I was a bit disturbed that my MasterCard which was said to have been dispatched and expected to have reached me by September 21,2020, had as at today still not been received by me. I put through a call to Payoneer. Initially, I had to wait for a rather long time to be able to get an available Customer Service Officer to attend to my call. Eventually, the person who answered the call was so gentle and caring that I felt really happy with her attention and assistance.
But clearly, if the card in question had been sent to my Postal Box ( either AF102, Adenta, Accra OR DT102, Adenta, Accra), or if the card had been dispatched per registered mail with a tracking number, all the problems I went through could have been avoided, as the card would more easily have been received by me.

Good company, but verifying your address is difficult. There are very few "approved" types of document. Other than that, I've had no issues with them so far.
