I had to get a card for my earnings in Ditto Music
But apparently I also have to pay money to activate it, which they did not state in the beginning
I'd much rather not get a card and only get my payment

Getting the customer care line on the site was war. I think it should be very easy to find instead of opening a ton of pages or having to go to Google to get it. Aside from that, it was very okay.

I'm a traveler and every time I needed a new card (one expired, one lost) it was a pain in the $#*!! It is not easy to get a new residence when you are a digital nomad.

It took Payoneer almost TWO months to process my verification documents in which time they WITHHELD $800 without consulting me. Is this even legal? I called the help center more than 6 times, sometimes I was on the line for up to half an hour. Every time I was told my documents were being translated and I would get a response within 48 hours, which I did not. Several perfectly legitimate documents were submitted and not accepted because this company was not able to translate them properly, (because they were in French, I presume), this included my French electricity bill and an attestation of my address from my electricity company EDF. This supposed to be a multinational company right? What's to translate? It's an EDF bill! I received NO email warning me, in advance, that my funds would be withheld until the documents had been verified and no written apology. If I had known I could have used any number of other more trustworthy money transfer websites, like PAYPAL. I deem this company to be extremely unprofessional and frankly, I think they are out of their depth.

I get 2065 usd payment, then suddenly payoneer block it and get the money to pending, and they want ID card from me fro verify (I was also fully verified, but they again want it)
So I sent it again, and nothing...
Still the money is in pending, and they steal it!
PLS STAY AWAY FROM PAYONEER, I LOST 2065 USD, DONT DO THE SAME PLS!

Should not block accounts directly as I was not having bank acount for that they directly blocked my account my funds stuck and its difficult to receive now.

They answered my phone call quick. However, it took me several calls to solve the issue. If you request English speakers they will take care of you quick. For Spanish it will take longer.

The Manilla call centre needs cleaning out they are a disgrace. They fob you off and they read from scripts and don't actually engage with the problem to find a solution.
