Called up Payoneer to check on current status with eBay payment management with Payoneer. The staff patiently described the situation and is very helpful.

No signs of refund after 1month and 5 days.
I am utterly appaled by their services and will never be using them again. I was making an online payment to someone, and this was one of the most recommended ways to do so safely.
None of their representatives is qualified to assist or find out any more information that you are unable to do yourself. I have spoken to their team roughly 20+ times in the space of just over a month and each time ending the conversation left very frustrated.
The long and short of it, I made a payment overseas, and the payment bounced back for some unknown reason. I was then informed that I would receive the payment back to my account within 7-10 working days, it has now been 34 days! And still, I haven't received anything, merely a screenshot saying that they are looking into this.
Time and time again, I have spoken to a member of their team who are all unable to track where the payment is, to then I got told that the payment is being held in a processing queue to get checked.
Now, why is this payment being checked instead of being refunded directly, I need to know,
I will not be using this service again as they have made the whole process very difficult to trust in their services.

So far so good I've worked with payoneer for as long as maybe 10 months to a year and I must confess tgat it's wonderful, but imagine the inclusion of cryptocurrency such as the USDT at least, where customers can now buy the USDT directly from their payoneer balances to their USDT wallets, I think it would be a really awesome break and very profitable to both payoneer and its customers plus an assured increase in the population of payoneer user therefore maximising profit.
