DONT TOUCH THEM!
DONT TOUCH THEM! I opened an account because I work for a company online and they insisted that I had to be paid via Payoneer. I had the account for nearly 2 years and in that time I received payments from my employer once a month and then transferred the money, after they deducted their fee, to my bank account in the European country that I live, I have never used it for anything else. Out of the blue one day I was told that my account was closed and my funds "indefinitely frozen"! I had had no warning, no request for any information, nothing.
I have also been told that I cant open another account either, not that I would do!
Despite many requests they wont tell me what I did to get the account closed nor will they issue me with a statement of my account nor will they release the balance on my account! All that they keep saying is that I "violated the T&Cs" but they wont be specific. I have checked the T&Cs and cant find anything in there that I have done wrong.
They keep saying things like "thank you for your custom", "have a nice day" etc which is even more annoying.
If I could give them zero stars I would do. Their behaviour is disgraceful if you do open or have an account with them move your money out the second it hits your account, you never know when this could be you.

I registered for an account with them, because my payer from US asked me to do so.
One month after registration, they did not approve my account, when I sent them an email asking why they have not approved my email, they responded: "because you did not email us after one week". It means that I need to chase them up, for something that is their main job.
Then, they asked me to send some documents that I did not have, and I don't know why do they need my utility bill scans! After I sent them the information, they told me that the documents are in PDF format and I need to submit them in JPG or PNG format. This is ridiculous so far. Only one document was in PDF and others were in JPG format, so I converted PDF to JPG and forwarded it to them. Then they sent an email, asking for another document that I had already sent (in JPG format) in my previous emails. This is just ridiculous, they are *intentionally* terrible at customer service. They could just look at previous emails and ask for that document.
They unlinked my payer and gave them wrong information about my account. They are not doing a good job at all. This is just scam!

Not happy with Payoneer.
I own a HK company, and use Neat as my bank account if that's your setup, I suggest that you steer clear from Payoneer. Their system doesn't handle Neat new bank credentials.
Here's my story.
After Neat has changed the bank details I went and changed my bank credentials in Payoneer's system.
I submitted it perfectly, leave out one thing - there's a DASH in the beneficiary name that Payoneer system can't handle - Neat assured that the transaction will be processed without the dash, so I left a white space.
Bank details were approved by Payoneer after a review.
I created a 50 US test transaction, waited 24 hours only to receive a 'failed transaction' notification.
I called Payoneer's customer service to get help with my issue, and the rep asked me to send them the exact bank details so that they'll do it on their side. I sent them a Neat formal doc, and waited.
After 3 days of not hearing from them I called. To my surprise the rep tells me I should call after sending docs, because emails are not passed forward to the correct department, unless you call and specifically ask for it on your side.
Frustrating, but what can I do.
I asked him to transfer the doc to the correct department. The one that ASKED for this doc so that they can assist.
After 24 hours I receive an email - "Dear customer, you want to change bank details? You can do it on your own, here are the instructions..."
But I did.
And it failed.
Twice.
I call again, and the rep asks me to type in the bank details and they'll make the changes on their end, add the DASH, or whatever.
At this point it's a guessing game, and I have zero faith that Payoneer will help me resolve it. I worked with them 3 years with no problem, tolerated their high fees and horrible service, but this is the last straw.
There are better options, such as TransferWise and Currencies Direct.
If this attempt to connect my bank account fails, I'm going to explore the other money channels, and leave them permanently.
Bottom line, if you use Neat as your bank account, and consider using Payoneer, then don't. They'll put you through endless hell, and I can't tell you at this moment if in the end it'll succeed.

Although you submitted the documents via email, please keep in mind that response times via this method can very. All the emails we receive, are replied within 5 business days as the standard procedure. However, we must insist that if it is an emergency, contacting our support team via our phone lines, is the quickest option.
Please be advised that there are many factors that can make a transfer rejected or delayed. This the reason we ask for a bank statement. We have to make sure your funds are being processed to the correct bank account details registered. If the details are correct, we send it over to our bank transfer department for further investigation. They in turn will provide a reason and communicate a solution to have the funds successfully processed. If the bank details are incorrect, we have to manually change the details. Once that's done, our bank transfer department will take the incident and re-process the transfer.
We are delighted that you have been with Payoneer for so long. We strive to achieve a high customer satisfaction to clients like yourself. We recognize that we did not do so well this time around but are committed to provide better quality care in the future.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I have encountered while attempting to open a business account with Payoneer. As a referral from Catawiki Romania, I had high hopes for a seamless process; however, the reality has been quite the opposite.
Despite diligently providing all requested documents, I have been met with repeated requests for the same information, resulting in unnecessary delays and frustration. Regrettably, after just two days of initiating the process, my account was inexplicably blocked, depriving me of access when I needed it most.
Efforts to seek resolution through your customer care channels have proven fruitless. Despite sending two emails outlining my concerns, I have received no response in the past five days. This lack of communication and ineffective support is disheartening, especially considering Payoneer's stature as a reputed financial service provider.
It is evident that there are systemic issues within Payoneer's customer care operations in Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary. Many businesses in these regions, including myself, have been deterred from utilizing Payoneer due to the unprofessionalism and apparent lack of training among your customer service staff.
