It has been such a horrible experience and my payment has been delayed repeatedly. Not sure I will ever get paid sadly and I am forced reconsider using its service.

After months of fruitless attempts to access MY hard-earned money in my Payoneer account, I am left in complete disillusionment about this company's operations. Their customer service is a joke - or more aptly, a travesty! I've been met with robotic, uncaring responses each time I tried reaching out. Calls? They hang up. Emails? A pathetic copy-paste response that offers no solution.
I understand the need for security, but when a customer offers a myriad of documents to prove their identity, there should be SOME flexibility. Passport expired? I provided a birth certificate, social security card, a selfie (yes, a selfie), utility bills, my lease agreement... the list goes on! But alas, Payoneer's "support" is too rigid, too heartless to consider my plight.
And before anyone thinks this is an isolated incident, a quick sweep through social media paints a grim picture. Reddit, Twitter, forums – they're filled with dismayed users sharing their Payoneer horror stories.
In the vast world of online payments, there are choices, and Payoneer has proven to be the worst one I've ever made. Locked out, ignored, and disrespected. Buyer (or in this case, user) beware!

Opening a Payoneer account seemed fast and straightforward at first. After a couple of hours, I received an email confirmation that my application had been approved.
I started to send a couple of payment requests. As soon as my first payment arrived, I received an email from Payonner stating that I needed to complete my application in order to access the funds!
I was under the impression that I had already completed the subscription process, but no problem, I go to the website and answer a few more questions about the type of business I'm running and so on...
After a few days, I get a follow up email from Payoneer, I need to provide a proof of residence because I live in China but not being a Chinese citizen, I can only provide my last European address...
New email to explain my situation and ask for guidance on how to proceed.
Almost a week later, I get an email asking me for things I cannot provide, so I decide to give up and ask for the payment to be sent back and my account to be closed.
It's been more than a week now and I still haven't had any replies from Payoneer, so altogether my payment has been blocked for nearly three weeks.
This could have been easily avoided if all the relevant questions had been asked before my application was approved instead of waiting for my first payment to arrive and block access to my funds...
Is Payoneer under-staffed, do they have too many support requests to handle, whatever the reasons, this is a very poor performance and I'm sharing this experience with the hope that it will not happen to anyone else

Hello, i was using payoneer for a while and so far service was okay. Its not awesome but as long you dont require any support its working at least.
A few weeks ago i received following mail:
Thank you for contacting Payoneer Customer Care. We regret to inform you that, due to a violation of Payoneer's Terms & Conditions, you can no longer receive or make payments using your Payoneer account.
We have closed your account and deactivated any Payoneer cards you may have. As such, Payoneer Customer Care can no longer provide assistance for your account.
Due to regulatory reasons we are unable to share the exact reasons for closing your account, however account closures are typically due to:
potential risk associated with an account
complaints filed to Payoneer about an account holder's activities
company websites with questionable content
fraudulent activity detected in an account
Now i cant login to my account anymore, i also cant contact and speak to the support, i am a music producer and just received my regular music payments. I'm a real person and the only potential risk or fraudulent activity is provided by payoneer behaviour.
So what can i do to get my 3500€ back?
