My experience has been great on payoneer, just i gave 4 stars due to the fees they charge, it is not clearly mentioned to a customer who search it and does not find clearly until the transaction occurred then I saw the payoneer charges
Rest transactions occur fast in my bank, withdrawals are smooth, pretty good done within 3 days no problem there
Only one problem of charges not being clearly mentioned for an average user
I do not have problems with the charges, just that they are not been clearly mentioned in some settings thats it.

I have been using Payoneer for about 3 years now and had no issue. But of recent, they held my hard-earned money from Upwork for two weeks without any reason. It was very very frustrating. But at last, my fund was released after calling them more than 5 times and after two weeks.

A very professional service for those who want to deal with international payment, quick and secure service, have withdraw charges of $5 in Pakistan, could be seen as a little expensive but overall service and support is great.

I have spoken with a lot of customer care reps on Payoneer live chat platform, but none made me feel understood and taken care of like Mica did.
I guess this goes to show that Payoneer is really striving and making progress in improving not just their customer service, but their entire services in general.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. When you need help you have to shift through articles and then it gives you the option of "live agent" but then it makes you send them an email which they immediately respond with an article from their website which solves nothing.

I opened an account 6 years ago and wanted to keep it since its linked to my primary email and for some policy they had before they were charging me 6 annual fees without we even using the service ones but my representative found a solution and the only reason i'm giving it 4 starts is because i'm just waiting to confirm my new card and hopefully all the charges go away since i never even had money in the account I'll keep you posted.

Nothing happens before you call.
You handle all necessary documents and waiting an answer for a long time. Finally, you call and they start to move.
No answers from other support options (messages).
Not clear what documents are necessary.
I am sure in the future steps everything is going to be much easier and without problems. But the registration should be much faster.

Payoneer has horrible service! It does not make it easy for you to do anything at all. It's not easy accessing your money once it's in the Payoneer account, it does not give full information about products on their FAQ page, and they require hard documents scanned for everything. Please, use them only as a last resort!

My experience with payoneer has been good. But there's only 2 problems I have. The service takes too long and it is not good that only adults can use it. I've had my online business from 2 months now and I am looking forward to receive my payment this month, but I sent in an application for account verification and it said that I had to be over 18 to get approved. I am really worried right now because payoneer is the only app I'm using and I want to receive payments as a minor. Please payoneer can you fix this!

Being into digital marketing field for the last 5 years, I have never seen such a worst service ever. It's been 25 days now, even after the matter is sorted out, they haven't refunded my amount back. The amount is over 1000 USD. I can't make the payments to the clients and I'm losing my business now.
Wish if zero would be the option for rating, I would have chosen it.

Like others on this forum, I have waited for several days for my money to appear in my Payoneer account. It was deposited on 21 Dec 2016, still no sign of it on 26 Dec. OK, it's Christmas and maybe there are delays... but how about the days before Christmas? I'll wait a bit longer. This is particularly frustrating because I've spent 11 months trying to get the paying company to pay the money... but that's a different issue. What comeback to we have if the money does not appear in the account?

I was planning to use it to receive payments from my clients abroad. After all, this is what Payoneer advertises for. While it worked for one client, the payments of 2 other clients were simply returned to them. No reason told, except that Payoneer has the right to decline any payments without telling a reason. So, how I am supports to use a bank account where i am never sure if a payment will reach me or not? Not to mention the extra work I cause to my clients that have to process the payment again in another way. Payoneer stinks.

I had money being held for more than a week, after many attempts to resolve through market place and email and live chats I finally tried calling. The rep was polite and quickly resolved the issue... Wish I'd saved a lot of wrecked nerves and headaches and just called them.

Since last one month i have been uable to make payment on ali baba with my payoneer card. My account has also been blocked with unknown reason. Two step mobile verification code is not working properly in Pakistan. Each time code is sent is not received even the call is received without any code or voice. Voice cannot be listened. The SMS code proceedure for verification may be improved to avoid hassel free functions.

Being a long time user of Payoneer, I have learned that customer service is very poor. You call them once and it takes them ages to understand the issue. They keep lying to you that issue will be resolved. They do not keep track of customer calls or when someone called. So every time you call them you have to explain the full story again
Outgoing transaction fees are really high comparing with other providers. So you just have to pray that you don't run into any problem, otherwise your are messed. I will be happy to prove my feedback.

Using payoneer has been good. I don't have a lot of problem with my money. I trust the company a bit. If I had a complaint, I'd say their social media accounts are slow to respond but their customer care agents are very polite and friendly. They are always helpful.

Unfortunately, the transactation that was trasnfered to me by sender was cancelled. Payoneer said that this is due to internal error and that the funds will be returned.
It has been 3 weeks, and Payoneer is not able to resolve this issues.
Otherwise, call center employees are very helpful and respectful. But this still doesn't take care of my issue. And i am very frustrated about this.
I am ready to change review when the funds comeback, because otherwise service is very user friendly, help by phone is professional. But losing funds is a big problem, in my opinion.

I had waited for the verification and review from Payoneer for an extended period of time. Only I didn't know that once you called the Customer Care Desk, all my problems would be resolved. Erick from Payoneer was really helpful and personally took my case as his own. He assisted me by going through the verification department on my behalf, now I have my cash in my bank.
