My transaction was reversed back to mu payoneer account, I am not satisfied with the reason as to why it happened. My information I provided are all correct and I don't see any reason why I need to update those such as my address and my bank details. I've been using those information for a very long time and since day one in using payoneer. I hope next time this kind of glitches won't happen again.

I believe that each and every service oriented company should have good customer support. Payoneer customer service really helps me to reach my goals and solve issues once they arise. I had an issue trying to register with payoneer, my service operator identified the problem, figured out a customized solution and cleared the way for my journey to success. If it worked for me, you know the rest.

Had a good experience of communication with representatives. They were very attendant and helpful. Although, I felt the process of my account approval started only from the moment I gave a call. Long awaiting, would be great to make a process of approval more convenient and faster for clients.

I have not had anything but problems with the platform and adding my bank account or ordering the card even if it is digital. They request the documents for verification which I get but when you submit one and have all the information they are requesting they just decline it and when you call customer care they just say they do not understand why they are not taking it and give bull response as to why it was not accepted like the quality of the document eve though it is a pdf which quality is for online reading. Awful experience wouldn't recommend

I had some issues with my requested documents not being approved so i called the center and was given first hand instructions on what documents were required and correct format etc to upload
I was very apprecited and got the relevant approvals within a 24hr period

I opened my Payoneer account and not getting g the receiving payments. I called and Diego resolved it in 2 seconds.
Hopefully this will be my only interaction.
Also, I was all week frustrated with tha FAQ and support center. And Diego resolved it in a quick and very afable call.

I lost my card, and the customer service guy was so fast with solutions, he even helped me with problems I didn't know I had. He made sure everything was clear and understandable, I received his emails and replies soo fast. Chris, thank you, boy!

When i have open payoneer. I face a lot of problem but i call in support they solved it in 24H. That is very fast. Now i am able make transection. Just earn click and received very simple.

It was great because i first had this weird email saying my account will be closed so when i told the agent she understood my problem and acknowledged it wasn't me and helped me not lose ky account
