First of all, I want to let you know that these guys won't let you receive money.
It's been around 4 days since my client sent the amount through the Payoneer request payment feature.
I even sent them proof of my client who sent me the amount.
Also, they were not responding after 1 more day they sent me an automated email of. We need some additional information from you to process the following payment:
However, my account is long old a decade, and almost all the pending verifications are approved but still they never respond they hold your money for a long even if you are in a hurry.
No responsive support. Many holidays in a week.
Shame!

I am waiting 10+ days to get an answer from the customer service. I wrote several emails and forms through the Payoneer app but still no answer. Mx card is pending more than 10 days and no one is contacting me with the reason why! Its like no one is working there.
I had to call during my vacation, phone customer service was polite but I still have not got the answer why my card is Pending so long. The app says "up to 3 business days" yeah right.
Overall poor experience, still waiting for many issues to be resolved, I cannot access my funds for almost a month now.

I have been using Payoneer for more than 7 years by now - I had my first 'problem' a couple of days ago. It was not really a problem but a technical issue that still made me worried a bit.
My problem was solved within hours - though they politely told me it might take 2-3 business days.
The Support Person I talked to was super helpful, very kind and professional, helped me both about the technical issue and mentally, too so as not to worry.
The company itself has always been very reliable - I can just recommend Payoneer, I always feel calm about the transactions and the inner surface is very clear and easy to handle, as well.

I have been working with payoneer from 2 years and now I have reached a conclusion, they are intelligently scamming us. They blocked my account without any reason. I researched and found out that they are doing this on large scale and the accounts they are blocking all have thousands of dollars in balance. I contacted them, agreed to cooperation at every step but they refused to give answer and denied of giving reason. They are a big scam, I have hundreds of proofs with screen shots. Payoneer was nothing but good to me in the past 7 years, i've used it, for everything, from making payments to receiving money, i've probably had tens of thousands of transactions, and my card was loaded from at least a hundred different clients, without mentioning freelancing platforms i worked with.
I'm telling you all of this to let you know that because of a client's complaint, they have closed down my account and took my $460 from me, and said that there's nothing they can do. So imagine my surprise and confusion, that an account can be closed and balance can be taken away this easily, for absolutely no reason, and i even have prepared all the documents they asked for to contradict the complaint, but it seems that their mind was already set even before i sent them what they asked for.
Don't let any money in your account, withdraw it all, don't be like me.

I made a mistake choosing Payoneer. If there is an option to rate less then 1 star I will go for it.
Totally frustrating and disappointing experience. There is no justifying answers you'll get from support team. Even the due date is changing by its own for the payment I will get in my bank. My client has paid me on 5th Oct. 2020 on that day I found I will get money in my bank 12th Oct. 2020 which is almost after 7 days and even if we exclude Weekends there are 5 working days. When I asked what is the process of these 5 days as no issues has been raised to me or to my client for this payment. So the answer is it is a security purpose, I do no know what are they doing and what they will do after these 5 days.
While I was raising the queries and asking the reasons the girl on support side telling me that you have agreed terms & conditions to Payoneer. Which means it is my fault that I choose Payoneer.
I pity on myself. Totally unprofessional and time wasting.

Homeaway uses Payoneer as the only means for paying foreign customers for reservations on their site. They give no other payment options... otherwise we would never opt for Payoneer. Not only are the fees high... but after receiving payments correctly several times, we did not get paid for last months reservations, and got no notifications or messages stating there had been a problem. If we had not called them or realized we were one payment short, we would have never known!

Payoneer provides amazing products and services. Traditionally their customer service was top-notch as well.
However, I have noticed over time their support quality is becoming much worse. With a background as Team Leader in support, I have a lot of sympathy and patience for customer service agents.
What I don't have sympathy for is managers/supervisors who never write or call back when a message is left or when agents fail to escalate after they say they will.
I also feel Payoneer needs to work on going a step beyond the traditional financial system to give back to clients. Banks often give rewards, yet Payoneer costs more and does not do anything like this. I appreciate due to the nature of the service, the risk may be higher and therefore costs may be higher, but some focus on little gifts of appreciation for your clients would go a long way.

After working with Payoneer for a year without any problem, the last months are a huge nightmare. Everytime I try to withdraw my funds, they ask me for more details.
So far, I've provided them with my passport, driver license, bank statements, business details, address etc. Every time I think that's it and everything should be fine now, they manage somehow to ask me for more details. Now, I have to wait many days for their finance department to have a look at the address I provided them. Guess what, you have my address in your system from the moment I registered to your service.
Bottom line, be aware. No service is perfect, but this is just beyond ridiculous.

I would like to see some improvements on the website as I don't find it fully transparent especially for the older generation.
The customer service is good when you eventually get through but calling is better. They might have a hitch on their live-chat.

I lost many orders from ebay buyers because of them.
I'm customer of ebay for 6 years. Never have problem with them like payoneer.
They abuse their power against you after you register their website and steal your money.

I use Payoneer to pay programmers in Serbia. It works like a charm there and the fees are appropriate. I tried to pay one in India today and it didn't really work. They have been improving UX a lot lately. Online support was weak, but getting someone on the phone worked well.

I run a business over the internet where I transfer money to contractors in various countries. After visiting a seminar Payoneer held, I became convinced that they were the best way to perform this service. I contacted their Business 2 Business department and was referred to a person named Valeria who assured me that she could make sure that my experience with Payoneer paying my contractors was a smooth one. I tried an initial payment to one guy and after a week of sending documents to them, he got his money. Fair enough. So I tried again, sending money to the same guy and one other. Now, 2 weeks and both me and the contractors responding immediately to any request for documentation as well as calling customer support, we still cannot get Payoneer to even comment on why the money is being held. Their customer support is useless and Valeria, the one who promised to make my transactions go through smoothly, no longer writes me back.

I've been with Payoneer about four years now and I am very grateful for their services. They have helped me out as a freelancer working overseas since the beginning. Payoneer fees are reasonable, but the bank fees can be a killer so watch out for them, Payoneer does not have control over that so if you are thinking it is something to do with their service, it isn't but you will find that in comparison to bank to bank transfers, the fees are minimal. Payoneer are fair and their customer service is excellent I now have three currency cards and all work great anywhere in the world.
