Had a good experience of communication with representatives. They were very attendant and helpful. Although, I felt the process of my account approval started only from the moment I gave a call. Long awaiting, would be great to make a process of approval more convenient and faster for clients.

I have not had anything but problems with the platform and adding my bank account or ordering the card even if it is digital. They request the documents for verification which I get but when you submit one and have all the information they are requesting they just decline it and when you call customer care they just say they do not understand why they are not taking it and give bull response as to why it was not accepted like the quality of the document eve though it is a pdf which quality is for online reading. Awful experience wouldn't recommend
I had some issues with my requested documents not being approved so i called the center and was given first hand instructions on what documents were required and correct format etc to upload
I was very apprecited and got the relevant approvals within a 24hr period
I opened my Payoneer account and not getting g the receiving payments. I called and Diego resolved it in 2 seconds.

When i have open payoneer. I face a lot of problem but i call in support they solved it in 24H. That is very fast. Now i am able make transection. Just earn click and received very simple.
Payoneer has helped me grow my business for years as my customer are based internationally. Makes it easy to receive payment and pay my contractors. Not to mention the use of the card globally.
It's always very tough to find customer care contact page or number Or anything else to contact with an customer care associate.
