I've used Payoneer for over 4 years now, and though my general experience has been good, I've recently been having a hard time contacting support. Replies are slow and mostly unhelpful, but overall Payoneer is a great solution for cross-border payments especially as they support over 150 countries. They just need to fine tune their support services and make it as accessible as it was before via direct calls.

ฉันได้รับบัตรเปย์โอเนียใหม่ และทำการแอคทีพ แต่ฉันอาจไม่เข้าใจขั้นตอน ฉันกดตามขั้นตอน แต่ผิดพลาด มันทำให้ฉันได้บัตรเสมือนจริงมาเรื่อยๆ 2 ใบ ฉันเครียดมาก ไม่เข้าใจระบบ จึงทำให้ฉันต้องโทรหาเจ้าหน้าที่ ซึ่งฉันพูดและฟังภาษาต่างประเทศได้ไม่ดีนัก แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ใจดีมาก รับฟังฉันจนเข้าใจ และเธอสามารถส่งวิธีการแก้ไขมาให้ฉันทางเมลล์ ทำให้ฉันแก้ปัญหาได้ แต่ฉันก็อยากถามเพิ่มอีกครั้งว่า บัตรเสมือนจริงที่ฉันได้มา 2 ใบ ฉันสามารถยกเลิกมันได้หรือไม่ ขอบคุณมาก
