I could never believe such reliability with my financial transactions as I could since I hold Payoneer card in my wallet. Their customer support team would always be there to fix your issues without any hassle.

It used to be very good, but the last year or so it became cumberland and problematic. Too much information and too many documents required for anything you want to do. I still choose it. Let's see if it gets worse or not.

I use Payoneer services for more than 5 years, they are a great tool for freelancers in developing countries where financial systems are not properly developed. By using Payoneer I have been simplified to receive payments through the Internet and to be able to make them cash from any ATM. While it is true that the commissions for use of the debit card can be somewhat high outside the USA, I have no other complaints. The customer service always responded to my complaints.
Tip for consumers:
If you do not receive a response to your claim after 24/48hs, take your claim number (the one you received by email) and ask for resolution to Payoneer through a message on your FB or Twitter page. That, most of the time, accelerates the answers.

When it comes to customer service, payoneer is the worst ever. I have sent them millions of messages to verify my account, but they never responded.
Their fees are higher than other payment providers's fees.
In one word, I won't recommend it to enemy. DON'T EVER TRY IT!

This company is highly unprofesionnal.
They asked me for documents after the payment arrived, it took them more than a week, their mail system fails so you can't contact them, all that to finally cancel my payment "Due to compliance reasons" with no reason at all (I'm a developer working for a legal company with no link to online casino or anything of this kind). No appeal possible.
Stay away from this company
Highly disappointed by the service they provide. I recommend to stay away.

I'd open account in my company name and also had received debit card (master card) and activated 3/4 months ago. But suddenly after transferred the fund the from airbnb.com to my debit card (payoneer account) my account got blocked without any reason. I mailed so many times but didn't get satisfactory reply. At last, i made an overseas call in UK call center and had around 20 min talk to solve the issue. But even from her i didn't get happy reply. She told me that i'd opened the personal account thats why they blocked it. Surprise, if it was personal account then how did i received the debit card in my company name and activated as well? So she advised me to open new account with company name which i just did it and waiting for approval.

My payment was under review and it took several days to hit my account. Even if you dont work on weekends. All transactions made before 12 pm should be review and approved/declined so the customer doesnt have to wait the whole weekend to know whats up with the transaction.

I was to receive a payment from my customer. It was *******$. First they hold my funds for more than 30 days. I called them, no proper response at all. Then they blocked my account & said we can't do business with you. I ask why? And more importantly my funds are still in payonner. There is no refund or bank transfer. There is no way to contact them at all. I mean what the hell man. It's 21st century and we are being robbed.

I was excited that finally we can let go off PayPal which charges a lot but found that Payoneer on one hand says company cannot wire transfer and on other hand it says
"Generally, you will not need to provide a bank account address when asked for receiving account details.
For local bank transfer to your EUR receiving account and for USD wire transfer, you may be asked for a bank account address. Look for the address details together with the receiving account details."
So their claims are contradicting and do not help in feeling safe that a business will get paid easily. An actual wire transfer is less complicated than your process. Additionally, they do not include Bank Address by default for a account holder to know making it difficult not easy to transact using Payoneer.
Why would I opt for a service that is more complicated for my client company and costs $30 instead of $7?
Tip for consumers:
Only switch to Payoneer if you are ready to make processes more difficult for your global client companies.

The Global Payment Service allows you to accept payments from companies such as the US, UK, and EUR (and more), and we provide banking details of bank accounts in these regions to allow you to receive payments.
These payments are meant to be local bank transfer payments. However, since the way that funds are transferred via bank transfer in EUR are different and fairly more complex, we do allow SEPA/wire transfer for companies in EUR. We also allow payments to come from bank accounts of individuals in EUR provided that any requested information is provided, such as the bank account's address. We understand that this is confusing but we can assure you it exists as the easiest option, and we only request information for compliance reasons. It is not meant to inconvenience you or jeopardize you, and is in fact helpful to provide a network on Payoneer that is safe and secure. We are thankful to provide an experience with this service that our users enjoy and utilize effectively. Additionally there is no fee to receive payments from EUR companies, whereas for US it would be 1%.

I tried to withdraw money from an ATM but I kept receiving an error message: Transaction not authorised. So I called the customers' support, I was almost immediately transferred to a support team member. He was very kind and very helpful. I uploaded verification documents, one was rejected. I uploaded another document, it appeared to be fine. Days passed, my payments remained pending. I finally had to call customer service and the representative called customer verification who approved the documents. He told me my payments would now clear within the hour. Then I got two emails telling me that my payments, which had been with Payoneer for ten days, would only now start to 'clear the payer's bank' and would take a further four days to arrive in my account. This is service of the sort no British bank could allow itself today if it wanted to keep any of its clients.

Actually looks good, but I had to to write two messages for something I needed, and then call. It would have been easier if in the option "edit profile" I could edited (change) the type of account I wanted (freelancer). By the way, i still have to wait to see if payoneer changes it or not.

I noticed after I reached the $1000 quote to get a reward, they started holding my future payment which is my salary. The first time is acceptable as it was in the T&C. But providing that documents a week ago and Payo even sent an email confirmation to me that it was approved, didn't stop them to hold my salary, this time for no reason. Even the supervisor didn't know why it is being held. This is the second time now, very inconvenient. I am very unhappy because of this delay. Btw, I am a new client who just tried your service. I have been using Orbit Remit since 2012 before I switched.

They explained, payments from unknown source usually take longer from credit card payments. Its now 5 days past and still waiting, I will advise how long it will take.
