I recently asked the payment from fiverr and got very less exchange rate and I asked them in support and got their reply as
"The Global Bank Transfer fee in your local currency is $3 per transfer.
The currency exchange rate is 2.75% above mid-market rate at payment transfer time."
Pretty unprofessional and they did not understand my query.
That day exchange rate was 1 US Dollar = 61.94 Indian Rupee

I was using the global payments service. Payoneer got the name of the company wrong that was paying me and refused to change it or process the payments. They asked me to get in touch with the company instead. I did and Payoneer STILL refused, despite the fact I submitted my ID AGAIN. What kind of company makes you jump through hoops just to receive money that someone else has AGREED to pay you, and then makes it impossible for you to actually receive the money. I will NEVER use this disgusting payments service again.

I sent a Support Request to Payoneer via Payoneer Support Center on the 11th of December. On the 21st of December, there was still no human reply. This is a severe case of a declined payment from a client of mine that should be clarified urgently. In this way, I had to find the telephone number of Payoneer Support via a 3rd party website, since Payoneer does not show this information on their website in my dashboard and does not give me even the possibility of an Online Chat. I'm extremely dissatisfied and upset with this treatment as a client and as a person. Note: on the 21st of December, I managed to speak to a very professional Customer Care professional, Adam, who was extremely kind and helpful. This, I believe, is an exceptional case within a problematic and disrespectful Customer Care structure.

We can't speak for your friends and their accounts, but Payoneer follows a strict policy in regards to approving accounts. Upon registration clients are asked to submit all the requested information, such as a bank account. In order to verify this information, our departments will ask you to submit a valid government issued photo ID. This is to ensure everything is submitted correctly. If clients are not able to provide any form of official government documents, then unfortunately the account will not be approved. However, rest assure that once you are able to do so, you can always request to reopen your account again and submit the driver's licence.
