I have been waiting for over a month for several payments from VRBO via Payoneer. I received no communication from VRBO or Payoneer concerning the status of my payments.
After trying to call both VRBO and Payoneer scores of attempts they finally answer to tell me they did not send it straight to my account.

Because of the FCA issue with wirecard they disabled the card so I could not use it to take my money out on any ATM and they didn't tell me how to re enable it so I had to call to find that out, it sucks because then they got the chance to charge me 15 dollars for a bank transfer and then my back another 11 for using their system so it sucks

The fund was deposited but unable to withdraw. It takes me around the loops to do this and that and still same result. Emailed them, but received a auto reply. DON'T USE THIS. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND POSSIBLY LOST OF MONEY.

I have been using Payoneer for a while now and I have found it much useful because I can receive payments from various companies at very low cost and can easily withdraw it to my bank account or at ATM.

I has issues on canceling a payment. I called the customer care service and within 10 - 15 mins it was resolved. I not sure who the lady spoke to me, she is the nicest.

I've wasted away abouts seven months of my life now, money, energy, two Payoneer accounts (I was advised by the company to reboot my account while they figured out what they were doing wrong), three email accounts... And I still don't have my card :) I was told it was being send via DHL, so I gave my home address. Months later it turned out they had sent it through the mail, which would've never reached my home address in Panama. When I reordered the card, I used my P. O. Box in Miami, and the system demanded proof that I was the owner. I submitted the email I received when I created the account with the agency, which is the only document I had, and received no further help. I have officially lost track of the amount of times I've sent emails that never got responses, or got replies but not solutions, in three languages, while I navigated the few decent CS agents on the phone with the company's very special schedule. Definitely would not recommend to anyone I care about. I'm thinking of creating Payoneer accounts for a couple people, though :)

I have been a Payoneer customer for quite some time. I have enjoyed my relationship with them until now. 2 weeks ago, I called Payoner and inquired about having my weekly paycheck deposited on to my Payoneer card. They provided me all the info needed to have my paycheck deposited on to the card through a Bank of America checking account. My employer placed a. 01 test deposit into my account last week. They do this each time we change banks for Direct Deposit to give the bank the chance to reject or question the deposit before an actual paycheck is deposited. Today, Payoner received the deposit but will not give me access to the funds. I have provided them with all the supporting documentation requested including a copy of my pay stubs and a link to my employee's website (they are one of the largest payroll services in the USA). I telephoned their customer support. They agreed that the documentation was in order. Yet my funds are still on hold. I would strongly NOT recommend this company.
