The ATM grabbed my card and I had to call Payoneer to have it canceled and to order a new card.
Thankfully this was all able to be done and I am now awaiting my card's arrival.
Payoneer's customer service team was very quick, knowledgable, and able to resolve the problem speedily and I truly appreciate that.

My money was received by Payoneer on the 1st of July. Today is the 11th and it still shows as pending after days of chasing up whith Payoneer and being told it will be available tomorrow. Yesterday I was told it will be a week as they have 'internal problems'. Yet their website states that all systems are functioning correctly. Someone is lying and I want my money NOW.
Tip for consumers:
It appears many people are being harmed by the a lions of this bank

Hice una transferencia que demoro 3 días en llegar y mi banco local me ha rechazado porque no he podido completar algunos campos adicionales que se completan cuando se hace una transferencia SWIFT.
A fin de brindarles una opinión constructiva, creo que deberían mejorar los tiempos de las transferencias (hay competidores de Payoneer cuyas transferencias son casi al instante) y también hacer que el envío tengan una opción de "Mostrar Campos Adicionales y/o Opcionales" para aquellas transferencias que lo ameriten.

I have been using Payoneer service since 2021, they are the only one who satisfy all my needs, the support is very good, various bank accounts, low commissions, no bureaucracy. Works really well for me. Also the virtual card works everywhere, also very good experience
