Eversince using Payoneer to grow my business globally, I have no dificulties in handling any business transactions with my partners.

I called them with a personal issue, I was treat respectfully and in a timely manor. She at one point put my on hold, came back very apologetic for doing so, (it was no problem at all)

I've been using Payoneer for a while now, and i can say, it is excellent, complete in all ways.
I wish fund transfers to local banks were faster, but in the end it works as it should

I can compare paypal and payoneer and Payoneer is better service
Support is great and they actualy know how to help you
You will NOT recieve long emails or stuff like that but concrete and specific answers.
If you are withdrawing money average wait time is from 2-4 days and you can recieve statement what is your status.
Do you want to know more? Wait aproximately 10 minutes for support and they provide you even with document which is confirming that bank accepted payment.
Awesome!
And best of all... Paypal have in average 1$-> 58/59 + some strange fees and Payonner have in averate 60/61 per $

Questions get answered within mins, and great service as always. Just payment gateway is the only thing they need now to beat any payment gateway including the giant PayPal (worst on policies)

I feel like big companies and making the enemies out of their own customers and clients, especially banks. Payoneer is not. Most times I am received well by kind and helpful representatives.

I live in the Caribbean so I wanted to use the buy now pay later service from one of my favorite US online shopping site but It requires a US debit or credit card so I thought payoneer would be good for that but it turns out that they only process payments and there's no hope of them doing so in future so I basically signed up for nothing
* Payoneer attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I have no problem uploading any documents regarding any payments, but reviewing and approving payments must be faster to improve your services which are not free.
