Herein I would like to summarize the truly awful service experience our company has endured by foolishly deciding to use Payoneer as our payment service of choice:
Three weeks ago I contacted a representative from your Support team to simply help clarify some transactions which they did, thereby resolving our inquiry. Yet thereafter, they proceeded to block those same funds (even though the problem was solved) with the justification that they were protecting our funds. This supposed protection has now resulted in our company losing business for more than three weeks. Despite several attempts to call your Support team and rectify this situation, including one call just hours ago, there has still been no resolution, demonstrating the complete lack of coordination and communication among the members of your Support team. Every time they say 'we will expedite the process sir, it's a lengthy process' I have no clue why on earth you want to block someone's account and hard-earned funds for out-of-date so called security reasons and yet you don't (or maybe don't know how to) lift the ban when it's resolved and closed. This scattered and fragmented workflow within the Payoneer Support team has now caused our business to suffer, ironically, under the disingenuous pretext of being protected. So it is now that our team at Artbees would like to reciprocate the same earnest and genuine response we have been given over the last three weeks. Now after three weeks they do not even reply my tickets and tweets. And leave us with no option to start the legal process to see if we can release our funds.
Awful and irresponsive customer support, poor UI and UX, and extremely dangerous to your business is my review of this of cheap service. If you run a serious business do not rely on this service.
Update: The same day this post was published, someone from Payoneer asked me to reply his private message so he can help me. But I never heard back after a week now. It's like they post one template response below every negative review to show they 'care'.

On my 10th business day money ud not in my acct and I dont get a clear response as of where my money is why it took so long, every 24 for the pase 3 days they say in 24hrs Will be deposit directly, now I call after long wait to reach agent they say money went yo a third party and email confirmartion received says it Will take up to another 7 business days all they said was Im sorry but that what I Cant tell the people I was yo pay 5 days ago, only excuses they said my bank rejected trasaction and my bsnk has no history of atempts, someone SCREWED up inside and Im SCREWED up as well for the next 48 hours they told AGAIN money Will be in. At this point I just want to revive that money yo sue this company they have me running around with no clear answer when Im badly needing the money

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We understand you now feel unsafe, now that your withdrawal is delayed. We would like to reassure you that no transfer is ever lost. Our bank transfer department is working hard to have your case investigated and resolved. We would like to take the chance to explain what is occurring.
At Payoneer we use intermediate banks to process any funds from your Payoneer account to your local bank account. The reason we do this is because Payoneer is not a bank, we are just a payment processing company.
In order to be able to transfer your funds to your local account, we have to use intermediate banks.
There are cases in which transfers may be delayed or stuck at these intermediate banks. This is where our bank transfer department initiates their investigation.
They are trying to get in contact with the intermediary bank for a confirmation that your funds were transferred and processed or for further clarification on what occurred. However this does take time. The reason is because different banks have different operating hours. Although we might be opened for certain hours during the day that does not guarantee that these intermediate banks are opened at those same hours. So to combat this our department attempts to communicate with them via email.
We see that you were emailed by our bank transfer department with a document on the 25th of February. You will need to provide this document to your local bank where the funds were sent to continue with the investigation.
We hope you this explanation clarifies what is currently going on.

My name is Ahmed Ali (Customer ID: *******), I have a UK account in Payoneer. They blocked my master card without any previous notice. I contacted them for this issue, they said its because they moved their account to the new bank. They told me that I can request a new one as long as I have certain amount of money in my account! I told them that they have to issue a new one automatically because it was their fault and its their responsibility to fix the issue transparently.
The worst experience is as follows:
I received a money from Google Ads and I made a bank transfer to my business partner in Sweden, they immediately suspended this transaction and ask to verify my address that I couldn't verify because I moved my business to another country. After some days, they blocked my account!
I opened a ticket for this issue and they told me to open a new account for the new business address/country and then I can ask them to move money from the blocked account to the new account ("Once the account is approved all the funds in the previous account will be transfer to the new account. Let us know and we will further assist you to solve the issue.": Reference Number: **************). I followed their instructions and created a new account (customer ID: *******) and sent all the supporting documents for the new address verification. After then, its blocked! When trying to log in. I contacted them for this issue and its two months later and account still blocked with no response to my tickets.
I made another account (Customer ID: *******), created successfully and then blocked after minutes.
I can say that I have Payoneer has robbed my money and is totally a scam.
Payoneer, pay attention: I will file a complaint to the US authorities as soon as possible.

I actually don't think they even deserve even one star. I wish there were -1 rating. I would rather go for that.
So suddenly I wasn't able to log in into my account. I enter the same password I have been using three times. And after some few attempts trying to change my password, my account got locked. I try to chat them online three time which took me over 40 minutes each waiting to chat with the customer service and in each occasion offering to help me. A week later no reply from customer service. They later replied asking me to send my ID only after a scathing post from me on twitter that took their attention. I send them my ID and a copy of my bank slip. A week later still not reply. I had to twit them again for them to reply back. They told me that my copy of ID is unreadable and I should send them another ID. The funny thing is that when I opened my account it was the same ID that I sent to them and they approved my account. Now when my account is locked the same ID which I have used in many only applications that need ID and never had problem with is unreadable. I immediately sent them the photograph of my ID. It has been another week and I have not yet heard from them. Three weeks just to unlock an account. I have use PayPal, skrill and other online money banking stuff and I have never heard this worst customer service. I can't withdraw my money from my account and that means I can't pay my bills. I am a student and I depend on the online work to pay my bills and they seem to be stalling to may be profit from my money.
Worst worst customer service.
Their customer service is mediocre and I wish I had any other option. IT is just that the company I am working with prefer to pay through Payoneer and there is nothing I can do about it.
Have you ever though about calling customer service to complain from their worst customer service! Right now I am I feel like that is what I should do,
If you can avoid them better do.
The twitter handler seems to be prompt in their reply than the customer service that is suppose to be helping customers!
