The document verification is done for compliance reasons because we must comply with the rules and regulations imposed by the US government, MasterCard and financial institutions. This process typically can take up to 5 business days once the documents are provided, so if the process has taken longer than this, and it seems that in your case, it did, we sincerely apologize. It is simply not acceptable and we need to do a better job overall with the approval process.
