Payoneer has been a dream to utilize as my platform for receiving and making transactions in USD. They are transparent in their rates and efficient in carrying out transactions. The customer service via phone is very good as they always have a knowledgeable and polite agent on standby ready to give useful information and offer solutions to whatever challenges you may have.
To gain access, you must take a number of steps to verify your identity, and that's fine, of course. You have to upload all kinds of info, but already during the upload I get an email that the verification is not sufficient without specification, very strange because I am still uploading. Then asked several times what is wrong and how it can be solved, but I am always told that they are working on it. When I finally file a complaint, I get a message the day later that my account has been closed and I can no longer use their services without any motivation for this. Very bizarre, totally illogical and very poor service. Fortunately, there are plenty of better alternatives

Having registered with Payoneer an year ago, I received 3 payments against my payment requests to various clients in different countries without any problem but the last payment of US$699 declined giving no reason whatsoever. The payment having been receiver by Payoneer on 27th, we delivered digital products to the customer but today Payoneer declined my payment which is a net loss of big money. In case, they had to decline the payment, they should have made a restriction on my panel before I could send a payment request to my client. Payoneer should take full responsibility and make my payment instantly.
My payment of US$699 paid by the client on 27th March was declined by Payoneer without any justified reasons on 28th. During this period I delivered the digital products to the customer who will not repay this amount now.
I made repeated requests to Payoneer live chat but they were deaf and dumb.
Now I see that Payoneer has removed the option of "request payment" from my panel which clearly indicates that Payoneer had failed to remove it before I made the payment request and still Payoneer decided to decline the payment. Don't you think it is ridiculous and unethical for a financial consolidator?
Who will pay the amount of US$699 which I have lost?
Why has Payoneer suddenly decided to withdraw this facility of "Request Payment" from us when we are working under the company law board in India with registration certificate, PAN Number and GST Number?
Moreover, we have used Payoneer facility to receive 3 payments in the past few months, still Payoneer suddenly declined a received payment and withdraw the facility?
The payment was under processing not review as it was declined almost after 24 after you received the payment. "Processing" is a synonym for furthering for payment not for "review". You have no justification for declining the payment. Actually you forgot to review my status in advance to lock the "request payments" tab in my panel. Anyways, this shall be posted on social media and reported to Reserve Bank of India and if necessary dragged to the relevant court of law in India.
Payoneer is a very risky payment gateway. They can deny your payments without giving reasonable reasons like it happened with me yesterday. Be careful of Payoneer

I had to call 4 times and every time I called, a different Customer Care Associate answered. All of them consulted the Approval Department and I would get different suggestions on what to do for my card to be approved.
1. I created my account while I lived abroad (in the Czech Republic) but I didn't have any money so I didn't need a card.
2. Two years later I started to earn money via Payoneer, and I asked for a new account because I had forgotten the password for the old one. I got a new one and was asked to submit proof of residence. I submitted a utility (in Cyrilic script because that's what we use).
3. TWO MONTHS later, no response, and I contacted them via live hat. They consulted Approval Department and asked me via email the next business day to submit a photo of me holding my ID and a piece of paper with the date. I did that and ten days later still NO RESPONSE>
4. I called Payoneer, the guy told me to change the security questions and then my card will be approved. I did that and still No approval. I called again, they said to submit a proof of address from the Czech Republic (from where I moved two years ago and now I'm back in my home country. I told them the only thing I could submit was a stamp from the immigration in my passport showing the address. They said it was ok, I did that but still NO RESPONSE.
I called one more time, this time they said I should REAPPLY and TRANSFER my money to the new account which doesn't make any sense because in order to open a new account I had to close the one where i had my money. As soon as the call finished, out of nowhere, I got an email asking me to submit a new proof of address because the utility I sent TWO MONTHS AGO wasn't accepted.
Then I went to the bank and asked for a statement in ENglish and submitted it. I called them two hours later and the Customer Care Associate told me that the Approval Department approved of my card, and they would email me with the shipping details. It has been two hours since our call and I still have NOT received an email.
I hope I will.
Overall, Payoneer provides a terrible service.

So, lets make a full review of Payoneer. I applied for a Payoneer Master Card two month ago, It wasnt fast and my first card didnt arrive in time. After 1 week of waiting, I asked the support via e-mail, but they didnt answer me for another week. So I tried to ask them via chat, but the chat Isnt available at this time or the chat is full. After 6 days of waiting and clicking the chat button, I finally could get In contact with the support(Its easier to contact Aliens, than the Payoneer support). At this time I ordered my Card with DHL, but It costs me around 40$. Its expensive, but my friend Payoneer told me that Ill get 25$ when I signup for their service(I asked the support, but didnt receive anything, even If I clicked the right URL), but this isnt the biggest problem.So firstly lets talk about the biggest problem in Payoneer for me: 1)I lost 130$ and didnt get them back, I made two transfers to my bank in Ukraine and I asked the support 7 times because of this. Everything they told me is to wait 3 days and theyll send me an email. I didnt receive an email in 3 weeks. 2)This problem is connected with the support.If you want to speak or chat with them, you must wait 20 - 40 minutes. Before I chat with them, I wrote a ready text with my problems. But somehow they didnt even read It and ask me from a copy/past text. After I answered twice, theyll tell me that Ill get my 130$ in 3 days in a very bad English(my isnt better, but from a company in the USA Id wish more).
Even here on sitejabber the Payoneer team lie about looking at your problem. I never get any response from them too.
So the last thing I want to tell you, dont ever apply for this Card, after reading all of this posts in sitejabber Id wish that I found It earlier. Im very sorry that you lost 100$, 500$, 1000$ or more. Im very disappointed of this service and Im very disappointed that I could not buy Christmas presents for my family because of this problems.
