Their customer service is efficient, you may have a little problem when your account is not yet verified but their customer service will help you ASAP via phone.

The IVRS was asking for putting the customer ID and "pound key".
£ is not present in many phones.
I found out that the # key works just as well.

Been waiting for 35 days to rrceive my card. I called before and the rep just said: "it's within the timeframe". It was 30 days late at that point
