The company that I have been working with decided to join Payoneer and I have been receiving money from Payoneer for 2 months now.
So let me tell you the problems. I live in Turkey and I have a USD account bank here. The money that my company sends me is in USD. My account shows me I have USD but when I want to cash out, MY DOLLAR gets converted to Turkish Lira with a %21 reduction each time with a RIDICILOUS currency rate ($1=3.76Turkish lira and they convert it $1 = 3.05 Turkish lira) They even sent me an e-mail saying I will recieve the amount of money with a rate 3.60 which It was still fine but 3.05? REALLY?
How is this POSSIBLE? First of all, I cannot send my own USD to my USD account! And then you put so irrelevant unacceptable exchange rates and jump on my money which I worked so hard to earn?

I have been a very happy payoneer customer until the day my account was blocked.
I am working as freelancer and most of my customers use to pay to my paypal account which then loads the money to my payoneer card, every thing was ok until the day I changed my password. My account was blocked so I called customer service and they asked me several questions to verify my ID and I answered them all but one question which is the secret question. As a matter of fact the secret question I had from payoneer once I registered to their service was about what time of the day I was born. And the answer is morning time, I have a screen shot of my screen when I made my registeration first time so I answered according to that and the support guy from the phone said wrong answer and then hangup on me. I called again and they said my account is closed and payoneer can't have a business with me. I tried several other calls and exchange of emails, and they always have one answer. We are sorry we can't have business with you.
I am very angry now because my business is suffering from this and I felt really bad. I am deeply sorry that payoneer deals me that way and caused me much trouble.
I would advise any one using payoneer to be extremely cautious with payoneer and try not to give them any reason to close your account. Other than this sad story of mine I would have said that payoneer is a perfect solution for some one in a situation like mine.
The worst part of all is that I have an affiliate program with them and I use to bring good money using it and now I can't make money for the work I've done.

So, as advised by a business associate they asked us to get Payoneer to pay us a fee they owed. After uploading all the details it took them 3 weeks to process my account and approve our documents. After waiting 3 weeks we then submitted an invoice as stated, got an email a few days later asking us to confirm our business. Why? When selecting the account to be paid we sleeted individual so why are you asking me for business details, this such as my website (um, im an individual I dont have one) and asking for proof that the person on the other end agreed to pay (I submitted an invoice to them and they physically paid with their bank account, I think that means they agreed) anyways after answering all these crazy questions which by the way is absolutely none of their business they cancelled the transaction and said its not eligible? After sending a support ticket 2 mins later we receive a bot response with no help what so ever, basically the service is useless and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. If it wasn't for our business associate claiming to us this I would never have bothered and dont waste your time. Why use this and wait weeks for payment and not just use cryptocurrency, I could have got a crypto wallet had it approved and had my funds all in the same day yet still waiting on Payoneer..

The verification of information during the payment helps us to know why users are making payments with our service. This is very important for us to confirm, as we are a U.S. regulated company. Knowing more about the payer and receiver allows us to be certain that we remain in compliance with our regulators and the terms and conditions we have set. In addition to this, it helps us to reduce the likelihood of a charge back, or transaction not ending amicable, as the collection of this information and confirmation further confirms the agreement to pay, and what is being paid for. So overall, we really only intend for these procedures to protect both payers, and receivers.
I am sorry that this process overall costed you so much time. As a company that prides itself on being fast and convenient, this is an experience is not at all an acceptable representation of what we aim to deliver. Payoneer is OK to safely recieve your payments across borders but it has the worse customer service ever. It takes way too many attempts to get your issues resolved when you reach out. The agents working arnt always fluent speakers of your language and when you finally get an agent that understands you well they still take forever to fix the problems. Also their card delivery system sucks. From my experience and that of my coworkers it takes months to recieve payoneer card sent to the Caribbean. Ive just decided to to pay Fedex because waiting 3 months after the delivery date for a card is ridiculous. Then when I tried getting a virtual card the agent forgot to submit my proof of address for review so i waited one whole day waiting on a confirmation email only to find out the agent didnt submit my utility bill that i uploaded. I could go on and on its just terrible service. I have no choice though because this is how my company pays me and i like the fact that payoneer converts the usd to local currency at a fairly decent rate.
