First of all, I am thankful for the amazing opportunity UpWork gave me to know Payoneer. If it wasn't for UpWork I would have never known about Payoneer and would have probably never had the amazing experiences I had with Payoneer while working as a freelancer. I love UpWork!: D
Well, Payoneer have given me freedom to receive my payments anywhere in the world using my freelance debit card, and have given the ability to trust them with my money.
Yes, I've had issues sometimes, a delay in a withdrawal, my account being limited for furhter verification before releasing a payment and so forth. These however, were measures they took to keep my account even safer and I am happy they happened. You get used to it and I got used the safety around my account. I totally recommend anyone and everyone to us their services. If you are serious about getting paid and being charged the smallest fees. I recommend it.

2 years ago i decided to stop selling from amazon.com just because of payoneer's payment problems. I have been waiting for my money withdraw since 29th of January. First they wasted my time by forcing me to supply documents for the account that i will transfer my money which is none of their business since it is my money and i can transfer to anywhere in the world and after that now i can't see the money at my payoneer account and my withdraw account. They dont even reply my support ticket about this since 6 days!

As a Payoneer customer for 2 years, people should be warned about their support level:
A. Forget about phone calls, you will be in waiting line #2 for 1 hour until you give up.
B. If you create a support ticket, they will respond after 5 days. (IF they respond). Their response will be something like: we will contact you within 3 business days to request info you already provide.
C. If you contact them by twitter, they will just no respond after weeks saying. "we are sorry to hear that,..."
Id. F you manage to contact them by chat, the person will ask you questions that you would expect to solve the problem, but they will tell you: we will contact you again soon. Which is not true, I have a chat where they promise to contact me the same day, and of course they did not.
So be carefull, if you have troubles with Payoneer service (and you will), be ready to wait weeks for a solution.
The 3 bigeest issue I had:
1. Using the Payoneer card in ATMs (2 weeks contacting them to solve the issue and nothing). At the end the issue was solved because I got the email of one of their partnes and they had to push them to fix it, they even had the face to ask me money to send me a new card, however the card was fine, the problem was on their side, glad I didn't fall for that.
2. Locked out of my account (2 weeks trying to get a response from them until getting a solution). The best way I found to get a response was to reply to to their twitter posts (no even direct messages).
3. Trying to get info to enable Global Payment Service (4 days until I got a reply)
