However, please be advised that whenever there is a payment coming into Payoneer, we must comply with strict guidelines in order to process such payments. Each payment is subject to a review by our payments department. In such cases, there are certain requirements a client must fulfill. Although this process can generally take 3 to 5 business days, it can vary depending on how constant the communication is with the client. Clients are usually asked to submit documents via email or through their online account. From the day the client submits these documents and gets transferred to the relevant department, is when the timeframe takes place. We strongly suggest clients to communicate with us via phones or chats, in order make this process go by quicker.
