Payoneer's service is not worth the fee they charge. The customer service is slow, especially over email, and it takes them at least 5 business days (not including weekends) to do even the simplest of tasks. In today's global economy they work at 1970's speeds. If you want to take payments, I would suggest you set up a simple online store with wordpress, woocommerce and stripe. Even if you don't know about web technologies it is worth the 2 days of sweat equity over having to work with this type of service.

The way they set up the fees is the real scam. $3USD monthly maintenance fee $12.95 ($13) activation fee! I have lost about $36 dollars having an account with them I hate it! The people on the call lines don't know any better they just direct the phone conversation to a solution.

Then I called for Payoneer customer care, I explained my needs, and all I had to do was waiting a few minutes to be satisfied.

Payoneer needs to provide a good customer service. It should be a part of their policy. Payoneer has irresponsive emails and live chat. Only call is not the solution its an expensive thing. It took 7 days to clear just 92$ imagine what if the amount was bigger and with irresponsive emails get the customer more frustration. Act before its late

If you are not in the US. You are able to recieve payments. YAY! And you can also shop in US currency without having to worry about the exchange rate. I don't quite understand the other rates listed on the card but that's fine and they have very good customer service. I think a plus is also that they have live chat and have extended the hours. I am upset though that once I cancel an order it is hell because then the money still ends up leaving the card.

I had made 2 payments to a contractor I was working with. I was subsequently asked to complete 3 verification steps, which I did... reasonable enough. I got an email the next morning requesting me to complete additional verification steps like updating my public website with a message for their team to review ($#*!ing stupid) and a few other steps... fine whatever, I need to pay my contractor. I then receive another set of verification steps asking for screenshots and email records of my conversations with the contractor... and then their document upload tool doesn't accept anything unless i take a photo of it with my phone, email it to myself, download it and then upload that picture.
I ended up calling their support team (impossible to find their contact details) and ended up requesting all my payments be cancelled so i can just use paypal. What a $#*!house experience all around

I am still patiently waiting for my $197 to appear in my bank account which is still hasn't. Understand why this is taking longer than usual because at first I gave the wrong account and routing number but I have since then corrected it so I still should get my $197

The customer care rep, named Kim, was awesome, the company of payoneer sucks. They could not do a simple thing just like sending me an email so I could know that I was missing some info for my payment. But I thanks Payoneer for that because if it wasnt for their mistake as a company I wouldnt be able to meet Kim. She is a wonderful person and the best Rep. I have ever talk to, really professional and polite.

I was checking my Payoneer Master card transaction detail and noticed 3 different unauthorized transactions made in a short period of time. I tried to send an email to Payoneer Customer Service and at the same time I made a call. My telephone was received politely and was asked my problem. After some verification process, my Payoneer customer service agent solved my problem right away. I received necessary emails related to the issue; the existing card was blocked and new card is being issued and will be shipped at no extra cost.
I really appreciate the knowledge of the Customer Service Representative that made me feel safe to use the Payoneer Master card in the future.

Absolutely terrible company. I would never recommend working with them based on their total lack of understanding. They fail to understand their own app, and it's total failures. It's full of bugs, and an absolute mess!

I would most definitely recomend your service however the restrictions place on the customers transactions is too stringent in My country Jamaica. I do hope the policies will change soon not to limit the funds one can withdraw in a day.

The main purpose of our platform is to receive payments. The "Make A Payment" service is an additional service that we offer. It has no commission, but it has certain requirements. By default all accounts are enabled to receive payments, however the option to send funds to other Payoneer users is enabled only if it is an active receiving account.
The fastest way to have this service fully enabled is to receive more payments from companies that offer Payoneer as a payment solution.
