So I recieved 36$ from Italki, the fee is 3$. Everything is fine until they tell me that I must have 100$ to take the money. What if I can't? I don't see any options to add money from my bank in order to take everything out. Honestly ones you get a platform which tells you, you have to take more than X $ then thats a red flag.
No customer support what so ever, and no way to move the money back to Italki.

Makes working globally and getting paid in different currencies so much easier. It's a great option to offer clients. Just read the find print. My first US client didn't pay via ACH and the funds didn't reach me, but if you know what you're dealing with, then it's actually pretty simple - just a little confusiing for those of us who aren't based in the US and don't know their banking system. Every time I've called about an issue, the service has been prompt and excellent.
Although customer service has been good In general I feel that payoneer has limited my options for making money transfers. Having used Paypal up to now (so comparison made with Paypal) I used to be able to transfer money to my bank credit card. I can't do this with payoneer and also as far as I understand I can't transfer money to Paypal either from Payoneer. I hope these options will be available sometime in the future.
For the last month, when people withdraw money into their bank accounts, they expect their money to reach their bank accounts for at least 10-15 days. They also write and share their bad experiences on many forum sites. This situation gives bad opinion to other people for you.

My guess is that if your payments are delayed this way, you will lose many customers and continue to receive complaints.
After two smaller transactions of 120 and 60$, I gave it a shot with my Australian client to transfer about 900$ and voila: your payment is under review. That happend two days ago, and I've been fighting their cuatomer support since. Don't know when or if they will process this, but I guess it has to do with large payments

Good company very professional and secure company... I was facing access denied error when opening from my mobile and laptop but and my place but from other places Payoneer, the web was opening. I called support and for some reason, I forgot information about my account and they asked my identification again which is a very good thing for customer security. Best company
I had an account to reopen from a long time ago to get some refunds and they solve it quickly by phone. Is true that they did not responde to me by email first and I had to stay on the line after days until I reach someone but the problem is solved now. Thank you!
I have been using payoneer from last three years. I was really happy with their service but when i started getting my payments direct to my card from my clients card without any freelancing site, they just starts a nonsense behavior... my clients is authorized on payoneer & filled the form. First two payments was very fast, approved within 1 hour but the last $100 payment is stucked at ''payment under review''! This is my real & white money damn it, what the $#*! customer support are doing! I have contacted two times via live chat & submit a ticket but no solution! Its been two days now. I need it urgently!
Just $#*!ed up by their service & thinking about getting a standard master card instead of payoneer! Time waster... grrrrrrrrrrr

If you find any problem though banking or with your account just call them, payoneers customer care serviced I really liked most.
At first I was waiting around for some information to be sent back to me from Payoneer. Once I realized the timing was taking way to long, I called and spoke to a representative on the phone. She was able to assist me with my need immediately.
