Very disappointed as I was led to believe that once I received my debit/credit card from Mastercard I could keep it while trying to recruit other customers to World Ventures and now I am told that the US$100.00 that I thought was credited to the card was not done.

I had an existing account but I forgot the password and username however I created a new account and both the accounts got blocked so I decided to call in and the Representative who answered the call handle the whole situation very professionally from start to finish she helped me well so now I just got to wait 3 days to have access to my Payoneer account. I highly recommend Payoneer to any and all international employers and employees to obtain a Payoneer account everything is very fair with Payoneer.

I met Payoneer in this year of 2018, when I was looking for online banking, and frankly, I was surprised when I first got in touch to be served by the Payoneer team, despite being number 20 on the list I waited 11 minutes and finally when I was met, exceeded expectations, I'm loving working with Payoneer. Should have received my money from another site on a transaction by payoneer. 1 month have passed and I have received nothing, they STOLE my money. More than 20 e-mails i have written to them and nothing has happened.
Just the worst experience in any site I have ever encountered.

Generally speaking, accounts need to be approved beforehand, so clients can start using our services. This process is called the registration process. During this review, our department can ask more documents from you in order to be able to verify the account. This is also goes for any payments coming in, as they are also subject to a manual review at any given time. We usually ask our clients to go sign into their account ---> settings ---> verification center. It is here, where our departments will request any information regarding verification of the account or pending payments. Once a client sees the requirements, they need to upload anything requested of them.
If you already have done this and stated that you have been waiting for 3 month for verification of your account, that is unacceptable.
