No support, they only like their fees. Transferred 700 to my account in Costa Rica, 2 weeks later and I haven't received anything. When calling the support center, be ready to deal with crappy CS, unhelpful supervisors and top of the line worst service, unbelievable that they are not able to find the funds that THEY transferred to THEIR processor. Asked for a confirmation of funds and they are not able to provide me with that information and if I want to place the funds back into the Payoneer account I would have to wait for 16 - 22 BUSINESS days to have the funds back in my Payoneer account. Complete screw-over. I RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

It was my third call from Nepal to Payoneer call center, once in UK & twice in USA, regarding to solve my account blocked issue and to link my new payoneer account with Airbnb. But today very clear reason on blocking my account and other information.

It was my 3rd time calling, my payment was on hold because you needed documentation from me, I was frustrated due to many things that had being going on... A tornado striking my mom's area, my parents having some health issues, bills rising up due to overalls economy and lastly my cat passed away, I was at the verge of a melt down because I was really overwhelmed about everything and Leonard let me vent and understood the need I had, I worked for a credit card company for 9 years and durimg that time I helped many customers with waiving fees or interests due to needs they had, I never thought I was going to be in that position and was fortunate enough to find a representative and a company that were flexible with me given my situation.

The customer service is very helpful I had a problem with receiving the other part of the payment and I waited a lot because there's something wrong with my address but I didn't know that and when I called Payoneer customer services they helped me to receive the second part of my payment

I was having issues upon receiving payment from my employer so I switched back to PayPal. I had no issues with Paypal, the transaction was smooth. I decided to permanently delete my account Payoneer. The thing is, I cannot understand why Payoneer wants to hold my all my personal information for 5 years?!
In Paypal, if you wish to delete your account with them it's just one click away. You can delete your bank records as well anytime. However, Payoneer wants to keep it for 5 years. There is no option in their page to delete your bank records or to delete your account. You have to go through customer service. What a SCAM! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT REGISTER IN THEIR SERVICE! PAYPAL IS WAY WAY BETTER THAN PAYONEER. I HAVE TO INFORM ALL MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND RELATIVES ABOUT THIS COMPANY. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.

I used payoneer to make one time payment. I don't have their CC or account, I just needed to make one time payment to a seller. I waited 2 business days for their reps to contact me for more identification, 4 more business days for it to get approved, and 2 more business days for the payment to be actually complete. When I called them to ask if there's any way to expedite the process, this black female rep sounded REALLY PISSED. But I tried to be nice to her and thanked her anyways and she $#*!ing hung up on me. THERE'S REASON WHY I USED PAYONEER, JUST TO MAKE THE PAYMENT EASIER AND FASTER. That's why we pay them extra service fee. I am never using this $#*!ty thing again.
