Payoneer gives the best rate for currency conversion, hassle free transaction. In case you've got into trouble, no worries, with the assistance of all ears customer care team, surely they will resolve your issue in the nick of time. Kudos!

The identification verification process is a bit tedious but that's just to ensure that the integrity of the site is maintained. I have been using Payoneer for over 2 years and so far my money is always deposited on time.

No wonder why's Payoneer the best service provider in its game!
It supports many-many platforms!
The only drawbacks I have felt about it are:
1. The newer cards and accounts are not supported in Facebook Ad Platform.
2. Some of the platforms ask for the zip code of the virtual bank provided by Payoneer, however, there is no zip code of banks mentioned in the "Global Payment Service." And this makes hard to add Payoneer as payment receiver to those platforms.
3. Payoneer doesn't provide "Buyer Protection Service" for transactions below 20$ while doing online shopping.
4. Free delivery of the MasterCard too much time than it should have.

I've sent countless emails and requests to payoneer but not one person responded I've been waiting for 6 days for my bank account to be approved so I can make a withdrawal but by the looks of it, they're not interested in keep their customers satisfied or providing good customer service. If they don't sort out this issue I'm going back to Paypal. It extremely disappointing that I work hard for my money and I when I want to withdraw I can't. I trusted the company believing that they're trustworthy by they're clearly not.

Bad experience, very unprofessional for such a global company as Payoneer. I have been receiving payments through Payoneer for a long time and so far there have been no problems, this is the first time that Payoneer keeps money without an answer. I only received automatic responses to emails that make no sense. Today, after many attempts to get in touch with you by e-mail, I received certain information via telephone conversation (the girl was very kind). So I don't have a positive opinion until I see if the problem will be solved and in what time frame.

Got a verified account and then two weeks later I cannot access my funds. Wrote emails back and forth, gave a call to their customer care support twice who are helpful but cannot do more other than send the query to finance and tell you to wait for an email, which never comes. It's a bad experience when you cannot access your money for no reason.

Support agents always there and it's not hard to reach out to them. My issues can be solved without moving or going to any location + I love the fact that it supports not only the U.S. citizens but also other countries. I'm from Belarus and I haven't found any alternative to Payoneer, even though I tried for the past 5 years.
I removed one star because of non-existent Shopify integration. I lose money to pay to a getaway service and then once again to moving it to my Payoneer account.
Please, please, please, provide Shopify integration soon :(

I've spent over two years working with Payoneer (and it is how I got paid from work). However it seems every month they ask for more and more documentation which becomes harder and harder to fulfill. At last they asked me to show a government ID newer than 12 months which is ridiculous (who gets new ID's every twelve months) they then blocked me from my paycheck making me live off of family help stripping me of all my hard work of the month before essentially screwing me financially with no forewarning of any kind. When Payoneer was up and running for me all was great, but this is a warning that they will spam you with endless asks for documentation updates and if you rely on this platform for income do it at your own risk.

Living in a third world is a big mess. The internet connects me with the advanced economies, I learned a lot online and work online too, but nothing is more appreciated than having Payoneer who helps me to put an icing on my cake by providing a service that gets my pay for me in spite of all the barriers.
I will forever be grateful to Payoneer, plus their customer care rocks, they never seize in making my days.

I was wondering about how to get new card because the old one was expired with July 2019. But when I made a call, Adam received me very kindly and humble helping me to stay with one registered mail box to facilitate everything to be right.

I have requested a payment amount of $50.80 on 09/06/2016 and I still have not received it.They told me it has been rejected by the bank, so they requested me to send a few documents in order to investigate the issue. I've been exchanging emails with Payoneer Custom Care for almost a month now, but it always takes a couple of days for them to reply and no solution was presented to me so far. Easy system to use when asking for a payment from a customer. I had a couple of questions, which were answered professionally and courteously by a representative. My account manager is very pleasant and helpful. Fees are very reasonable and competitive. Based on this I would recommend this company for accepting credit card payments. I cannot comment on their other financial services as so far I have no experience of those

Payoneer team explained ho it works and why my business does not qualify for this service.
But I believe that Payoneer should contract with Tripadvisor, one of the latest global holiday rental companies to facilitate payments to their customers since Airbnb is already a partner. Payoneer is the loser in the end as I have been able, to find a way our for, my issue.

Payoneer violates their own privacy statement. I'm getting charged 2% of every transaction I make to my bank account (USD to USD). If you want to pay extra fees and lose a good chunk of your paycheck then this is a perfect service for you indeed. Scam, period.

Excellent service for freelancer and they solve the freelance payments issues for especially in Bangladesh as there is no PayPal option as well. So we have only one Payoneer payment option from our clients and marketplace. It's always doing great and I'm absolutely a happy customer at Payoneer.

Extremely bad experiences:
1. You never ever get back to people via your (lack of) support service(?). I ALWAYS have to follow-up with an (international) phone call.
2. Quite often I have been given conflicting info.
3. Your website is one of the worst I have ever experienced.
4. Feel sorry for the support people (who are usually quite nice) who have to work with such a bad system.
5. Was thinking of using your escrow service but decided against for the above reasons.
6. Have advised these problems numerous times but my comments continue to be ignored.

Payoneer is a good banking service.
I had several occasions on which I was in need of customer service (mostly due to human error made by me) and staff on Live Chat were quick to solve my issues.
Mobile application leaves something to be desired, but is serviceable.

I understood that it is not possible to transfer or deposit money directly from my own bank account into the credit card balance.

It was a good experience speaking with the agent that answered my call. Trying to get information from the automated system payoneer has will give you a mental breakdown. Just call them. The service is much easier by calling.
