I am freelancer and I have few months experience with Payoneer with thousand dollars transactions. Over all the service is good but now I am facing few bad experiences that I want to share with the world.
Issue number one: Payoneer master card is not working any more at most of the Pakistani ATM machines. I am talking about Karachi I have tried almost every ATM that supports master card, you can only withdraw funds from main branches of standard chartered!
2nd and biggest mistake of life I have made. On 15th Jun 2016 I was in a emergency situation so I have requested my old client to pay me through Payoneer beacuse I thought it is a fastest way to get your funds, but that was my biggest mistake! I have sent the payment request via Payoneer and he paid $350 instantly. Today is 19th Jun, 4 days passed and my payments are still in review! I have called costumer service, hardly they picked my call after two hours and representative said she is unable to say or conform any thing about myr payment status! No time frame I am just counting on clock! Can any one tell me what that means? What's wrong Payoneer? I need answer and a proper solution ASAP!

Also please note that the option to withdraw your funds directly to your bank aco$#*! is now available in Pakistan too. As for your pending payments, please see my private message to you.

We are under strict guidelines from the US government, when it comes to reviewing documents. We only can accept documents that are of the highest quality and non expired. Many times, we receive images from clients that are either cropped, scanned, or too pixelated when zoomed in. We have to inform them that these type of documents are invalid which can then lead to delays in reviewing and approving accounts. This is especially important if there are any pending payments on the account itself. Once they do submit their ID in the correct format, they will then need to wait 3 to 5 business days for the review to be done. If it is an emergency, we recommend our clients give us a call so we can escalate the case for a faster review time.
