I bid & won certain items that were NOT what was advertised. I contacted TOPHATTER to return the items for a refund. Their response and refund was almost immediate. This company has blocked my account for some unknown reason. When I called to have the account unblocked, they want me to send them all of my personal information such as name, address, ss#, and DOB. I find this very disturbing when I have already provided you with name, card# and address verification. Why do I need to give you additional personal information? Also, I had a balance on the card, that has now depleted because they said that there are fees. THIS COMPANY IS A MAJOR RIP OFF!
