I am so scared because I'm host from Airbnb for 03 years and for the first time, I didn't receive my money because they told me that is with payoneer. They were holding my money!
I have called so many times, send emails and they're only avoiding me and giving stupids excuses like "the problem is your bank" that's never happened before, and my bank is just fine.
There's more Airbnb hosts in Brazil with the same problem.

Update: they send me an email asking some details and telling something like "give me these details and we'll give support to resolve your case"
Guess what? I've answered the email with all the details and they're IGNORING ME! 3 days have passed since my response and no sign of them!

I had some trouble moving my Level $ to my designated Checking Acct I opened. I couldn't get ANY $ off of my ccard because it had expired & they didn't send out a new one. So they told me they would send me a new one but it would cost 4 I said no this wasn't my fault, they told me it would be to me in 3 days@ no cost. Well it didn't arrive for 7-10 days as the email said they sent UGH! I went to bank when it did come in ready to get the bank to transfer $ & the payoneer guy said you have to do it online UGH. So this A.M. I called payoneer & Matthew was the ONLY one that was able to assist. He got on computer & helped me all the way to fixing the $ to go straight to my Cking acct from now on. NOW if the $ gets there in 2 days I will be Happy. If not I'll be calling back.

My experience with Payoneer has been HORRIBLE to say the least. Their customer service is extremely hard to locate on their website. When the contact info is located, the wait times for customer service are very long (within 2-3 hours) and when you do get a representative they always seem clue-less about your problem. Their English is very bad and they are quite unpolite. This is the only customer service I have contacted and they DO NOT HAVE A Supervisor/Escalation Representative to speak to. They don't have an option to transfer to the USA. They never give sound explanations.
I am stuck with a verification problem for about 5 entire weeks going back and forth with these people and yet to get it resolved. Payoneer is a very shady company with poor customer service. Please do a google search on how BAD they treat their customers (locking accounts for no reason, stealing people's money) they even have been sued by governmental authorities for violations and had to pay out large sums. This is a shady company I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.

I have used Payoneer for almost a year now. And since day 1 there is never a time that I did not experience any delays in my withdrawals. This platform gives me headache all the time. Transactions showing completed on their end but it's not showing in my bank account. They always tell me that the money is already with my bank and that it's up to them to deposit it in my account. I say they are liers! I went to my bank and was able to speak to a manager and they cannot see any money transferred by Payoneer cause if there is one they will credit it to my account right away. What happened Payoneer are you holding on to the interest rates of my money since it will be converted to peso in my end? I will ask my client to switch to a different money transfer provider. These guys are a pain in the $#*!! It's been several days now and still no whereabouts as to where my money is. I withdraw that money for medical emergency, now my patient is dying and Payoneer is the one I will blame for the rest of my life.
