I called about a payment that was on hold at 5PM Philippine Time but I was expecting no one would answer just like other customer service hotline I am dealing with on a daily basis. Luckily I got Mori to help me who diligently doing his work and resolved my problems for me though the call lasted almost an hour but I think it would take longer if it was not Mori who helped me.

Have spent more time fighting over the phone w them than I care to for sure! They will not listen... I spoke to Jai today and she was amazing! But the last time I had to deal w Payoneer customer service I was so mad I wanted to jump through the phone lines and slap that woman who was NOT HEARING MY WORDS AND WHAT MY SITUATION WAS... This card is not a convenience - it is a pain in the butt! I have moved my method of payment back to my regular bank account and will be cancelling my Payoneer Mastercard account immediately.

200 dollar withdraw limit is look like little scam, so many freelancer is working for small money to feed their life, especially outside USA, so please decrease it at least to 50 dollar

The ATM (TELENOR - Bank (SRB)) did not provide me with the money I requested, and yet my funds were reserved (800$). I wish to thank the Payoneer representatives for getting on top of this matter and refunding the amount to my main balance. During our conversation they were polite, nice and understanding. If in Serbia and you use Payoneer, think twice to use TELENOR to withdraw your funds.

Used to be good at first. Now they are out to steal everything that you get paid by your clients. They hold the money and will never process it. If a client sends you money and you don't see it on your account, just forget about it, the payoneer team has stolen it. I hate the guy who referred me to payoneer because I will get no money for the work I have done in the past two months with my clients. They have stolen over $500 from me. I am so sick! I hate payoneer and will never use it in my life. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES. ONLY USE IT IF YOU ARE SURE YOU ARE DONATING YOUR MONEY TO THEM!

I have never used Payoneer, ever. Then, the company that I work for as a translator decided to change their payment method to Payoneer. I am baffled to find out today that my payment has been sent to an account in Poland and so far they do not know how that happened. I talked to customer service that said they also do not know how it happened Now, If I my money is being transferred to someone else's account, and I can see the last digits of this person's account, how can I trust that my account will not be used by anybody else? It is an outrageous situation because my whole salary has been sent to them and I have to wait for days until they can tell me what exactly happen! NOT SATISFIED AT ALL! This is an issue that should be solved immediately! Not brushed off to the next department so I can wait "few BUSINESS DAYS" to fix it!
