I was put wrong bank account number first time. I was email, Talk Via live Chat! After all that it was still pending. Then I directly called to payoneer customer care! They solved all the problem Very Fast! I am really satisfied!

Payoneer is a very useful service - and I recommend it. However, they have recently changed their behind-the-scenes system and it is taking months for me to get access to my money. I hope this is an exception and does not speak ill of the entire company.

The Gentleman I spoke to was very professional courteous understanding helpful and he even gave me follow up information. Which made me feel very confident with the security of my Payoneer account. I was just advised that auto debits or certain merchants cannot be blocked. Seemed unusual. I guess cancelling the auto debit with the merchant is the way to go but if you're worried about unfair business practices by the entity that has the auto debit withdrawal, revoking your permission there won't help.

I am a little disappointed, because this is my first time to use Payoneer and have followed all the steps asked in order for me to receive my pay from my employer. Now my salary still shows pending while all of my colleagues got theirs available. I have called Payoneer Customer Care and was told that everything's okay on my account as it was properly set up and said that the issue is on their end, but have it escalated and gave the assurance that after 2 hours the funds will show available on my account. Still waiting for the funds to be available.

I have contacted Payoneer customer services a few times in the past and have been pleasantly surprised by their patience and concern. Today was no different. The Customer Services Adviser was polite, used my name and talked me through the processes. When/if he did not know the answer, he politely asked me to hold on and found the appropriate solution. I have recommended Payoneer to family and friends... believe me, I do not do that easily and only if I can be confident in what and who I am recommending - they are a great solution for overseas banking.

A very convenient system which allows me to receive payments from my freelance jobs on a credit card, which I can use internationally.
Unlike Paypal, you can actually get in touch with an agent on Life Chat, and within a few minutes. I waited for about five minutes only, spoke to an agent, and my little technical issue was solved.

Our company switched from ADP which was fabulous in that I got my pay on the exact day I was supposed to to Payoneer which means I now have to wait an additional 4 days for my pay. In this day and age what company has to take 4 days to make a direct deposit? ADP had no issue with it. Paypal has no issue with it. They tell me it's my bank that is causing the issues but there's no delay with other payment sources. Processing gets cancelled multiple times and when I ask about them I get told its a technical issue and apparently a technical issue that isn't that uncommon because my co-worker had it happen on the last pay period as well BUT if you're willing to pay a fee it magically gets deposited the very next day but they say it is supposedly the same process. Someone high up in Payoneer is making some pretty nice profit off our money while its sitting somewhere making interest for them for four days. Incredibly disappointed with this company and payment system.

It's the most horrible company I've ever dealt with. I was never able to link a bank account to my Payoneer account so I had to contact them so they could do it for me, it took them 7 months. I tried to get a card so it would be simpler to withdraw money and it was the same complicated and confusing information. Their customer services is awful: everytime I have a problem they don't answer, the agents and the website have contradictory information and it is always a different agent so you need to explain your story all over again (it seems like they don't leave notes). Worst experience ever. I just want my money back and never hear from them ever again.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use this. Your money will be stuck in it and you will have to pay crazy fees and go through a 12 months nightmare with customer services to get access to it.

So far it is good except the fact that it takes so long to receive a card. I plan to get many payment on the payoneer card and it is convenient but you guys can be more clear with the information needed to verify my address. I had no idea I needed to present the entire soft copy of the document. I only found out through a friend. Maybe try being more descriptive with what is needed for that specific section (address verification).

Unfortunately, my experience as a customer has also been very bad with this company. I can understand complex procedures which are related to financial service as this, with all its delays, held amounts, etc, which is of course great confusion and disappointment for us as a customer when we are left wondering behind ATM screen why it refuses to dispense our hard earned money.
But the worst is lack of any customer support. A year or so ago I had a situation where ATM did not dispense money citing "technical difficulties" but the amount was debited from my Payoneer card anyway. Since I discovered it only some time later, I could not recall which banks ATM it was, and so I wrote to Payoneer customer support to ask if they can help me to locate missing money... the answer (any answer) still has not arrived...

Hi A. O., normally when ATM does not dispense cash once should report it as soon as possible in order to be able to help out. First place to contact would be the bank branch ATM belongs to, and then Payoneer. As you said it's been about a year, I'm not a dispute can still be filed. That said, I sent you a PM to learn more about the case and see if I can help.
I ordered a new card and wanted to check the status of my order. The representative chris that dealt with me was awesome but the verification process to get a new card is very difficult as I had to submit my hold ID several times before it was accepted. I think the process should be less difficult, especially for customers who doesn't have a high class phone like me.

Actually, my review is more like 4.5 stars. Having a card I can get payments to and make payments from is very convenient. I have more control over my money and their security is on it, as I got an alert about an unauthorized transaction. It's good to know security wasnt asleep. My only grouse is the inability to transfer to my specific bank. That's a bridge that's still a problem, but hope springs eternal, I guess.

Since I started using Payoneer three years ago it has made my life so much easier to get my earnings in a quick manner and have them available just a few minutes after loading the card.
Edit: Also I want to add that their support team is great and very helpful, at least it's been this way the couple of times I had contacted them.

Sara provided such excellent service at a time where i was frustrated because the previous 3 agents were not able to assist me. Sara was patient, polite, easy to work with and i recommend that you consider more agents that perform at such a high level as Sara. Once the client reaches a certain threshold in payments, our department will ask for documents to verify the payment. If everything submitted is correct, then the payment will process. There are times where clients might not submit the correct information, which in turn will make our department request the correct documents via email.
