It take one week only to load money to come in payoneer account. Thenyou can withdraw in your bank account. Paypal so simple you get your money in few minutes.

Not being able to use my card as a credit card to buy fuel very upsetting
I wasn't able to buy fuel with my credit card I had to use a debit I don't like using debit for security reasons and PAYONEER CARD even tell me why the phone was from like eight minutes and put me on a brief hold of me that put you out before sir and 15 minutes later sorry to put you on hold so long

I am horrified by by experience with Payoneer. I was "randomly" assigned a card from Belize and have been charged a 1% fee on every transaction I have had with them (whether buying something or ATM withdrawal)--over $250. I was told that "I cannot connected my bank account to withdraw funds" (for no clear reason) so simply withdrawing the funds was not an option. I HAD to spend or withdraw the cash. I was never told that my card was from Belize and would therefore have these fees. The list of fees says NOTHING about this or the possibility of this. When I spoke to them on the phone they said you have no control (and they have no control) over which bank they use or the fees associated and that "they don't need to tell you."
I only encountered the fee issue because I was altered by a text message to look for an email that was never sent (confirmed by Payoneer) that they recommend I withdraw my funds ASAP because they were discontinuing my card with LESS THAN TWO WEEKS NOTICE. (Which means I was forced to pay the 1% fee on every penny I had left with them). When I submitted a help ticket - they never answered (they said on the phone later that they "get too many emails to help everyone") I had a message on my account (no email) saying they had "previously informed" me (never happened) that my "card issuer" was not being supported anymore and they "strongly recommended" that I drain my account.
Horrible company. Unethical, possibly illegal. Never use. Never trust. I'm disgusted.
