Horrible experience. I made a request for a payoneer card but they put my account on-hold pending a review. I sent all the documents they required but still haven't activated my account. My business is affected due to this. It has been 8 days! Support can't do anything. What's up with your verification process? It's stalled.

En otras plataformas toman minutos o incluso realizan los proceso de forma instantanea, pero con ustedes para poder registrar una cuenta bancaria, solicitar una tarjeta o cualquier otro proceso que involucre el movimiento de dinero son excesivamente largos los tiempos de espera. Me parece una falta de respeto tener que aguantar tantos tiempos de espera para poder utilizar mi dinero. Por lo cual considero cancelar mi cuenta y moverme a otra plataforma.

I would have never opened account here if not my employer. Years ago wanted, unsuccessfully opened my company's account but finally did it smoothly by a competitor. Now by current registration, although successfully completed, I lost a lot of health. And additionally it is very expensive different that my other, favorite one which is almost for free or very cheap. Please stay away from Pyoneer and open account somewhere else
