My Payoneer customer ID is *******.
I am in India and have created Payoneer account a few days ago. I got paid money 100 USD into my account and I tried to pay some of it to a developer, but I cannot see "Make a payment" menu in my account. Also, I cannot find "Manage currency" menu to convert currency and they only withdraw all balances to bank account automatically without agreement with holder. Further I cannot disable automatic withdrawal option anyhow.
How can I make a payment to other's Payoneer account?
