We understand how frustrating it is to not have your issue solved after multiple calls. Our customer care representatives are all well informed about our services and what authorities they have. There are cases where incidents have to be transferred to other departments in order to continue with the request of the client. Once the requested information gets reviewed, then it is most likely transferred back to our customer care department to have the issue solved. So the next time the clients call, they can proceed in finalizing the steps to solve the client's request.
