The technical department has not been able to solve my problem for 6 months so that I can receive and send payments within the network. I contact the support service every week for 6 months. They cannot solve my issue. I only receive messages with words of apology for the current situation and to wait for an answer to my email, but for 6 months I have not received a single message. It is very sad that Payoneer cannot help its client so that I can send payments within your system.

I recently experienced difficulty using a new payoneer card which I received in the mail to replace my expired card. The card declined several times even though I had money in my account. I tried unsuccessful to contact payoneer through their website but was only referred to an AI assistant which is not adequate for resolving these kind of issues, especially when you're trying to make an important payment. The telephone number for international account holders don't work. A chat bot to allow international account holders to reach a live agent would be helpful. There is no email address to register your problems. As an international account holder I feel helpless when issues arise.
