The support team is amazing, how ever, I work for a genuine business, we have provided all required identification, several other team members use payoneer, I haven't been able to use payonner for a single straight week with out jumping trough hoops to get my payment, even when doing direct ACH transfers, the verification process has questioned me twice already, if you want to use payoneer you need to know that it would take 3 months at least to set up.
My issue was not that big but I was stuck just because of my card. The person who listens me was absolutely fantastic, he resolve my issue in seconds.

If you are looking for an online payment system DO NOT USE PAYONEER! I initially was not able to upload my invoice despite it DEFINITELY meeting the file name criteria. I was then not able to get onto my account as the 'Catcha' thing they use kept telling me I was wrong - despite being right. When I finally did get in and was finally able to upload my invoice the 'send' button was just not working. I really cannot articulate what an absolutely useless, bug ridden piece of crap Payoneer is... do not use! I am still trying... three days later and I have still not been able to submit my invoice - so that's me missing this month's pay run - thanks for nothing Payoneer!... Oow, did I mention that I also spent nearly an hour trying to talk to their useless online chat staff...
Im a forced moved Ukranian (due to war), living in foreign country so freelance is the only possibility to get some money. I got a salary to Payoneer (old account with tons of transactions) and they blocked it. Without any reasons, any notifications, etc.
1. First time i contacted them via live chat i got such answer: "your account is under review and it can take up to 7 business days".
2. On my second attempt i got such info from the support team: "you will get an answer by email within 48 hours" ofcource the lied.
3. On my third request i got such answer: Julia: This case is in high priority now and escalated with our Account Security Department in the incident **************. Kindly wait for an update via email within the day. Of course i havent got any email.
4. Fourth attempt via live chat was a disaster - they said that all 3 support workers i spoke before made a mistake.
Facebook support - doesnt response for ages.
Twitter support - doesnt response for ages.
Conclusion: if you can avoid Payoneer - AVOID it, as its a scam. Now or later they will scam you.
The last thing i will try is a courtyard. Hopefully im working for a huge company and boss agreed to make a suite.
Customer reps are friendly, but limited in their ability to help. The payments section canceled a payment from a reputable, long-standing, international client of mine, four days after having received it (by that time it should have been already credited to my local bank account). Of course, Payoneer's terms and conditions state that they are not obliged to provide a reason for declining any payment.
I did not receive any prior notification of this cancellation, but had to be proactive in checking the account myself, sending emails, and making long-distance/international calls to Payoneer. On my fourth call, I was told that the payment can take up to 10 business days to be returned! That's almost a 3-week waiting period with no guarantee. The issue still has not been resolved... I have not received the funds due to me, neither has the original sender -my client- received the return payment, and Payoneer claims that they have already returned it. It seems I have no choice but to 'wait and see.'
I think that even a machine or robot would have to question whether this is 'good customer service.'
Exploring other reliable reputable options, that would not arbitrarily decline payments without notice or explanation.
I've been using Payoneer as a payout method for Patreon for some time, without issues. Initial set-up worked fine. I verified my address with documents as required. However, recently, when I tried to add a new bank account, my verification methods were being repeatedly rejected without an obvious reason. There appears to be multiple issues with their system:
1. Verification is not completed within 3 days as per what they state.
2. Filing a support ticket results in the verification being rejected and the cycle started again.
3. Support tickets are marked as "Solved" the moment they are submitted, suggesting that their support system is broken.
4. Only once was a reason given for a document rejection. Even when I called them, they couldn't explain why the system kept telling me that validation was required.
5. The site has numerous issues, ranging from having to log in again to submit a help ticket, to the "reason" menu system having browser rendering issues.
Update: The issue was resolved a day after calling them and complaining. Even though they said I'd have to wait until Monday, I received an email on the Saturday after the call with an apology and my bank account approved.

I feel bad for the customer service department for the BS guidelines and rules set by Payoneer:
1. What kind of company sends a card via normal shipping with no tracking number and then tells me to find it in the "nearest local post office" without the exact office address?
2. Despite having my documents approved, they want me to reapprove it after I had to reorder the card that got lost in shipping. Of course, this process took me another week.
3. Then there is a $14 activation fee, JUST to activate my card?
4. I had to reorder my card 3 times since August of 2020 and now I'm supposedly getting it at the end of November. It is taking me five months for the products and services I ALREADY paid for?
5. Customer service is great, but these people are just cleaning up after the company's terrible and difficult policies. It drains your will to live.
Seriously, I just want my hard-earned money and delete my account.
Experience with Payoneer has been beyond disappointing and to be frank I would never recommend this business to anyone.

I called to the customer service regarding to my funds and one of your customer care executive pickup my call she was really helpful I don't remember her name but she was really helpful and polite with the good understanding and she had successfully resolved my issue i really want to appreciate her and Payoneer to, m really a huge fan of Payoneer n i love to use Payoneer.
I do not recommend Payoneer whatsoever. Nothing but frustration for payer and payee. Terrible user experience and terrible service. We would have been better off mailing checks halfway across the globe.
We started with a test payment, which went well. We attempted two more payments to the same recipient, from the same bank account, on the same day. One payment was blocked pending account verification, which is understandable.
However, another larger payment was debited from our account and ultimately thousands of dollars was tied up for 3+ weeks. These funds we held on to for 7 days before we were notified it was "declined". On the 9th day supposedly a refund was initiated, but they have no reference number (neither from Payoneer or from our Bank). Payoneer claims it will take 10 ADDITIONAL BUSINESS DAYS to get the money back.
As a payer you have no account, no login, no dashboard, no transaction history, no summary view to look into what's going on. You have to piece together information from a slew non-informative emails loosely coupled by request and payment IDs.
Spent more than half of a 70+ minute call on hold. Support personnel gave misinformation, vague responses and can not do anything to help rectify any situation. The finance department can help but they take no phone calls or transferred calls from support. Spoke to a supervisor (Clarissa) in hopes to expedite the situation and she was no help. We asked to speak to someone who can expedite the refund, she claimed there is no one higher than her and that she is the CEO.
Ridiculous.
