Wow! Perfect customer service from your representative (I forgot her name, I wish I could put it here so she´s recognised). Wow! It really makes your day when someone treats you like that. She was fast, clear, nice, patient and professional. She smiled all the time. It reminded me, and I learned from her, that great things in life are presented to us in the most simple ways, like doing our jobs like this. I feel very good, I think that´s what makes a job great!

I entered the live chat because I had some question and there came the first annoying issue, 63 people before me in queue, what the hell man, only one person working there?
Then after 45 minutes I reached nr 9 in queue and without reason the chat got cancelled with the message: There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later.

15 days ago, payoneer blocked my account out of the blue, they said I violated their terms.
I don't really care about the account anymore, they don't want to give back my 8300$, I have been contacting them for 15 days now without any solution, they will keep telling you that department is reviewing your case, and its complete BS.
Stay away from this scam company, they will block your account and keep your money, they won't even tell you what will happen to your funds or how you will withdraw them.
I suggest you all, if you have same problem, lets sue this company

I use Payoneer for my Airbnb payout method. Living in the Caribbean region signing up for an account is not straight forward as we deal with P. O. Box addresses and Payoneer recognizes only physical addresses. I had to call several times to get my account approved for them to ship me a card which take 10-28 days to receive. Of course this time frame is very inconvenient. I have also used Payoneer for my Homeaway payout method. This was very straight forward as it was a direct deposit into my bank account and didn't require a card to be ship- too many moving parts!

Grace, Payoneer's Representative is very helpful and patient in assisting me throughout the entire process. She knows how to handle the situation and sympathize with her customers. As per her instruction, I'll wait within 24 hours for the special team to contact me and have my issue resolve as it take a couple of months already. Kudos Grace!

It's really difficult to deposit money especially it you're business is very small, you can't transfer without giving extra details, can't receive from family or friends without payoneer. Pretty complicated. They need to add more was to receive money like visa and mastercard from owner (these don't work at the moment). They also take the longest time to reply by email.

The rep was helpful and the email sent gave clear instructions. Jury's still out on whether the screenshot attachment I sent clears up the issue of Payoneer apparently needing tax info. From me to process a payment, but providing an online tax form that got hung on the signature confirmation step.

I've been using Payoneer for about four months and love the quick and easy payment options. The exchange rates are comparable to my local bank and their customer service has always replied quickly with the info I needed. Services like Payoneer are a blessing to those of us working/living across borders.

I was a Payoneer member since 2014. Never had any issues with my account. One morning out of the blue I learn that my account has been closed "for undisclosed reasons". I lost money, future business and reputation in the process. Why treat loyal customers like this payoneer? Such a shame!

Airbnb sent me a Payoneer Mastercard after a while Payoneer blocked my account for no reason. Customer care well let's just say they don´t exactly "care".
This far they are stealing me above $1500.
A "funny" detail: they can't continue giving you their "services" and they intend to keep with your money. That can't be right in any way. Shame on you desperate for money Payoneer.

When getting to their support centre, you get many, many, options but when it's time to click on the proper issue, the links are simply dead and nothing happens.
Looks like a whole fake website to me. I wish I had a video screen capture software to show you, but you can try by yourself...

Hi Khurram. Indeed, to ensure the safety of you payment we do ask for some information every now and them. Weekends and holidays can sometime cause some delays, as I see your payment was sent on labor day weekend. I am sorry for any delays or inconvenience that may have been caused to you.
Payoneer agents are professional. Had a problem with my local bank transfer. Agent was very patient and explained clearly what to expect. THe issue is not completed, But i am confident the professionals there will go the extra mile to solve my issue.

The agent that helped me was knowledgeable and very prompt with helping me process my request. Once it was processed my account was linked instantly without any wait for 24 to 48 to 72 hours like most other sites have a waiting period.

I had lot of bad experience with payoneer customer care agents. Just couple of agents helping in right direction otherwise all are helping in wrong way even they don't know the exact solutions that what things the relevant department asking for resolving issue.

The worst pls pls pls stay away from payoneer I received £2000 payment cant explain where my money went, stay away from payoneer they will take your money, this company needs to be reported and sued and I intend to do just that. Ok the site only allows a star rating before reviews can be posted pls note this one star is so undeserving. So Payoneer contacted me after seeing my review and promised to help resolve it, still no word from them. If you enjoy working hard and giving your money to thieving bastards then use payoneer; stay away from Payoneer otherwise.

Payoneer appear to want to offer a good service but they fall down on communication, it takes a lot of effort to understand the tirade of rules they use, many of these rules can be plucked out of the air and used as a punishment to restrict accounts without any clear explanation given. This is probably due to Payoneer trying to keep bankers happy when I say bankers, I mean the corrupt type that has led governments into borrowing debt money rather than the government print its own currency. This type of private banking system creates debts on nations and gives taxation control by the bankers over governments nations and plunges them into debt. Payoneer is probably subjected to a lot of pressure from governments via these private bankers.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across in my entire life, not to mention its borderline scam, they sell you their service as a solution to withdraw money from paypal to a prepaid card, after you do all the process (not to mention it takes 6 months for the card to arrive if it arrives in the first place) oh surprisse, paypal has taken legal actions against payoneer and has blocked it so in other words payoneer its obsolete with paypal.
For anyone trying to use this service to withdraw funds from paypal... dont.
EDIT: Also adding to this review I tried the payoneer forums and the only solution payoneer could give me was deleting my posts. Excellent customer service. This is by far, the worst company I have ever come across in my entire life.

Try to avoid it, there are plenty of services that are eager to provide you with quality services, try smaller companies and avoid this, check reviews in other sites, they all have negative scores.

Hi Fran, Payoneer provides a line of services, such as mass payouts, global payment service, billing service, make a payments and withdrawals. I am not sure how you got this information about our service but I'm afraid it wasn't accurate. I sent you a private message to clarify it a bit more.
I have only good things to say about Payoneer, using it to receive money, from the US companies I work for. Customer service is more than helpful anytime, I've called. Setup a confirm and go account really fast. Waiting to try their Payoneer Card and make it full-time equivalent to my regular bank account.
