I called to resolve a problem finalizing my registration on Payoneer because even after approval of my account I still cannot access it, I am still asked to register new security questions to access my account and when I do it it still doesn't work, I haven't even been able to access the page where I'm normally asked to send a copy of my ID, I'm still waiting for a solution. Although my english is not perfect neither I am english speaker, the person with whom I talked was very polite however I had some difficultes in understanding her english with her prononciation which was not very understandable enough when talking fast. So I asked the points I did not understand and she managed to speek slowly which is a good point.

I called to request why I was not able to withdraw the amount in my account in USD, but I could withdraw the same amount in EUR and PLN.
I wanted to know the minimum amount in USD that can be withdrawn into a USD account.
The customer service personnel took so much time to explain clearly the issue and proposed better solutions for me.
He also went as far resolving pending requests and issues related to my account.
Such approving my pending bank account request i had raise on Saturday 13th Feb 2021
I got disconnected from the call while the service was ongoing, and the agent after a few seconds called back to complete resolving my problem.
